The line was long but I thought I was fine because I ordered on the app before breakfast ended. As I drove up the lady asked for my code and she said "oh I canceled that we serving lunch". Can I give zero stars for the worst customer service I've ever received in my life? I Ordered online and was having issues checking in so I walked inside to see if I could get some help or at least pick up my order inside versus curbside. The so said manger copped an attitude from the first word out of my mouth. I wasn't giving an attitude or being rude at all. All I kept getting told was - "I don't give a damn what your damn phone says. I ain't on my order screen. So too bad." I wish I was making that up but I'm not. Even the regular workers were giving me a Face of "I'm sorry." I was embarrassed, shocked, and left without my paid for order because I didn't want it to escalate past being belittled in front of people. I will NEVER go back to this rude AF establishment. Seriously, I had to click one star or I couldn't post a review. I was there with a friend, just for coffee last week. We waited and waited....till someone finally came out front....with an attitude. No smile, no welcoming personality. "What do you want?"....that was it. We said two coffees, one with sweetener. After SEVERAL MINUTES my friend walked back into the kitchen to see where the coffee was. A manager said he'd bring it right out. In a couple of minutes he did.....but, no sweetener. Notified right away, waited another 25 minutes for the missing meal. Then, still wrong! Burritos instead of biscuit sandwiches. Coffee filled half-full. My food finally gets here after my DoorDash or waited 25 minutes for it to get done and I go inside to eat and there's no onions on my burger not once did I ever say I didn't want onions on my burger so obviously with this not being what I ordered I go up to McDonald's and I go inside to talk to someone about remaking my order the lady that was at the cash register was really nice about it and she went to the back to talk to the manager and told the manager that I wanted the onions on my burger because I not once put that I didn't want onions on my burger, the manager proceeds to start cursing and getting pissed off, and she told her cook line to remake my order as she's telling the cook to remake my order she's like don't put onions on it The cashier proceeds to tell her no she wants the onions on it. Anyways the cashier starts to come back up front and I told her I wanted to speak to the manager as I no longer feel safe being as I am pregnant I go outside to grab my fiancé because he's sitting in the car we go back inside and then all of a sudden the guy that was in the car next to us where I parked at runs up in there like he's about to fight someone and starts yelling into the back, Momma what's going on? Come to find out the lady he's calling MOM is the manager So you mean to tell me he's going to fight a pregnant lady?? Anyways the manager finally comes upfront. I tried to explain to her that I was pregnant and heard her talking shit in the back and I just wanted my food remade and that was all being I already paid $26 for it and she proceeded to get fussy with me. I was certainly blown away by my experience, and not in a good way. After reading Yelp and Trip Advisor reviews, I must say that I agree. This was the worse experience I have ever had. We ordered at the kiosk and waited 15 minutes before we even saw anyone behind the counter. What we did see is several young employees in and out the kitchen. One young lady came in to find out she and another girl were both suspended (info I didn't need to know). Zero greetings, zero professionalism. We ordered at kiosk and saw others being told they had to order at the kiosk. There were at least 4 employees in kitchen area and no one at register. People were having to come inside from the drive thru to get their food. We waited at least 25 minutes for our 3 egg McMuffins. Drinks were handed out when we finally got food. No apology, no greeting. Dirty tables. Had to ask to clean table. These employees must never have been trained. It is a shame you don't set these employees up for success. Please give them expectations and then manage them so they can be proud of the work they do! Someone in McDonalds should also monitor the franchises to make sure the brand name is being upheld. I seem to have a lot of Micky D's reviews on my Yelp site, and really, I don't eat here that often, it's is my go to place when on the interstate however when not in range of a Chick Filet. The wife really liked this place, (she is an alumn on the Mc D retail experience, so she knows), she says its well run and was impressed that the manager was cracking the whip to the staff to keep the place clean. Decided to order a Sirloin Steakhouse because it's been advertising for a minute. I thought it would be as good as the Mushroom Swiss Angus Burger McDonald's used to offer. Anyway, it was dry as hell. The bun, the meat, even the peppery sauce on the bottom half of the bun was giving me a cotton mouth. I don't know if the burger's like that at every McDonald's, but this one sure did put a horrible taste in my mouth. The fries were salty and dry, too. Why? Also, I positioned myself in front of the Playplace. Bad mistake. If you ever wanna see unruly kids talk back to their parents, hit up a McDonald's Playplace. It doesn't get any worse than that. This was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a McDonalds. I don't know if they had just gotten a bunch of new employees because I don't think a single one of them knew what they were doing except for the obviously frustrated manager who was constantly yelling at the staff. To make things worse, the entire time we were waiting in line, an alarm was going off in the play place. It took two women to complain before it was finally shut off. When I finally got my hot cakes, there was no butter, syrup, or utensils. They had also forgotten my orange juice and I had to ask for these things at least three times before I ever got them. My boyfriend hadn't even gotten his food at all and had to ask for it as well. Despite all of the issues with the service, the food was very good. Driving from Louisiana to Arkansas, my family needed a quick place to eat. Although I try to go local when I can, McDonald's is easy. Looking up a place in this area, I laughed when I saw all the horrible reviews for this McDonald's. It's a McDonald's--it can't be THAT bad. People are exaggerating. I had to go to find out. So let me start by saying, McDonald's food is McDonald's food--it's going to taste the same anywhere. Everyone in these reviews is commenting on the service. So that is what I'll comment on too. We ate inside and ordered at the front. Ordering was great--friendly, patient, and confirmed with a smile. We were given our order at an average speed--certainly not one of those quick McDonald's. But they forgot an egg McMuffin. Once we brought this to their attention. They apologized and said, don't worry we will bring it out to you. So we go and most of us start to eat, except me waiting for the sandwich. 10 minutes go by and we decide to ask about it. Oh... it's right here, waiting for you. So after getting it wrong, telling us to sit and it will be brought to us, and then not bringing it... the sandwich was cold. But ya, know. It tastes the same either way. I get 2 boxes of 10 nugget and no fries, I called and the rude person that answered the phone couldnt belve that I didnt have a receipt, I explained what I did. Told her I just wanted to get the fries, she says not without a receipt, anyone can call and say they didnt get what they wanted. Told her this is not worth it for fries and hung up.
