Staff came across as rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in providing even basic customer service. The environment felt chaotic and unprofessional, and it honestly seemed like customers were treated as an inconvenience rather than people they're supposed to be serving. What was even more disappointing was what I observed regarding how employees were treated in front of customers. There was an older female employee who seemed very kind and sweet, but she appeared to be spoken to harshly at times and repeatedly sent outside to work in the heat. On one visit, I noticed she looked overheated and sweating heavily while still being told to keep working. I also saw situations where she didn't appear to have a real break, which was uncomfortable to witness. Overall, the atmosphere reflected poorly on management and created an uncomfortable experience for both customers and staff. This location seriously needs better training, better leadership, and a reminder of what basic respect and professionalism look like. I won't be returning unless major changes are made.

It was decent and possibly too much food for one meal. The Big Arch is basically the Big Mac in a trench coat. Better cheese and fried onion straws.
