I do the best I can to stay away from this particular McDonald's location. I had a craving for a filet o fish so I decided to go for a late night bite for the first time in over a year... Well... The drive thru wasn't wrapped around the building like usual, BUT our food was so dry and stale. The fish filet's tasted like they had been sitting for 3 hours on a warmer, and the fries were not full and super limp. Time after time I come back a year later, and the food still sucks. I don't think it'll ever get better here. Customer service is fantastic though, I'm sure they would have replaced my food if I had asked- but as a customer, we shouldn't have to ask for fresh food. read more

This McDonald had piss poor customer service I ordered online it went through and I paid for my order and when I got there to pick it up no body was responding through the drive through so I pull up to the window and these lazy unprofessional employees are just standing there bent over on a table just talking. One of them looks at me and is mouthing words to me acting as if I can understand them. Like are we serious? Another worker opens the window and tells me they're closed. On the app and on Apple maps it says this location is open until 12am. So how is it closed at 10:50 which is when I went to go pick up my order. And the worker told me I told get a refund in about a week. I mean this is as ridiculous as it gets. Lazy workers that don't want to work until the end of their shift. Acting like yall got it so bad. This location is closest to my house. I wish someone would open another one. It's a disgrace. I order curbside mostly and 9/10 something is wrong. It's crazy! This time I had to go inside to get my order after the app closed mine out saying I had gotten it. A little game mgmt plays to keep their times good. I got back to my car only to learn half the fries were missing n what I got was cold n undercooked(rushed). I'm guessing mine sat in the bag waiting for me to claim it. The dbl cb I order looked like someone smashed it. Not even warm. Time for a new mgr here! Please get it right. It's not too much to ask is it? So disappointed! 08/13/25 I went through the drive through. I ordered a Vanilla Shake (no toppings or whip cream), two fillet-o-fish sandwiches and a small fry. They charged me $18 and change for a crappy drive through meal. The sandwiches were constructed by a blind guy (I think) because nothing was lined up... the sauce was half on the sandwich and half in the box - what the heck. When you charge more that the gross median wage for a crappy drive through meal, it's time to re-think McDonalds and their new smaller size menu items still being passed off as original size. I'm done with McDonald's. I'm over 60 and they should be ashamed of themselves. Where do they get off charging $18.00 for that crap? I could have gone to sports bar on State Road 60 in Valrico next to the Winn Dixie and got a rib eye steak and steamed broccoli and a small draft beer for (With silverware and plates and drink glasses) for $18.00. It would have been served by a pretty waitress who actually looks at you when she is serving the food (unlike the McDonald worker who hands you a bag without looking at your, saying anything and not confirming what is in the bag. Oh - and if you don't ask for a napkin at the drive through - YOU DON'T GET ONE. It's like they get a weekly bonus if they can work a whole shift at the window and not go through a bundle of napkins!!! WTF? If you are a young person and you are reading this... please note: Act like you own the place and you care about the person you are serving because you need them to come back, you depend on their loyalty to support your business. I ordered 2 large French fries with no salt because I'm allergic to salt and 5 small fries regular for my kids and they put all the fries together in one bag and I told the lady to separate the fries and she threw the bag on the floor and stomped on the bag and took them to the back and brought me back the same bag flattened and didn't switch out my fries what so ever so to avoid conflict I tried to call corporate and no response. If I could give absolutely ZERO stars, I would. I waited in line for damn near an hour, ALL of the food is wrong. I park and go inside and have them exchange it for the correct order (note that I was not rude or ANYTHING like that when I complained on the incorrect order). I get home and take a bite of my quarter pounder and it is RAW on the inside I took it back and the manager couldn't do anything but look dumbfounded and return the price of the meal to me. No sorry, no explanation, no nothing. I find it quite funny that I complain the first time about an incorrect order and then suddenly I'm "accidentally" served a RAW BURGER. I wholeheartedly believe that this was done on purpose and she refused to give me any corporate or franchise information. If your looking for a place to get your order wrong every time just stop by this location. Ordered a #7 and told them plain no cheese (my son is lactose intolerant) and my husband a double filet o fish plain (for the same reason as my son) and we pulled over to check the order to find everything was loaded. I walked in to get it corrected and after 15 minutes waiting they figured out how to make plain hamburgers but forgot how to count and slipped me a regular filet o fish instead of a double. This is prime example of why the minimum wage doesn't need to be $15 an hour for places like this! More pay means paying attention better and following orders more closely. read more

I was in line waiting for my make an order I made my order five cars back and still when I got to the window on my had to go to route the reserve section to wait for my meal. There's not lotta people in the in the building even though it is 525 so what's the problem. I took my granddaughter to McDonald's for breakfast. I tried to find a table that was clean but most were dirty. I ordered on the kiosk and submitted my order to stay in restaurant. We took a number and sat down . The young man brought our bag of food to the table, even though I said to stay . I opened the bag and gave my granddaughter her pancakes and in the bag there was jelly , no syrup. I went to the counter to get some and stood there for at least 3-4 min listening to the manager argue with a young worker and when the person working the register said to her that they needed her " fingerprint" she continued to argue with the young girl while the poor person at the register waited for the managers fingerprint. I finally walked up to the kid at the register and asked for syrup ! I have no idea how long it took for that manager to do what she needed to do. Absolutely horrible management! Terrible service! Where do I start???? Well it is nasty not clean everything is sticking and dirty. They have about 10 people working and not one is working at a fast pace unless you consider shuffling your feet fast! Not a thank you not even here's your order. Honestly they should get a negative star. I've ordered McDonald's through DoorDash multiple times especially late night and 98% of the time my order is wrong. Just now I ordered a 10pc nugget combo (with sweet tea) and 2 apple pies. I received no nuggets, 10 honey mustards, 2 cookies, 1 apple pie, large Coke and the only correct item was the large fry and even that was about half full. And it's these same fools that think they deserve $15 an hour. read more

This McDonald's is the worst McDonald's that ever been to I think in my entire life. The managers could give two Hoots whether you sit there in line for 5 minutes or 20 minutes. The manager Jasmine is ridiculously rude. Called asking a simple question and was given attitude. Also, she left me on hold for over 5 minutes. On the night of March 31, We went through the drive-thru and had a bad experience. The woman took our order wrong , and didnt give us the correct things, even the things she did put on the receipt. My food was very cold. I hope next time I have a better experience. Not to mention that that ice cream machine always broken !
