Quick service & quick and accurate food. Employees were nice & polite too! They have a play area for the kids. The chairs & tables should have been more picked up & cleaned. The food is to be expected, it's McDonalds. But at least at the one located at 4007 W Baring Trace, Peoria, IL, you can sit for nearly 40 minutes with an order of 1 thing and have 15 larger orders filled before you get yours. I'd just go somewhere else. read more

Don't pay in cash at this location, cashiers will try to steal money. If you give them a $20, for a $9 order, they will only give you $1 back and claim you gave them a $10. When you tell a manager, they call you a liar and say they're going to check the cameras before they gave me my money back. Then you have the shitshow that is Christmas Eve where the employees lie and tell people they're closed because they're busy when they're open until 11pm. No wonder people say you're not worth $15 an hour. Someone with severe down syndrome has more brain power than an entire crew does at one time. read more

The service at this McDonalds is absolutely horrific! The staff doesn't acknowledge the customers. They didn't call the numbers, expected us to know what trays were ours during a busy time. Terrible - waited for 5 minutes at the register to ask a question and no one approached me. Then I order the food at the kiosk and wait 20 minutes for them to tell me they stopped serving breakfast before I ordered. However they put my order status from "In Progress" to "Now Serving" and didn't say anything about no longer serving breakfast. read more

I go to this McDonalds all the time! It is clean, the wait staff are friendly and helpful ! Occasionally the latte machine is down for cleaning! Glad to know they clean it. I see all these horrible reviews and you all have been proved wrong time and time again. I have things substituted on my sandwiches and they get it right! I go through the window and they do it right. The place is clean, inside and out. Feel like I am friends with most of the staff! If you treat them with respect, you get respect ! There food is consistently good. Been to a lot of McDonald's around the country and find very few I would give a bad review. Too bad for those who won't come back. read more

I've been there three times. Each time I've gone I've been asked to wait in the "reserve" area for drive through. I'm using the drive thru because I have no time to get anything else, not because I'm too lazy to get out of the car. It doesn't matter, because each time I've sat in the reserve area for around ten minutes waiting for food while others go through the drive through with no problem. Today, I was hoping to grab a meal between taking my grandmother to the doctor and my next job. No such luck. I got the drink and apple slices I asked for at the second window, but I was told my burger would be two more minutes. I waited in the reserve area for almost ten minutes. I went in to ask on the status of my burger. Someone messed up and deleted it. Oops. I didn't have time to wait around for a refund and left. Never returning to this location again, and if these keeps happening at other McD's, I'm done. There are so many other fast-food restaurants that are actually fast. read more

When picking my food up today the girl at the pickup window practically tossed it to me because she was busy joking around with her co-workers. Wasn't even given the common courtesy of a have a nice day, just shut the window right there. Awful customer service. They are slow and somewhat rude. Came here expecting to at least use a coupon and instead the girl as she was closing the window after taking my payment went "I can't do that here so."
