I hadn't been to Arby's in ages. I rarely eat fast food. But when driving it's really the only way to go. The sandwiches are so much smaller than I remember. Definitely a LOT less meat than they used to include. But it was okay and service was friendly. read more

I have eaten at Arby's in Clearfield with most visits fair but just ate there on August 31, 2025 and food was terrible. I actually got sick as well as my wife and the roast beef seemed sour. Terrible customer service. I'd give zero stars if I could. Placed an online order because we had a pretty big order and figured it would be clearer what we needed that way. Wrong. Specifically ordered sauces for our sandwiches. None. No jus with the Italian Beef DIP - hello? We got our order at the drive thru and silly me for thinking they got our order right. So we didn't realize the items that were left out until we got home. So we had to drive all the way back and when we told them what they forgot, they just stared at us and put the items in a bag. No complimentary items for our trouble. Ok fine whatever, but not even an apology! That is just poor customer service. And of course our sandwiches were cold by the time we got to eat them 45 minutes later. A similar thing happened to us at McDonald's and the manager came out and apologized profusely and gave us free fries. So I'll be going to one of the many other restaurants in the area that actually care about making their customers happy. read more

The crinkle fries were piping hot and were probably the best crinkle fries I've had at an Arby's. Food (one regular roast beef and one beef and cheese) were very good. Restaurant is Drive-thru only. The dIning room is still closed. read more

I got the 9 piece chicken nuggets and the chicken was sour and I got a stomach ache after. My guardian got the chicken sandwich and ever since she ate it she has been throwing up. I would not recommend the chicken especially after we have had this problem before!! read more

Love the Gyro! It's a great place for the family to eat it's also a good location by the interstate.

Clean, Prompt despite low staff levels- exactly as it should be for travelers. Food met expectations for brand.

Service was quick and friendly. Was driving down to DC from Toronto and served as a good place to stop for lunch. Tables were clean and place generally well kept. Food was up to the expectations which is great. Good on the staff for keeping things running smoothly. read more

First of all, judging by the other reviews, I expected to hate this place. However, I don't go to Arby's because I like how Arby's looks. It is definitely an older establishment. Looking through the drive-through window however the floors look clean. The employees looked clean. And the equipment look clean. The employees were friendly and the food was good. I used to love Arby's as a kid and especially in high school and college. I lived in Clearfield and before this location opened I would drive to Dubois just to eat there. When this location opened in the early 90's I probably ate here 5 times a week. Fast forward to last week. I was visiting my family and we were in a hurry so we stopped in for a quick bite. They haven't updated the place since I was last there over 20 years ago! Unless you count the removal of the playground. The tables, carpets, registers... everything was the same and in very bad shape. The greenhouse windows were leaking leaving a very large puddle in the corner. I got a chicken sandwich and a beef and cheddar and they both tasted funny. I have gone to other locations a few times in the past few years but this experience has turned me off of them for good. The girl working the counter was visibly frustrated but the shift manager pulled her off of taking orders and the line was almost out the door. EXTREMELY slow wait times. Almost 15 to 20 minutes. Usually it's not bad her but the Shift Manager seemed to be the root of the problem. read more

The food was typical, unremarkable Arby's fare...exactly what you expect when you stop at an Arby's. The restaurant has been recently renovated, and looks quite nice. The reno, however, forgot to include baby changing stations in both the men's AND the women's restrooms. Changing twin babies in the dining room was not pleasant or hygienic for us, the other diners, or whomever had to eat in our booth after we left. Perhaps this would be acceptable if this Arby's were NOT located at busy exit along a major highway, and therefore frequented by many families on the road....but really, even then who wants to change their baby in a fast food dining room. I am coming home from a trip, and we had to wait a couple hours to finally eat. We stopped here & a group of about 15-20 of us chose to eat at Arby's. One of the workers was getting ready to leave and stayed to serve us with a smile on her face. All the workers were helpful & nice. Glad we stopped here! read more

My husband and I wanted to try the new sandwiches - the Texas brisket and the Miami Cuban. I wish we had just ordered our usual roast beef sandwiches. The brisket had a nice smoky flavor, but it was really dry. I put some of the spicy sauce on it, which helped somewhat. The deal-breaker was the bread though. It had the consistency of a pancake - so weird! The Miami Cuban wasn't much better. We were informed that they had run out of ham, so we got extra pulled pork. The sandwich was really sloppily made - half the cheese was hanging off and melted to the bun so it couldn't be repositioned. There was very little mustard and no pickle. This was NOT a Cuban sandwich by definition - it was pulled pork, mustard and cheese. The store itself was clean and in good repair, and we had no issues with the curly fries. I would hesitate to go back because of the substandard sandwiches, though. read more

i was at the clearfield arbys, after getting off i-80. the lobby was well kept, and clean and my food came out super fast! the employees were great except i heard a blond girl yelling in the back. not a big deal, but jessica and jayden should be recognized for their generosity. i was greeted with a huge smile and they were friendly! definitely coming back again if i'm traveling through! read more

Kind of disgusting by Arby's standards. Stopped here randomly while driving home from vacation and it is like stepping into the 1980's. First of all, the whole place looks like it used to be a Wendy's, and nothing was really changed after that, including a large empty salad bar right in the middle...everything just seemed grimy. Plus, they automatically put (Arby's sauce?) on the sandwiches and it was messy..I've never seen another location do this. Bathrooms were somewhat clean. read more
