It's not fast food that is for certain. 20 minutes on the line to order, not because the single person wasn't working hard. She was. We are definitely understaffed here. The time I entered after the lunch hour rush at 2:32 PM, it was nearly 20 minutes till my order was taken. And now I have the honor of waiting for the order to be prepared. So I can't speak to the food or Quality but if you're in a hurry, you might just wanna move on to the next place. read more

Absolutely terrible. Ordered 18 sauced bits, and received 6 - called, and was told the item would be refunded. It never was, the online system is garbage, and after several messages, a manager could not be bothered to return my call. read more

Dave's sauce is good, the portions are good too, Mac and cheese and bread was good, their shakes are good, but it's no better than Popeyes or Chick-fil-A. I would come back tho. Was excited to see this place come to the area. However opening weekend was slammed and we chalked it up to opening challenges. The lines continued for weeks which left us even more excited to try it. However it's been open for months and there is no longer a long line so we were able to order in a few minutes. After waiting for the food for 25 minutes and asking for a update on the order, with an attitude we are told it hasn't been started yet and will be another 25 minutes. Sorry never again, at least tell the customer it will be an hour at the time of order so I could have walked out instead of asking for a refund (which we are still waiting to hit the account, charge hit right away go figure). Watched three other customers get refunds as well while waiting. Do Better! read more

Came for lunch at 12:30 on a Sunday. Not really that crowded but it took a solid thirty minutes to get our food. I've been to Michelin starred restaurants that served us food exponentially faster. What takes so long? And when it the food finally came, my kids hated the chicken. The Mac and cheese was "too cheesy". We spent $78 to wait forever and eat meh food. Save your time and go literally anywhere else. Wendy's has fine chicken sandwiches. Ambiance was great because everyone else was also bemused by the waiting and so we felt like we were all in it together. read more

Very slow service! I ordered online and was given a pickup time. It took FOREVER to get my food, I wasn't offered any sauces, and the app gave me a barcode to have scanned by one of the workers to receive reward points for the purchase but I was told they weren't able to scan it. read more

Went on 8/13/25- A bit disorganized, long lines for people that already ordered, or ordered via app or online and everyone seemed to huddle around the pick up aresa without anyone to help organize. Place was loud. Despite the crowd we only waited 20 minutes, so they are doing that well. Had 2 chicken slider meals: 1 mild, 1 no spice step son enjoyed the mild one both kids liked the sliders+ fries - [I found fries very salty] 3 chicken strips - no spice - first strip was small, and for $5.29 each I was a bit disappointed. Each strip comes in its own container with sauce, a slice of bread and pickles, so was happy to open the next container to a very decent size tender. Rest of tenders were the same size and would say they are more like Cane's then Chic-fil-a sized. 2 chicken strips lite mild- not even spicey/hot but tons of flavor- would get this going fwd and try something even a bit hotter. read more

I've never been there before and I figured I would try it ou yesterday. It was after 4 o'clock and there was only 2 customers in the store and the whole time I was there 2 more came in. I ordered a meal, it was a slider with an extra chicken tender and came with french fries. Without a drink the meal was over $14 as is and I had to tip. So with meal and tip it was already over $18 dollars. Soda started at $3.49 and I couldn't justify paying over $20 for a simple serving of fried food. So the warm water I had out in my car sounded like a better financial option. It took almost 15 minutes for it to be completed. The girl at the counter was the best part of the visit. Very friendly and helpful. I guess I got what I was expecting when it came to the food. Chicken wasn't that great and basic fries for an unrealistic price. Adding spray painted walls and loud music wasnt doing and anything to enhance the experience. This is a fast food location, not a restaurant. I think these places calling themselves restaurants are false advertising to try to charge people like they are actually getting restaurant quality. Long story short, I can say I tried it and won't be going back. This review is in no means a reflection of the wait staff. They did their jobs fine. Its just the poor typical business model that will cause this fast food change to down the same path as most that are no longer here in Dutchess County. read more

We've had the food there twice before and it was great. It's quite expensive and so it's a treat. Got it today and it was inedible! Even the mild was so over-coated with spice as to make it impossible to enjoy. When you pay $100 for take out for four people you expect to be able to enjoy it. This time no one did and it ended up getting thrown away. If we lived closer I would have returned it. Inconsistency makes us not want to order again in the future. read more

i would tell you how the food is but i've been waiting for an hour to get it and i'm debating just cutting my loses and maybe some underpaid fry cook can get dinner. The music blasts at max volume as you watch each employee receive their break an hour before close instead of making your chicken. it was moderately busy in the dining area and i imagine they have a good amount of online orders as well, but it's genuinely crazy to be charged sit down restaurant prices for a menu featuring three things fried chicken, fried chicken sandwich, and fries and wait longer than i would have being served by a waiter. I have worked food service for 7 years and it astounds me they could even take over 20 minutes for a ticket running a menu this simple. i don't blame any employee a delay of this caliber has to be due to poor management or maybe nobody in there actually knows how a fryer works. hard to say as i have now finished my review, and the poor kid back there still hasn't fished my meal out of the oil. update I missed christmas with my family but i got my one single meal, but before leaving in a haste to relive my busted eardrums i realized i had still not received my ice cream shakes. after one whole hour waiting in this building they couldn't even complete my order. who cares how the chicken tastes it cannot be worth this waste of my short time here on earth.
