If I could give absolutely ZERO stars, I would. I waited in line for damn near an hour, ALL of the food is wrong. I park and go inside and have them exchange it for the correct order (note that I was not rude or ANYTHING like that when I complained on the incorrect order). I get home and take a bite of my quarter pounder and it is RAW on the inside I took it back and the manager couldn't do anything but look dumbfounded and return the price of the meal to me. No sorry, no explanation, no nothing. I find it quite funny that I complain the first time about an incorrect order and then suddenly I'm "accidentally" served a RAW BURGER. I wholeheartedly believe that this was done on purpose and she refused to give me any corporate or franchise information. Stay the hell away from this place, unless you would like to possibly be food poisoned on purpose!

    Every table looked like this

Terrible service! Where do I start???? Well it is nasty not clean everything is sticking and dirty. They have about 10 people working and not one is working at a fast pace unless you consider shuffling your feet fast! Not a thank you not even here's your order. Order from the kiosk and take a number and you still have to walk up for your order. Worthless! How is this place still open?? Fries came out ice cold. Who owns this place? Come on clown! Take a look at the pictures. The one picture is a pair of rubber gloves that a worker had on while clean the bathroom....yep took them off and placed them on the table. Nasty

Lunch! Wish order kiosks worked more often.

The worst McDonalds I have ever been to and it's not even close. I live in plant city and 95% of the time they get my order 100% wrong.

While it's not a fine dining, three-course restaurant, Fazoli's does an outstanding job of delivering delicious, satisfying meals in a quick, convenient setting. During a recent visit to the area, we were initially headed to a Mexican restaurant but couldn't find one that caught our eye. As luck would have it, we found ourselves at a stoplight and spotted Fazoli's. It's been years since we've eaten there, and we were excited to revisit a place we used to enjoy so much. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! I was absolutely over the moon to order the baked spaghetti with extra marinara and pepperoni on top--such a nostalgic, comfort food for me. The marinara sauce was perfectly seasoned, rich, and velvety, and the crispy pepperoni added just the right amount of flavor. The cheesy, baked goodness was the perfect combination, and I loved it so much, I ordered two! You know a dish is good when you can't help but go back for more. We also ordered a large pizza--half cheese and half pepperoni. The pizza was baked to perfection: not too crispy, not too soft, just the right balance. It's definitely the perfect size for a family meal or a casual get-together. The kids' spaghetti with meatballs was a hit with the little ones. The meatballs were tender and flavorful, and the portion size was generous. I also tried the chicken parm, and I have to say it was just as good, if not better, than I remembered. The chicken was high-quality, tender, and breaded just right, with a deliciously tangy marinara sauce to top it off. The spaghetti seemed fresh, and it was the ideal base to soak up all that tasty sauce. The boneless wings were a pleasant surprise. They were a great size, not overly breaded, and made with all-white meat--definitely a solid option for anyone craving something outside the pasta world. Paired with ranch on the side, they made for a perfect appetizer. What really stood out was the service. The location was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The design of the restaurant felt fresh, and the overall atmosphere was casual yet inviting. Even though the place wasn't busy when we visited, the staff made us feel right at home. It's clear they take pride in what they do. We were thoroughly impressed with our meal and the experience at Fazoli's. This place is a perfect spot for individuals, families, or even a group celebration. If you're looking for a quick, comforting Italian meal that hits the spot every time, definitely give Fazoli's a chance. We'll be back the next time we're in the area for sure!

Unfortunately, this visit was a major disappointment. We chose to sit in the speakeasy side, expecting a unique and elevated experience. Instead, the ambiance was extremely disappointing and fell far short of what we expected. The atmosphere simply wasn't what we had anticipated and did not add anything special to the evening. The service was lackluster throughout the night. Our server was pleasant, but we didn't see her nearly enough. Water refills were difficult to get, and we often found ourselves waiting until she eventually returned to our table before we could ask for anything. The food was equally disappointing. Dishes did not arrive together, leaving some people eating while others waited. My wife's entrée arrived cold and had to be sent back. The pork belly appetizer sounded promising, but the potatoes underneath were cold when it reached the table. The drinks were okay, but nothing memorable. What makes this experience particularly frustrating is that we brought friends based on how highly we spoke of our first visit. Instead of confirming our recommendation, the evening left us disappointed and wishing we had experienced the restaurant we remembered. We're giving three stars because we've had a much better experience here before and know the restaurant is capable of more. However, on this visit, the ambiance, service, and food quality simply did not meet expectations. I had to reduce to three stars.

**INITIAL REVIEW**…read more To be frank, finding this amazing coffee shop was not on my to-do list when my aunt and I partook in the Henry's Hidden Trains trail/scavenger hunt made in cooperation with the Robert W. Willaford Railroad Museum which is also located in the heart of Historic Downtown Plant City. The trail/scavenger hunt took us to many popular locations/businesses in the area, but one particularly stood out the most for me, especially since I was hungry and thirsty after walking around and about in the sun of the area. One of the hidden trains is located near one of the particular entrances of an amazing coffee shop that has a mixture of delightfully tacky decor mixed with a steampunk aesthetic, Krazy Kup. And through this "find," I "found" an amazing coffee shop that I am so happy I took the time to step into... or should I say my growling stomach made me step into it. Though an address is provided, Krazy Kup is located just south of the eastern half of McCall Park. If it further helps out, the aforementioned train museum is northeast of this coffee shop. Starting with the parking situation, the north parking directly in front of Krazy Kup is a one-way in, one-way out. Take that into account if you want to park right in front of the coffee shop. There is public parking, especially around the park, that is not too far of a walk to Krazy Kup, too. There is also an entrance in its back (south) with a bust of King Louie and more parking near there, too. Pertaining to the outdoors, there is also a unique "alleyway" right next to the restaurant that serves as their outdoor seating area, or at least a larger area of outdoor seating compared to the two small tables in front of the coffee shop. Inside, the ambiance has a light tackiness that is quite adorable mixed in with some mild steampunk elements. The numerous Christmas lights definitely adds to the ambiance. My aunt and I did not stay too long to really absorb the ambiance, but it was surely beautiful. Actually, we absorbed the air conditioning more as walking in the sun for Henry's Hidden Trains can be taxing. I didn't get much pertaining to food and drink, but what I did get: delicious! First and foremost, my drink order was a seasonal drink, the apple spiced latte. It helped wash down the amazingly large biscotti. I had the chocolate-dipped hazelnut biscotti with my drink. Now I have to return (one day) to enjoy more on Krazy Kup's menu. Definitely want to try some of their wraps and "Krazy" sandwiches, especially the breakfast sandwich. For my initial review, I am going to give Krazy Kup four-out-of-five stars for their review. The visit was quite short, but it made such an impact with the short time I spent there with the little I bought. But with what little they gave and provided, it was mighty enough to earn its way. I will definitely recommend to others to at least come in and enjoy the simple pleasures, coffee and baked goods with the ambiance. And when I return, if Krazy Kup is consistently good, just like last time, I will give them their fifth star for consistency.
