I ordered a medium cheese calzone. The total was $14 and change. There was absolutely NO ricotta cheese in it, whatsoever! Called to complain and was told too bad, talk to the "boss lady" and there would be no refund, even after I offered to return the entire calzone, minus a 1 inch piece. Brother's is the best pizza in town. It's my go to place for pizza. The baked Italian subs are great as well. They do deliver but only at certain times. Give them a try. You'll not be disappointed. read more

We ate lunch at Brother's today and while I know it's small Central PA chain, the food is well below average. Sure, it's a great place for a cheap meal and alongside fast food flavor (although they do make their own bread and it's pretty good), but seeing frozen food tossed into the fryer isn't fresh stuff. Watch how they make the food. The spaghetti is behind the counter in the freezer. I ordered the chicken parm and they grabbed a frozen chicken patty (that was sitting next to the spaghetti frozen) and drowned it in the fryer. It's not the local, homemade stuff we expected from a downtown eatery like this. Meanwhile, if you starving, the food here is affordable and it only takes a few minutes to fry it up. And, if you eat stuff like Subway, McDonald's, Burger King, etc, you'll likely love this place, so give it a try. read more

Recently moved to Philipsburg and could not find a pizza place that I liked. I was so tired of chains like Pizza Hut and I really tried to like every other pizza place in Philipsburg but Brother's sealed the deal for me. Perfect NY style pizza. The best sauce and the best cheese in the area. We always pick up and it's always fast. Around 20-25 minutes. To be able to bring it home and it still be hot and fresh is the best. FYI: The menu on here is completely inaccurate. I called and tried to order a few items that are not really made there. (Calzone, buffalo chicken Stromboli) We haven't ordered from this Brother's Pizza in many years. The quality and service have gone down over the past year. The past few visits, the pizza was barely cooked. The dough was soft and cheese barely melted; you could tell it needed to stay in a few more minutes to get the crust crispy and the cheese golden. This past visit was the last visit for me, there's other places to grab pizza when I'm in Philipsburg. When I called in the order they asked me to hold and instantly hung up on me. I thought okay they're busy and the teenager answering the phone didn't know how to do hold. I called back and placed a take out order for 2 large pizzas - cheese and buffalo chicken. When I got there to pick it up, it wasn't busy at all. One other person came in after me to get their pizza while I still waited. Then the guy working handed me 1 pizza, I told him I had 2 pizzas and told him what my order was. He goes "oh we forgot to put in your cheese pizza." So I had to wait for that. None of the workers were wearing PPE/masks, or were washing hands between customers, and I was the only person who had a mask on as it is still required even with Centre County going into the Green Zone. I know I should've looked at the pizza but I was in a hurry as I had people waiting on the pizza and figured they weren't busy to get the order right. I had 2 cheese pizzas and no buffalo chicken when I arrived at home. I called to let them know and wanted to get the right pizza that I paid for, they didn't respond back instead they hung up on me. The first cheese pizza was cooked golden brown with a cripsy crust and tasted good, the "forgotten" pizza had soft dough that wasn't cooked through in spots and runny cheese that needed to be thrown in my own oven to finish. read more

I was looking for a quick easy place to eat. Most reviews were decent so I thought I'd give it a try. The whole restaurant was pretty empty upon arrival so I was hoping to be out in 30 mins. All I ordered was a slice of pizza. I was sitting there waiting.... 40 mins later I'm beginning to become angry. To go orders have come in an out. Finally I said something. No one apologized or even admitted they forgot about my order. Also, the place was dirty and gross. The staff didn't use gloves or anything when they touched food (they also never washed their hands after touching their hair/ face). The bathroom floor was covered in some sticky substance.
