First time eating here and will be back. The burger were great. Delicious food with even better service!

Food was a 10/10!! Get the chicken sandwich for sure it was the best chicken sandwich and you can choose your spice level. We went on a Saturday so they used the smoker and had pulled pork with ribs and the ribs were AMAZING! Fell right off the bone and the flavor was great. We swapped our sides for fries and got the phucket sauce. Definitely recommend! Overall very affordable and very tasty will definitely be back!! read more

The food is generally good. But for some reason I didn't care as well for the tenders this time. They weren't as good as the last time and had a mustard taste I didn't care for. I can't remember if they has that last time. Maybe it's because I got mild last time and git no spice this time. However, the tenders are BIG! That's a great thing about the value. Restaurant is clean and kept. The atmosphere is very noisy with echo. Staff is friendly. I think the value could be better if combo options were available because of many nearby competitors offering better overall value. Southerns is overpriced on several things and they always try to upsell on add on drinks and banana pudding; which I am sure is phenomenal, but I just think the value options could be better. Heard great things about this new business, so I decided to give it a try for lunch one day. While it was busy, the line moved quickly. Employees were nice. We dined in and the food was brought to the table. I enjoyed my fresh well seasoned chicken sandwich. My party throughly enjoyed their burger and the chicken cracklin was amazing. First time trying this place. First off, the people working there are outstanding. Very friendly and it seems they genuinely enjoy working there. We ordered the chicken thigh sandwich, fries and the original crackin side. I didn't care for the cracklings, but that's just my personal taste buds. The chicken sandwich and fries were really great. I don't think that I've ever had a fried chicken thigh sandwich from any place. It's about a 40 minutes drive from my house, so unless I'm in the area, I'll have to hope they build a place near me. read more

I went there for the chicken sandwich. It was good made to order. my grandson got the fish sandwich I found it a little pricey.

New location that recently opened in Hammond. I'd heard great things so went in to try it. We ordered the Prince Chicken Sandwich, a double smash burger, 2 fries & 2 drinks. Bill was basically $40.00. The burger looked delicious and was good. But I venture to say it would have been better if it had been hot. The fries were hot and good. The chicken sandwich was not as exciting as the hype. It wasn't bad, just "good". Nothing overly new, different, or over the top delicious. I'd honestly say the burger was more of a surprise. The service was a little slow, as only one person was taking orders at the counter. But he was friendly and helpful. He also tried to sell us more items from the menu. I Wasn't a fan of the "burger sauce" so I asked for mayo and was told "we have some today. But not every day". I also Got a side of the puket sauce (hope I spelled that correctly) , to eat with my fries and liked it. Over all, if you wanna drop 20 bucks on a different chicken sandwich or burger and fixings, go check it out. It's new to the area and you just might like it. Yesterday I had to go Hammond to get a test done. So after my I decided to go get a King Cake from here. There are King cakes, are beignet king cakes. They are really good. My wife really loves these cakes. We were put onto them from my cousin who lives over in Metairie who got one over there restaurant over there near him and posted it on Facebook. While there yesterday, I decided to get a chicken sandwich. Their spicy chicken sandwich is way better than Popeyes or Chick-fil-A's chicken sandwiches! Their service was good. It did not take real long, but it came out fresh and hot. You need to come here and try out there chicken sandwiches and king cakes! read more

Yes, I gave the place a measly two stars out of five. The food was acceptable and about like what's available in any fast food place. The seating was pinched . Honestly.....ketchup packets? And an extra charge for a couple tablespoons of chicken sauce? The worst part was the NOISE. This is like eating in a noisy middle school cafeteria !! The building was not engineered or constructed to be even acceptably quiet enough to carry on a simple conversation across the table. The NOISY wooden chairs being moved around the floor added to the din. No thanks. For the same price there are a dozen or more places within a half mile radius serving the same thing at the same price and doing so with a little ATMOSPHERE and far less NOISE. read more

This is my third visit. I ordered the 3-piece tender and asked for an additional tender to split with my grandson. We got all the way home (7 miles) and were missing the sauces and a chicken tender.
