Horrible, hard bread, over QA holding times!!!

JUST WOW!!! These kids want $20 an hour for what?? The absolute worst visit EVER! WHY IS THIS MCDONALD EVEN STILL OPEN? 9:24 pm just went threw the drive thru. The young long haired kid in the back drive thru windows brain was not on this planet. We told him our order at the speaker, then told him 3 times our order to his face at the window and this kid still got our order wrong. Put your A's in their places!!!! PUT YOUR ACES IN THEIR PLACES means you put your best employees on the fastest service areas!!! Make sure your Aces are PROPERLY TRAINED in their areas!!! And most IMPORTANT: NEVER HIRE SOMEONE WHO IS NOT AN ACE IN ALL AREAS AND ASPECTS OF THE FAST FOOD & CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Seriously stop promoting with in bcz u can't get good employees to stay, get rid of the bad even if you have to close for a week to retrain your entire new staff! Closing for a week is WAY better than getting a bad rep, selling bad food, losing good guest, and possibly closing forever!!! UPPER MANAGEMENT YOU NEED TO GET YOUR TEAMS BETTER!! Anyways back to my order. 6pc kids meal, apple slices, chocolate milk, a number 7 with extra onions extra pickles and an original chicken sandwich combo. He got everything but the chicken sandwich combo and rang a Big Mac combo instead. We told him 3 times our order. Total came to $22 and some change! AGAIN WRONG! Asked for the manager as soon as we pulled up to the pick up window and it was like instantly EVERYONE forgot how to do their job. Manager said he would add the tea and drink, but the girl forgot the fries then forgot the chocolate milk for the happy meal. Then no shocker here, live 4 mins away, get home cold undercooked fries hardly any in them, along with the wrong size, they gave larger container with less in them, the cheeseburger we did get was way over QA holding standards. With absolutely no onions on them at all! Come on Corporate you need to get your people right in these stores!!!!!

    "Large" fry

No change in rating. Same experience. Half full fries, half assed work. Almost positive management doesn't read this

McDonald's on Main Street in Pickens is a quality McDonald's location that does everything that you want in a Mcdonald's and more. The food here is very efficiently and prepared and delicious. I especially like the fries here. The staff here is very friendly and makes you feel welcome and taken care of. This is a solid McDonald's location.

    McRib on a burger bun

Stopped by to pick up a quick bite for me and my son. We ordered 3 cheeseburgers, a McRib meal, a Dr Pepper and then added 2 mocha fraps when we got to the window. First off, the lady at the pay window was very friendly and helpful. We were actually wanting to add 2 chocolate shakes but the new machine hadn't arrived. Maybe this is the latest excuse instead of the machine being broken; however that's a story for another time. She offered up the mocha fraps as a great alternative to the chocolate shakes. Great, my son and his friend were happy with that. We received our food at the next window and left, sans Dr Pepper because apparently they didn't hear that part of the order. My son ate his burgers on the road and I waited until I got home to eat the messy deliciousness of the McRib. Imagine my surprise when I open the box and see a mystery meat patty covered in bbq sauce on sitting on a HAMBURGER bun. Not the usual bun that covers the length of the patty. I have to wonder if this was a joke, a mistake or they were out of the regular McRib buns. If they were out, why not mention that when the order was placed? Maybe give you the option to change your order. They don't mind telling you the ice cream machine is broken or hasn't come in. Maybe since it's the drive thru they don't worry about screwing up the order because you're less likely to see it until you get home and at that point it's too late. I'm possibly being a tad too harsh on McDonald's because I'm seeing simple mistakes happening repeatedly at fast food restaurants lately. Unfortunately I eat entirely too much fast food and I literally have not received an order from any of them lately that didn't have some sort of issue. I'm not someone who complains (seriously, I'm not because I don't like bothering people and just walk away) but it's gotten ridiculous. I try to point at the good and leave positive reviews. I've posted a few on Yelp, as a matter of fact, but maybe I need to start posting the bad ones as well. These places need to do better. I've attached a picture of my poor McRib.

I asked for no onions, note my boyfriends deathly allergic. Thanks mcdonalds.

I literally find a hair in my food everytime I eat here. If there wasn't hair in my food everytime I would say the food was pretty decent.

Good food, okay service (they are short staffed sometimes), and decent drive thru times.

Inky's Philly Cheesesteak in Easley, SC, delivers a fantastic take on a regional favorite…read more Located at the base of The Silos--where several food trucks ply their specialties--Inky's stands out as a spacious, comfortable spot with large booths that invite you to settle in... and maybe stay a while. High ceiling, lots of wood paneling, very vintage while still feeling up to date. The menu includes burgers, deli-style hoagies, and salads, but let's be honest: the cheesesteak is why you showed up--and it's good enough to keep you coming back. There's some real history behind the name. Albert "Inky" Harris ran the first cheesesteak and hoagie shop in Philadelphia back in the 1940s, and the current grandchildren owners carry that legacy forward. Whether every detail has been perfectly preserved or lovingly remembered, one thing is certain: they source their white American cheese from Philly, and the result feels authentic. And that makes all the difference. The fresh-baked Liscio's rolls are huge--soft and warm on the inside, with a firm, crusty on the outside. Like me... on a good day. Inside, finely chopped steak, peppers, onions, and that perfectly melted white American cheese are blended together, so every bite delivers a balanced, satisfying hit of flavor. No "all onions in one bite, no meat in the next" surprises--just consistent harmony. And the star of the show? Certified Angus ribeye. No shortcuts. No skimping. No regrets. Sandwiches come in 7", 12", or the "I wish I was still in college" 18" option--because sometimes restraint is overrated. My wife and I split the Colossal. The meals are served on trendy paper-toppped metsl trays. The staff and management go out of their way to make you feel welcome and walk you through all the options. Sides round out the experience with plenty of choices: fries, tater tots, onion rings, pasta salad, fried mushrooms (hello, childhood), and a standout option--house-made chips, sliced and fried fresh and disappearing faster than your willpower. Bottom line: If you're craving a true Philly-style cheesesteak without leaving the Upstate, Inky's is absolutely worth the stop. Just don't plan on eating light... or sharing. The meat, cheese and onions are mixed perfectly. They skimp a little bit on the meat in my opinion and it's pretty pricey if you're not filling the cheesesteak to the brim. Overall, very tasty
