I like this McDonald's. It wasn't here when I lived in Hudson, Florida. Great location US 19 and 52. Very friendly employees with big hearts. I rate by the coffee and it's perfect. They get the orders right and it's very clean. can't wait till the new restaurant McDonald's is opening comes here. do yourself a favor it's nice and comfortable inside so don't wait in the long line at the drive-through eat here inside. read more

Huge long line in the drive-through. So I thought I'd come in and order my six sausage, egg and cheese McMuffins and two burritos inside. Don't make the same mistake I did. They prioritize the drive-through, even though it was really backed up and long. They also prioritize smaller orders with the food that I'm still waiting for. For people who walked in after me. Unimpressed with the service. Waited 33 minutes. Fast food, NOT! 7 people waiting with me in store although smaller orders have come and gone. Apparently you get punished for large orders. So make sure you order small. You might get squeezed in before the bigger ones even though I spend more money than anybody else. And of course I got all the food and I checked it to make sure it was right but it's cold the nice lady at the front who I felt bad for her cause it's not her fault gave me a free apple pie, which was nice. However, something needs to be done about this going forward or else you will lose my business. In addition, the first fight I took of my sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin had a large hard piece of gristle or bone from the sausage. Really poor quality. Yuck! read more

Long wait. Shorter than the place across the street but I digress. My biggest gripe is two fold. Firstly it's 2022 let people order a large drink and a small fry if they want. Secondly your people lack training. I wanted to add an extra burger patty to my sandwich and the girl apologized because "the system won't let" her. I happen to know it will. It's an order other McDonald's can fill. This is further evidenced by the order taking recording my order wrong, and added an extra French fry onto my meal order. I think she just didn't pay enough attention to what I wanted, or was not listening perhaps. Either way. Step it up. There are more than two options for fast food, most of which are closer to my house. read more

2.75 for a diet coke with tax. When in much of the country the price is still 1-1.50. Avoiding McDonalds in most of Florida nowadays.

Drive through order was perfectly sufficient. There was no one in line so the wait was in order. There was nothing remarkable. The service was fine, friendly, fast. read more

Terribly dissatisfied with the burnt bagel I received today. I'll go back to the other place that is just a left hand turn verses a right hand turn off of 19 called bagels galore. If you are someone new to town go check out Bagels Galore I stead of thinking McDonald's is quicksand easy. Lesson learned.... read more

Seems like every time I go through the drive thru they forget something. Usually it's sauce but today it was my nuggets. I can deal with the sauce but the my nuggets? Come on that's ridiculous. This time they gave me my ranch but not the nuggets. read more

I stopped at the drive thru after working all night. I ordered six breakfast sandwiches, two large fries, and two frappes w/espresso. After a very lengthy wait, I was offered someone else's order! I explained what was in my order, and was eventually given my melted frappes and bag of food. Had to wait some more to get straws and condiments. When I got home and offered the food to my kids, I found one breakfast sandwich, one plain biscuit, two plain muffins, and two plain griddles! I was just too tired to deal with calling them at that point, so I decided to save the bag of food and receipt, so that I could call after some much needed sleep. When I woke up this afternoon, I called McDonald's and asked to speak to a manager, explaining what had happened, and why I had not called earlier. I did let her know that I had saved the food and receipt. She refused to do anything to correct my order! Now, I have to dispute the charge with my bank after it processes! The manager at this location should have been willing to exchange my order! read more

This place is a joke. First occasion -People standing around chit chatting and not working. Front counter person texting. Told me to use kiask to order, she had to clean the bathroom when she finished with her message. Person who appeared to be the manager was horsing around with one of the line people and no orders were being completed. Second occasion-went through drive thru about 5 AM ordered sausage McMuffin no cheese, waited in line over 15 minutes for food and then there was cheese on it. Went back around and no one would answer at speaker. Pulled up and knocked on window. Someone finally opened it and told me I had to use speaker. I told him no one answered and what my problem was. He said well they come with cheese. Showed him (and he was the manager) the ticket that said no cheese. He said to pick it off, there was nothing he could do. WILL NOT GO BACK. read more

The mcDonalds on the corner of Little and Embassy is awful. A group of ladies go there after church on Sundays and we always have to take numerous items back. No one seems to care and I would never go through the drive through as we have come to expect the wrong sauce on the burger, no cheese on a biscuit , cheese and sausage, etc... read more

Always the worst McDonalds in the are. I usually drive to the next closest. This time I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit and a bacon and biscuit. I got a bacon and egg biscuit and a sausage and egg McMuffin, which I threw away. I wanted 2 for $5 big macs, as pictured on their website. No 2 for $5 big macs. This place is a bad joke and the franchisee should lose his franchise. Always food is cold. Last week a big mac, fries and a burger were all ice cold. The week before one of their burgers made me sick for diarrhea and cramps for days. Never going back again. read more

I will never go into a McDonald's again after this experience what a joke. They make you order your food at a kiosk then they make you go over to a register to give you your change. Then they all stand around and no one gets your food the place was packed with people everyone was complaining.
