This information was never mentioned during the ordering process. When I requested a full refund, I was told they could not refund the taxes "by law," even though no service was ever provided. I was also told the $30 tip could not be refunded because it is given to employees immediately. I understand tipping for a service, but it does not make sense to lose a $30 tip simply for writing down an order that was canceled the next day. On top of that, refunds are not returned to the original credit card and are only issued by check. I just want to make other customers aware before placing an order. Think carefully before placing an order because if you have to cancel for any reason, they still want to charge you regardless.
