I want to start by saying I go to this Mcdonalds 4 plus times a month mostly on Sunday mornings before church. I know for the past 2 maybe 3 months the orange juice machince has been broken. When I pull up to the drive through to ask I met with honey it's broke (never gone be fixed). The sad part is the employees are aware that this has been reported but not going to get fixed (why is it still on the menu). I also have a problem when I ask for my food (chicken nuggets & fries) to be freshly cooked it's a problem (heavy breathing of annoyance). on a couple of occasion I've gotten food that was not freshly prepared but told by a manager it was. Poor presentation Like Southwest Salads and my family gets one about every week. Lately, they haven't had the Southwest dressing so I always ask before buying. Today they had the dressing BUT the salad was warm and barley covered the bottom of the container. One didn't even have very much chicken. I called, talked to Chelsea, the Manager. We went back to this McDonald's today for the first time in several months. It was a mistake. The food was to go so we didn't realize how bad it was until we got home. My wife ordered a Big Mac and they did not put anything on the top layer, No meat no nothing not even sauce, just plain bun. I ordered a Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Sandwich which has two buns, a piece of crispy chicken, a tomato and a piece of lettuce. Went to the drive-through and the employee was rude. I asked speak with a manager and she was worse than the employee. I called corporate office to report the incident and the managers name. They were absolutely fantastic and very apologetic. If you're going to work with the public you need to be courteous if you cannot be you need to go home.
