Located at the front of the main grocery store but unfortunately there is a lot of construction in the area so outs very hard to get around. Their parking area is smaller so that makes it even worse. Service was pretty quick and the staff was friendly. Food was hot and consistent like it should be for a chain fast food place. However, it was an absolutely horrible parking lot design! There were three cars driving in circles trying to figure out how to get to the drive thru. People driving into the drive thru lane while others are driving away, very dangerous design. read more

I went to this location one day and used the self order machines but it didn't work so I pressed the button that said service button , I waited there for a couple minutes no help I look at the desk and see employees on there phone they had to see me. This location is bright and spacious. It's pretty much brand spanking new. The menu boards are well lit and easy to see and it pretty much has close up pictures of menu items. The few times that I've ordered inside (with 3 kids, our order can sometimes be huge and I don't like to tie up the drive they like that) they've been very accurate. I even saw corporate here a couple times, they would time how long before someone took our order and how long we got our food. Earlier this year, Springbrook elementary school (Rhode Island) had a fundraiser here and the teachers we trained as servers. Some of the proceeds during that timeframe went to the school. It was a fun night. My only gripe is the drive thru. It makes you drive around the building twice. I guess it serves as an advertising tool. You know u get to see every window sticker and posters. It also prevents a long line out into the parking lot, deterring potential customers if they see a long line. A plus side: there's 2 order lanes. So by the time u circle around, Put your order, pay at window 1, your order at window 2 is usually ready. read more

I always do car side pick up for safety reasons. Lately this person skips to the car with a rainbow scarf around his face hands off the food and says "Have a FAGlioius day" so annoying and so in your face. I could care less about your orientation. Stopped in on our way to Westport from Boston on the day before Thanksgiving at about 1:30pm. The restaurant was filthy, dirty tables, food and wrappers on the floor. The men's bathroom had feces on the floor outside the door. Unfortunately, the last was noticed as we were leaving, hoping to use the restroom before hitting the road. My burger was barely warm even though quarter pounders are supposed to be cooked to order now. This place needs to be shut down. Disgusting. read more

Any McDonald's that refuses to take my order in person and direct me to the kiosk is horrible business like operations. I was in a rush and do not need to stand at the screen to learn how to use it to put in my daughters and my own order. What's the point of going to McDonald's when it's gonna take another few minutes to key in the information myself is in that why you pay cashiers to do that? On top of that I was going to pay by cash and ironically you told me to take the receipt and walk to the front where the cashier is. So the same young man that told me to use that kiosk ended up taking my credit card to pay the order which was totally backwards. I wonder how much research & planning the McDonald's headquarters in Chicago Illinois did before they implemented this and roll it out to most of the restaurants. My friends and I woke up craving our favorite fast food, McDonalds, and where ecstatic to find out that there was one so close by us. Upon arrival to this McDonalds we because increasingly disappointed by the customer service. Let me explain. The terrible customer service started as soon as we placed our order. I ordered my usual favorite sandwich, a McDouble, and my request was quickly denied. The workers refused to give me my sandwich because they said it wasn't lunch time, mind you i arrived AFTER 10:30 which is the start time of lunch. I think these workers forgot that THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. The service continues to go down hill from here due to the insanely long wait time for just a couple of hash browns. The "2 minute wait time" was a lie.... i thought this was FAST food. To conclude, if you want your order to be correct and want your food within a reasonable wait time i suggest you go elsewhere. read more

The customer before us came back in saying that he only got like 5 fries when he ordered a large. The McFrappe was sour so I replaced it to a Mcflurry that was just a cup with ice cream and Oreos on top (not even shaken up, still tasted good tho). Then the 20 peace McNuggets came with ten. Place sucks. Every time I go they mess up my order. Tonight I ordered two bacon Big Mac meals and instead of what's written on the order sheet got regular Big Mac meals. Nightmare !!!! Do not go. First off Kiosk is terrible. Will not allow you to order from a human. Then you have to stand in line to pay cash. Then they wouldn't accept our REAL 50.00 bill because it was an older looking bill. Are you kidding me? This bill came from our bank and they told me to take it back to our bank!!!! Horrible parking lot design. All areas of parking have to walk all the way around the building to enter in the front. This causes people to need to walk through the drive thru line. No one can back out because of pedestrians. You have to drive around the building twice to exit. It will make sense to you if you've ever had to drive in their lot. Never going back.
