My experience at this McDonald's in Philipsburg, PA was unacceptable. The level of disrespect toward customers was obvious from the moment I walked in. Staff came across as rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in providing even basic customer service. The environment felt chaotic and unprofessional, and it honestly seemed like customers were treated as an inconvenience rather than people they're supposed to be serving. What was even more disappointing was what I observed regarding how employees were treated in front of customers. There was an older female employee who seemed very kind and sweet, but she appeared to be spoken to harshly at times and repeatedly sent outside to work in the heat. On one visit, I noticed she looked overheated and sweating heavily while still being told to keep working. I also saw situations where she didn't appear to have a real break, which was uncomfortable to witness. Overall, the atmosphere reflected poorly on management and created an uncomfortable experience for both customers and staff. This location seriously needs better training, better leadership, and a reminder of what basic respect and professionalism look like. I won't be returning unless major changes are made. read more

I stopped by to use the restroom and grab some food. I went to the restroom first, and watched an employee walk out of the restroom without washing their hands. Not only that but there was no soap in the dispensers anyway, so I couldn't wash my hands either. When I went to order, it took a long time for anyone to acknowledge me at the register. While waiting I could see that they had a disgusting amount of fries spilled all over the floor in the kitchen. Looking back in the dining area, I could see that half of the employees were sat at a table, chatting and horseplaying, completely ignorant to customers waiting in line. Miraculously, I did end up getting my Quarter Pounder and Medium fries. Until I saw how soaked in grease my Quarter Pounder was. When I picked it up, it dripped grease everywhere and even squirted in my face. The box was soggy with it. Revolting. The fries were at least warm, but knowing that employees do not refill soap or wash their hands, I could not help but to feel sick while eating them. Do not go here. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. It took over 20 minutes to receive our order. We have stopped multiple times in on our way from visiting family trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and the service is always so slow and there is always an issue with our order. They were calling my order number and name while holding a tray. We ordered it to go. The receipt taped to the tray was what I ordered but the food on the tray did not match the receipt. When we finally got our order, the fries were cold and the cheeseburger bun was hard and cold. I ordered a cheeseburger without pickles and none of the burgers were marked noting so. I didn't have enough patience to sit and wait for them to make the order right. We will NOT stop in here ever again and will continue to post how terrible the food and service is. read more

HORRIBLE . We ordered on the mobile app and we waited for 50 minutes for our food and no one came out to even say why they are so delayed. But when I went inside to check up I was ignored by the employees . No one came to the desk to ask what my problem was. This was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I get to drive through and order a quarter pounder meal - a medium, and another cheeseburger and medium fries. I get my food and head home. This McDonalds is terrible. They need ALL NEW MANAGEMENT. I've ordered curbside orders 3 separate times and each time I've ordered curbside I select what spot I'm in, and I've sat there and waited for 20 minutes. I go inside to ask where the hell my order is and everyone just stands there doesn't help at all. There was people in line waiting to order and the one gentleman said he's been waiting to order for 15 minutes. This isn't the only issue I have. There's too many more to list. But the last thing I have to say is, whoever sherry is, is the lady I spoke to over the phone and she claimed I was "rude". Sherry. Do you know what's rude? Leaving customers wait in line to order for what it feels like forever. And leaving the customers wondering and waiting in the curb side spots on where the fuck their food is. The food is so good. Employees are the nicest people ever. They make sure you enjoy and get your food fast. And it's so clean, the bathrooms are even clean, the food always has everything on it, and I always get my sauces. 100% recommend. read more

Avoid going inside this restaurant.. The service is bad. Eat-in orders get buried in the preference for the drive-thru customers. You will stand at the counter for a long time before anyone will take time from the drive-thru orders to get your order. They want you to place your order yourself at the "Order it yourself screen". The place was dirty, the garbage cans were overflowing and the re-modeled decor is from some horror flick. read more

Today was something new at McDonald's I've never seen. Customer walked up and nicely asked for additional tartar sauce on her fish sandwich. There was not very much on there and the customer wanted more. No big deal, right? Wrong! Not very good. Waited 50 minutes for happy meal. Contacted their office on receipt. Got nothing but attitude from higher ups. Here's a good review for the McDonald's in Phillipsburg Pennsylvania which is under coil management the managers don't care about anybody with mental or physical problems they just fired somebody with autism over hearsay one of the hardest workers on night shift there is mouse traps and rat traps all over the place and night shift is not cleaning up the place like they're supposed to and all the managers are on high horses thinking everybody that works for them are peasants and must do what they say under threat of being fired for the littlest things but people that suck up brown nose can get away with anything they want like no shows calling off just because they want to spend the money that they just got or call off because they are partying all night and have a hangover and the president of coil management John Coyle doesn't care about his employees rather have lower people do his job read more

Never go thoug the drive through it's a long wait. Every meal there is always a problem. Either meal is not right or staff is grouchy. Most times it is both. Unfortunately this is the only place to grab a fast food for 15 miles I any direction. I recomend googling some local places and going there. This would be a great place to open a Wendy's. read more

This is the absolute slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. The staff is generally polite and the food is fine however, you regularly see cars on the side waiting for food. On average I wait 10 minutes in the drive through. I'm not sure if they discontinued the egg white delight at all locations but they definitely do not have it here. On Monday, Nov.18, 2019 at 7:20 p.m. I stopped to get a vanilla milk shake and I was told that the machine was being cleaned (7:20 p.m.) I asked what time they closed and she said midnight. I said you're cleaning the milk shake machine at this hour and you don't close until midnight? I asked if the manager was there and she said he's standing right here. He said the machine heated up and they had to turn it off and clean it. (?) It would be ready tomorrow. I was very disappointed and upset which I voiced my feelings. The management and crew are certainly very friendly, helpful and super awesome and awesome. The quarter pounder that I had for lunch the other day was super delicious and well prepared as well as the medium sized iced tea as well.
