This place is always dirty. Service is rude. Today there are out of napkins, tables are dirty, but there are workers standing around talking about their day/evening and 2 managers sitting at a table. Kiosks didn't work when trying to modify items, and then it started resetting our order, so we had to go to register and had order troubles there also. Once we put the order in, we had 10 min wait, and they forgot one of our drinks and messed up one of the orders. We asked to get our missing drink, and they gave us the wrong drink entirely. Sat at drive true ordering menu forever before asked my order. Paid got to the window ( order was a coke, cheese burger and medium fry) asked to park in spot 4. Every a bunch of cars were being asked to park too. Then I noticed all the people behind us in line were being served and able to leave. After waiting 20mins I go inside to find 5 others who were told to park inside who were also angry about the wait. They had asked for the manager who I guess had run to her car and left. This place made all of us sick. The staff seem to gather around the drive thru window and take a while to notice you're there. Me and my friends were here today and we all ordered the chicken nuggets. They only put 14 in both of the 20 pieces, and they didn't even cook them right, so we all got sick from them and 2 of us threw up. The booth near the bathroom is raggedy and wobbles when you lean on it. I heard from the girls that the women's bathroom is poorly constructed and one of the faucets was turned sideways. read more

My lord, where do I even start. Been going here for years since I live very close, but after the past couple years of god-awful service I am so fed up I have to make this review. Spoiler Alert: THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE! First of all, the attitude. Every time the staff is unimaginably rude to me and my family. And not just the associates, the managers are just as bad if not worse since they should know better! (yes hello mrs. manager if you are reading this FIX YOUR STORE!) Anytime something is amiss, which is 95% of the time I visit, they offer no apology, and act as if it is MY fault they have messed up! And act annoyed that I don't just take me wrong order and accept my fate, and actually have the audacity to please ask for the food that I ordered and is shown on my receipt! Second, the food. If I were to use one word to describe it I would use disappointing. Always cold food, not even near lukewarm let alone hot. The flavor is pitiful, and half the time the sauces are all missing! That, or food is just missing from my order entirely. Then I have to drive back and let them know, and then you just get the attitude talked about in paragraph 1. The only things thats consistent in the food is how inconsistent it is all the time! Third, same specific example of various visits. Ordered a chicken salad once. Got home, its literally just. lettuce. No chicken, toppings, nothing. Just. Lettuce. I drive all the way back, and what does the MANAGER do? Gives me some chicken cut up in a little plastic baggy. No apology included of course, just bagged chicken grizzle to-go I guess. Another time, I get a BigMac with no patty inside. Just two buns, no meat. Sorry, actually this has happened 3 times now so, take from that what you will. Also once my brother got his soda cup, and after drinking almost all of it noticed something in his straw. What was it? A FULL ON METAL SCREW. No idea where it came from, he could've choked and died, and my parents nearly sued the place but decided it wasn't worth the effort. Wish we actually did take it to court, maybe we could have shut this place down years ago and saved people the tragedy and displeasure of eating here. So overall in summary: this place is unpleasant to the highest degree. If after all this time it is STILL having the same issues, the blame is with the management in my opinion. They need a serious customer service adjustment, and need to learn how to actually run a proper restaurant and train the staff. Actually keep track of inventory so they stop running out of sauces and other food! I'm not saying they have to CARE for the customers with an undying passion, or at all even lets be real I work in cutomer service myself and not every person I help is my utmost top priority, BUT at least try to ACT LIKE YOU CARE because that's what customer service is about. Making people FEEL like you care, so they come back and actually keep you in business! I know this review will do little and probably change nothing at all but hey, I had to give my two cents. And if McDonalds corporate somehow sees this PLEASE send somebody to this location for some retraining because they very desperately need it. read more

I have frequented this McDonald's for a couple of years since I work near by. I also meet a friend there about once a week so that her son and my granddaughter can play. A very large rude woman was waiting on me today rolling her eyes and giving me comments and so I asked for somebody else to serve me. She continued to mouth off as did other people working there while the situation was going on. What had happened was a man came in with muddy boots on and tracked mud across the entire floor and my granddaughter stepped in it with her socks on. I had nicely suggested that maybe they could clean the floor and this is why this person was rolling her eyes at me because apparently the man with the muddy boots was a friend of hers. Needless to say I will no longer go there because as I'm reading other reviews I'm realizing that this place has gotten consistently worse and they obviously people to work there to work there who do not know how to service the community and their customers. The manager said she would take care of it she waited on me and she also said she would speak to the right person. It might behoove them to hire somebody from the immediate community so that they have a little caring. It might also be good to not hire people that look like they ate all the leftovers OK I'm done with them and will share my story with all the people I work with nearby. Sadly I don't know if those rude people will ever change because it seems to be a part of their DNA. read more

They forgot my chicken in my salad last week and today they forgot my dressing. So frustrated with this location! And while waiting for my chicken last week inside, I watched an employee give away free food to his friends. When his friend asked why he gave him to he said he "accidentally made two". McDonald's is losing money if they keep employees who think it's ok to just give freebies. read more

Horrible location! I can't tell you how many times I've gone here for breakfast during the week. They are always slow and NEVER get the order right. I have to sit at the window and ask them to make sure everything is in the bag that is needed. The people working the drive through cannot count change. I actually have to tell them how much to give back when I give them an amount that is different than what They put in the register. I've complained to the manager before and there has been no resolution. I will not go back to that location even though it's the only one on my way to work and my daughters school. so just came back from the Mc Donalds after not going for a while. I had ordered 3 meals, one drink was incorrect and all 3 had ice which I said no ice for any of them, all 3 fries were not hot or warm, nearing cold. This is an excellent location. My favorite McDonald's in a 40 mile radius. The employees are always attentive and willing to fix any problems that arise with my order- not that there are ever any. If I could give this 0 stars I would. My husband went through the drive thru this morning at around 930. He ordered 4 hash browns, 4 egg mc muffins & 2 Apple juices. He received 2 hash browns, 4 mc muffins with just cheese & sausage? & the 2 Apple juices. We had only paid for 2 hash browns so at first it wasn't a big deal. When we got home, our kids wouldn't even eat the mcmuffins bc it's not what they ordered & they didn't like it. Never going to this location again. read more

just frustrated and hate writing bad reviews, but this is the 3rd time in the last 6 months that this McDonalds has messed up our orders. I should know by now and check the bag. The last visit we ordered sundaes and value meals and they made us pull to one of the spots but gave me the sundaes, well after 15 minutes of sitting there and ice cream melted I had to go in to find out where my food was. So anyone came home again to open up a bag with the wrong food, especially for someone who is picky and likes everything plain. Too tired to get in the car and go back. One of the worse run McDonalds I have been to. Went there at around 230pm. This was after the lunch rush. Everyone was waiting for food. I placed my order. They had to give me 3 dollars in quarters because they ran out of dollars. I placed my order for here. They game me a number to be seated. I had to take my own drink cup because it was not provided. After sitting for around 15 minutes I got up to look for my food. Other people have been waiting as long. I get to the counter and my food is sitting in a bag. The kid at the counter say "well I called for you" I said well I was for here and was giving a number. He picks up the bag and drops it and says well here you go" I reached in the bag and the food was cold. I got new fries but I didn't have time to wait for other fresh food. Terrible service. Because that's the McRib here. The McRib is back, and it is beautiful. They presented it to me on a solid gold platter. The bun was fresh as hell. The meat was of the finest quality. My tears of joy weren't nearly the best part of this experience. I ended up licking the sauce up off of my golden platter because it was so delicious. All points awarded. Never. Ever. I mean ever. Even think about the McRib. Dear god, have you ever thought about what it would be like if you were to chew on a baby's eyeball? Because that's the McRib here. The McRib is back, and it is hellish. They presented it to me in a 10 piece nugget box, with part of the nightmare creation sticking out the side. The bun collapsed due to the dreadful overuse of barbecue sauce. The meat was actually made of styrofoam. My tears were the realest part of this experience. I ended up wiping most of the sauce off of the bun and sadly eating that for my nighttime meal. No points awarded. read more
