What an absolute waste of money this place is; they ignored every single aspect of my order and just threw whatever shit they had left over onto a burger. I've been coming to this McDonald's as long as I can remember, and the food is pretty much like any other location, decent, fast-pace, and ready to go. We normally utilize the drive through every visit, expect when we have a huge party with us, we will order inside and do take out. Occasionally, will dine inside too. Never had any issues in the bathroom, well cleaned. Service is pretty decent at this location. The only thing to watch out for is sometimes the order will be screwed up, and it's happened to us a couple times. I've went back two times to get it fixed with no problem. I give them a 4 star rating because the staff is great, they're kind, the food is always done how I like it, usually I go through the drive through but it looks like they remodeled, looks really nice inside. 95% they get my order correct, though sometimes they forget an item which yes, it is annoying but no company is perfect. read more

I've seen the other reviews for this McDonald's and they make sense. Shops have bad employees and if you go to the drive-thru ten minutes before they close, when all the machines are shut down for the night, you're going to have a bad time. That being said, this is actually my favorite McD's in the area! Lines are never horrendous like Poughkeepsie locations, and online orders are always quick and easy (again, unlike others). I regularly get this one guy when ordering who's really friendly and he does a great job, especially because it seems like he's one of two people most of the time. They are also the ONLY McD's in the area that will put mustard on your burgers. Not many pepper like this but I LOVE having it so it's really nice for them to do it. This location is also recently renovated, bringing some of the creature comforts like modern seating and more soda options out here. Food is disgusting, employees are verbally abused and physically postured by owner, and the staff are not cheerfull or polite (I wouldn't be either if I had to deal with that wildebeest of a boss, you'll know the one im talking about if you ever have the misfortune of seeing her). i went through the drive thru and ordered two three dollar bundles and i politely asked that they be made fresh. i waited about ten minutes while there was only one other car in front of me which is kind of ridiculous if you ask me. i then get to the window and there's not even a "hey, how are you" or anything like that just said the total which was 6.94. so i wait like 5 minutes for my food and then park and inspect the food to find out that it's not even fresh. nothing about it was fresh it was the most dry mcchocken i've ever had in my life. the thing tastes like the sahara desert. and the frys were as soggy as can be and not to mention the nuggets don't even get me started. I didn't even bother to go back through the drive thru again because i probsbly would have had to wait another 10 minutes just to get to the window. read more

Reviewing a fast food restaurant on yelp is sort of idiotic because you know what you're going to get you're going to get the same as any other McDonald's everywhere else so I am not reviewing the food at this McDonald's I am how are reviewing the service and work ethic of the employees there. Recently I had two events that really show the quality of who they have working there recently I got to the McDonald's about 10 or 15 minutes before they closed they had a sign saying they were closing at midnight I was the fourth car on line in the drive-through at 12:04 I pull up to the drive-through they tell me sorry were closed. You're closed? I've been waiting on this line for almost 15 minutes! How are you closed when there are three cars ahead of me still waiting on their food? The woman behind the counter actually told me well there is one cheeseburger left you can have that! Are you serious? The best part of that situation was the employees were running the food out to the other cars and they were all in civilian clothing which means they had already changed to go home they were closing early! My second problematic experience with this McDonald's I went in to order at the counter now there was nobody online at the counter the kid behind the counter tells me I have to go and order from the self help kiosk? Dude you're standing in front of the cash register can't you just take my worder? No you have to go order at the self help kiosk I go over to the kiosk and while I am attempting to figure it out anemployee comes over and says what's the matter you can't figure it out? I was like no but suddenly I don't really need my burger with your attitude as I'm walking out I heard her cursing what the fuck is his problem ! i've said it before and I'll say it again I work very hard for my money and I don't mind spending it but you're not going to treat me like a jerk with that in mind I'm not be going to this McDonald's anytime soon read more

If the older manager lady is there, your order will take forever, and it will be wrong. I'm here right now, there's another couple I the dining room, their order was messed up, the few cars in the drivethru, they keep making them wait and several have come back inside to get their order corrected. I don't know how she has a job still. EVERY TIME she's there, EVERYTHING is chaos. There's next to no business and he manager is messing up and the staff isn't being led. As soon as she leaves, this place becomes a normal McDonald's and the service is great. read more

I made my first visit last week despite driving by a gazillion times during the last 20+ years, because I heard one of their ads on the radio saying that the breakfast biscuit was back! The breakfast biscuit, sausage, egg and cheese I ordered at around 8:45 am at the drive thru was perfect. I asked for two slices of cheese with the egg and sausage in the middle. The speedy, polite and charming server got my order exactly right. The cashier was cheerful and friendly and the coffee was so delicious that I went back a second time, three days later. Same experience! I may just become a breakfast regular:). read more
