I go to this location often mostly for a morning coffee and or a breakfast combo meal on my way to work. The service is usually ok but my recent visit in the drive thru with my great niece was the best experience over all my other stops. The gentleman that took my order and was at the window cashing me out was by far the best employee/ customer experience I have had at this location. I can't remember his name but it was on 2/14/2016 @ 11:37 a.m. he was the most pleasant, respectful, professional and just a well round young man. I even told him how pleasant he was. Amazing Customer Service for sure... the food was hot and my apple pie was good. I use the McDonald's mobile app as it gives me great deals and free stuff as you accumulate points. Says my order is ready but it's not on the counter. I stood near the counter and no one spoke to me for five minutes. Was looked directly at by an employee and manager and was not asked if I needed help or what I was waiting on. There was one person in a yellow shirt who spoke to me and got my order out shortly after. I appreciate their prompt response. I hate to be the person to post negative reviews and such, especially now when people are going above and beyond in a pandemic. However, this needs to be said. I have visited this McDonald's a few times in the last few and NONE of the times were workers wearing masks ANY of the times I was there. The drive thru pay attendants and the people handing food through the window were not masked!!! They had them down on their chins. After the first time, I tried to let it slide. The second time, I felt so uneasy I didn't end up eating my meal. I sent an email to the store manager per the email on the window. I sent that email on 8/16 and have not even gotten a response. Today (8/24), I had the same exact experience. When I got to the pay window, I asked the attendant to please put her mask on. She did. When I got to the drive thru to get the food, that attendant was fully masked - great! First one I've seen in two months!! This store has gone down hill. The manager shawn straight yelled at me when I asked for 2 packets of catsup. "I heard you the first time Let me get your stuff!!" he yells. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 sausage McMuffins, 2 hash browns, an orange juice and and an apple juice and had to wait 7 minutes after paying because the worker was too busy on her phone. I also had to ask for grape jelly and some ketchup 4 times before I was given it. My order was taking so long that the lady behind me, got out of her car to come to the window and ask for her coffee. Her coffee was already at the window so the worker told her to grab it and leave the cash on the counter while she not once put her phone down (you can see her coffee in the pictures). Not only was I disappointed on how long my order took but it is pretty unsanitary that she is touching her phone while handling food. read more

Management there is awful. I had to managers. Lordous and Shannon. They are workers there who called out 3 to 4 times a week and they called the store three hours before hand let them know that they can't make it to work. On New Year's Eve I was scheduled and I did a no call no show. The following day on New Year's day I spoke to my manager Shannon, she said that "I am going to serve a one week suspension" but I have to finish my two shifts that I had scheduled first. That is wrong with management do if they are going to hand out a consequence to an employee they need to do it right then and right there not when they feel like it. So I said my one week suspension, then I go back on Friday then they said I had a poor attitude to a manager who's never work there and that manager made me sound so bad and then my manager said that I am only working one shift a week. I really don't understand how they can go on someone else's word and only really hear their story but not here mine. That was completely unfair and unprofessional. Refuse to service you after a certain hour. "We are not taking orders at this time." Their systems are always down every sporadic time I try to go (once a month or so, I've NEVER successfully ordered from here before). They "close" at different times every week, "it just changed Monday" Google is lying about their hours apparently. They'll have you sit at the speaker for 5-10 mins and not acknowledge you. Tonight I went after a rough night at work since I live up the street. Says they close at 1am. I got there at 11:30pm. Watched a car in front of me get a bag and a drink, then was told the restaurant is closed and has been since 11pm. "Our hours changed Monday." ??????????????? How did someone get food and drink at 11:38 then?????? Very inconsistent, rude, and they might as well close this location considering I've lived in Pawtucket since October 2020. It's July 2021 and I've attempted to order here maybe once a month or so after long, crazy shifts at work since I've moved and have NEVER gotten food ONCE! It's a joke! No way your system is down conveniently that one day of every month I try again to go there.. And I know all the lies, I work in food service too. Quit if you don't like working with the public, it's THAT simple... I don't know why I even try.
