I'm not the biggest CFA fan. I did come here on a Saturday morning to redeem a free chicken biscuit reward. Once I finally navigated their ridiculously chaotic parking lot, it was all up from here. I dined inside and my meal came out fast. The staff is friendly but they will ''my pleasure" you to death! Lol My food was super fresh. Coffee hot. I was concerned that it would be loud and crazy with all the kids playing in the indoor playground at 9:00am. It wasn't too bad. As always, Chick-fil-A hits the spot! This location is busy, as it's the only one nearby. But don't let that stop you! The staff is always friendly and fast. Food is always piping hot, especially those perfectly cooked nuggets and fries. Don't sleep on the macaroni and cheese! Highly recommend the spicy southwest salad! read more

Never can go wrong here , that's what I use to think ... but if by some chance they do mess up, it is quickly corrected . Because it's so widely like , something's the salads are not as fresh as they should be. And the chicken portion is smaller and not as fresh . Too much preparation in advance , is not all ways a good thing, the lines are already long , we should at least get fresh food the first time, without having to bring it back to be corrected. read more

Wow! Be sure you are aware of ALL Chick fil a rules and regulations before attempting to eat here! Never thought I would write a negative review on Chick fil a but here goes. I have lived in Trussville since before Chick fil a was here and have eaten at this location many, many times. I do live out of town now but normally run by at least once when I am in town. So today I was hungry and near by so I drove over to grab some lunch. I was a bit surprised to see a short drive thru line at 1:15 and felt like I had won the lotto. There were two cars in front of me and I just happened to follow the one that went to the outside lane, a lane I have used tons of times. After a few minutes I noticed the driver in front of me having a conversation with one of the employees and the pulled off and left without ordering. So I pulled up but was sort of ignored by the order takers. The other lane was being waited on so I was a bit confused. Not exactly the "my pleasure" treatment I am used to at Chick fil a. After being ignored for a while I finely made contact with one of the order takers who strolled over to my car. As I begin to order she asked me if I wanted to make an order. I said yeas and she told me "our company policy will not allow us to take orders from the outside lane" and then told me that I would have to circle the building and go the the back of the line in the other lane. I glanced over my shoulder and noticed that that lane now wrapped around the building. Not to mention that I had already been there long enough to order, pickup and leave. So when did this happen? I remember when that went to two lanes to handle the crowd. And how was I to know they had issued a policy change? I saw no signage or flashing lights warning me to not enter that lane. I guess it's now "no shirt, no shoes, no outside lane or your will not be served". Anyway, very sad. I totally understood why the driver in front of me left. I guess she didn't get her rules and regs update either. There was no way I was going to back to the end of the line and starting my wait all over again. I know it's a first world problem but I followed the other drivers lead and just drove off. Thankfully there are many other places to eat in Trussville who were willing to do business with me. I've never had a bad experience here until today. I drove in, ordered, but there was no one ahead to collect. All of a sudden the two lanes merged into one, and there were people ordering and paying in the same lane. I waited 22 minutes for three chicken strips and a cup of mac & cheese. This morning I felt like getting Chick-fil-A for breakfast. It always fills me up and tastes amazing. I went through the drive through so I'm not able to comment how the inside is or their COVID-19 precautions. They were nice and friendly in taking my order and they had my order ready in a timely manner. I get home and it is still hot. It tasted great. Been to this location 3 times in a row and have been disappointed with the service each time. Today was, by far, the worst. I watched people that arrived after me get served and leave first. I waited for almost 30 minutes for my mobile order. The girl that brought my order out apologized but it was rushed and she ran off. The frosted coffees I ordered look like they sat around before I got them. I haven't checked my food yet but if the coffee is anything to go by I'll probably be let down. My jelly is missing though. I don't know, I'm having a bad day and I'm trying to not be to be mean about anything that I would normally shrug off but I'll probably not be back to this location again. This Chick-fil-A in Trussville is pretty okay. I've never had any major problems when dining here. The food has always been good, and the employees have always been kind. They have also always gotten my order right. I came here earlier this week to get my favorite breakfast. Yes. The Chick-n-minis! They were wonderful as always. I could eat 3-4 boxes honestly. The main thing I don't like about this location is when i was coming in and out of here, the main entrance is right in front of the drive thru. So it's pretty scary both going in and coming out as someone in the drive thru is basically driving full speed ahead to their next destination. Hey, me and close friend stopped by this location of Chick-fil-a to eat lunch since it relatively close by. I ordered the nugget meal with a purple passion-which included Hi-C and blue Powerade mixed together. My friend ordered the Cobb salad with a water and fries on the side. The cashier was great with asking if there was anything else we would like to add to our order or even upgrade the size of items. The service was fast and pleasant. The restaurant itself was clean and well managed as far as tables being clean and enough space so that customers could be comfortable. Since Covid 19 , the establishment is still precautious about using disinfectant products which I feel is great due to other cases arising. read more

Running through the drive through at lunch time on a Saturday, it looked like a mistake to come here. There were a ton of cars backed up in the drive through and the inside was bursting at the seams (based on looking through the windows). Ton's of credit to these guys for their ability to process customers quickly. Probably quicker than any drive through I've ever been in. Less then 5 minutes and I was ordered, paid and had food in hand. Food quality, as with most Chick Fil A locations is superb. In all fairness, I don't know how the food would have time to get cold. I think that they must be continually cooking and putting food up to even come close to keeping up with the lunchtime demand at this location. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here even if there is a long line wrapped around the building (usually I pass when the drive through is backed up like that). Good food and friendly staff, like any other Chick Fil A I've been in. Highly recommend this location. read more

This place always provides great customer service and they treat you more than just a customer. They recently been closed for a few months for remodeling the restaurant and drive thru and the only difference is the drive thru, but the inside still looks the same. As usually, I ended up getting the Chicken-fil-A chicken sandwich combo which I've always been getting since I was a kid and you can't go wrong with getting the original sandwich that started it all. Where do i start? We honestly come to this Chick-Fil-A on the weekly. First off all, this location's staff truly strive to make you feel right at home and welcomed ALWAYS. We have gotten to know most off the staff and we have never had one person at this location be rude. They always are right there to help you and correct any mistakes they have made, and we have been offered a free meal card countless times if they ever mess anything up, even the slightest things. Not to mention Chick-Fil-A has an app, if you make an account and scan your QR code every time you check out, you earn points toward things like Free Waffle Fries and tons of other goodies! As for the food, it is always amazing quality and just what you go to Chick-Fil-A for, amazing food! I, being a vegetarian, sometimes find "fast food" to be a hard option, but Chick-Fil-A takes us vegetarians into consideration! They have around 3 salads to choose from, which contain meat but you can ask for no meat, and they have a couple side salads to choose from that exclude meat! Fruit cups, waffle fries, and Greek yogurt parfait. my favorite is asking for a bun, with cheese tomato, lettuce, and pickles and add mayo packets, but you can totally customize it how you want! I have frequented this location: dining in and drive-thru. Just like all chickfila locations, the drive-thru line always seems daunting, but I'm pleasantly surprised when we move much faster than anticipated! My boyfriend and I dined in a few days ago. Once we placed our order, we were giving a cup to place on our table, and once we sat down, our food was delivered to us almost immediately! We were very impressed with the service at this location. The facilities were also in very good condition: bathrooms were clean, floors were clear, trash wasn't overflowing, etc. Top notch location! read more

Always have excellent service at this Chick-fil-A location. I love the new grilled nuggets they have, and that's probably my new favorite thing on the menu. I wished they'd do the chicken strips grilled now too! This location has recently improved their parking situation, and opened up two drive through lanes, which helps with congestion during busier times. Only downside is that you have to drive back out into the shopping complex if you need to turn left, otherwise to get out of CFA, you have to turn right. But it's not enough to stop me from coming here for some delicious food. read more

Chil-fil-a in TRUSSVILLE has gone downhill lately. We usually order takeout, and the lines are just ridiculous to even get in the lot, to park, and get food inside. The quality of food is not what it used to be. The fries haven't been crisp, and taste like they are fried in old grease. I ate and one in downtown Birmingham, and it was so delicious and spot on. This is the first time EVER Chick fil A has gotten my order wrong. I placed my order through their mobile app. I ordered a grilled chicken club sandwich on a regular bun with no cheese (the meal). The fries where cold and they forgot the bacon on my sandwich ‍. I was halfway through my sandwich and realized they forgot to put my bacon on there ( my bff ordered the same thing but they didn't forget hers).
