What happened we have always enjoyed this restaurant. We don't mind paying the higher prices for quality. The fries horrible. The burgers 2 bacon cheese burgers were okay. The soda was horrible the machine didn't mix it correctly. We couldn't hear each other talking because the staff was so loud by the way we were the only people in there. Finally I told my wife be careful because the floors were so greasy that I was sliding. Pretty bad for a 40 dollar lunch for 2 read more

After a long time since we had been there we decided to grab a quick lunch!!! Omg nothing quick about it. Ordered online at 11:41 sent a message 6-11 minutes ready no later than 11:49. Got there at 11:49. I'm on chemo and have a pump so I can't stand long and am very weak reason for ordering ahead. Get there was told I'm working on it. Np, waiting by 12:12 or so still nothing o reminded them my pickup time was 11:49. Manager or so called manager was working on an order they 2 girls were making everyone food but nothing was moving. I asked again and was told there a big order. Does anyone not know how to execute the small orders while he's working on the big one. Zero delegation no respect for the small orders needing to leave. Over 25 people standing around with no food. Then the manager after moving the big order starts giving food to people who ordered at the counter well over 20 minutes I was standing in there I asked how is that possible got very upset still nothing! After I was literally crying because I was so weak he asked the name digs in the pile of burgers finds mine finally at 12:30 it was given to me almost an hour we could have had fine dining. Get in the vehicle the burgers were ice cold. $30 for crap only thing hot were the fries. I've posted many reviews even called cooperate. I should at least be given my money back. I only eat hot food only had a few bite it was gross cold not even the way we ordered them. Very sad the owners haven't trained this manger how to expedite food properly. I'll last visit- culvers may be 5 minute wait but food is hot and never waited that long not even an apology. Please think twice before going here read more

Would not recommend having their burgers and fries delivered = the fries come lukewarm, limp, yucky. You need to eat them fresh and hot. For some reason the junior burger had a weird taste and bits of gristle. Very unpleasant meal and first time I had delivery from them - never again. read more

Burgers were great but the fries had been in oil too long. They tasted like grease. Yuck!

Cost more but definitely worth it. Burgers taste fantastic and you can add almost any topping that you can think of at zero additional cost. Cajun or regular fries are excellent and there is a ton of them. read more

Hubby was craving a burger on a Saturday night and Five Guys was on our way home. It was my first experience at this chain so I was not prepared for the humongous size of the burger when I opened up the package at home. "Keep your eyes on the fries" I really like 5 guys burgers and normally they load your bag of food with a plethora of perfectly prepared French fries, however, not this time. I ordered my usual bacon cheeseburger, medium fries and medium drink. The meal came in the bag with just a small cup of fries and maybe 8 or 10 on the bottom. I went back to the counter to ask why so few fries and she apologized and a fella put more fries in a bag and handed it to me. Inside was just a tiny handful of fries. The burger is great and has lots of flavor but the main reason I go there is for the heaping bag of fries. So I guess like so many other businesses, their corporate ivory tower maybe sent word to use a small cup and hold back on the French frie avalanche. Very sad indeed. read more

Love this Five Guys. My go-to for a bacon cheeseburger & fries. I'm a stickler with my fries being crispy and I've yet to be let down.

The food at this location is ALWAYS SO GOOD!! But I have to inform them. The filthy parking lot doesn't make their location a desirable place to sit and eat. There is trash all over the lot. Its sad people just walk and drop their trash. But the store manager should take more pride in the presentation of the business. Then to allow it to look so dirty. read more

Five Guys seems to be the peoples champion when it comes to fast food burgers, although they are all cooked fresh when you order. I ordered the cheeseburger ($5.79) with grilled onions, mushrooms and tomatoes. I also ordered the fries (which were delicious, but that's another review topic). The burger came out and it is unmistakably a bar/fast food burger. Everything about it looks like a good old fashioned greasy burger (I mean that in a good way believe it or not). It definitely resembles more of a Big Mac than a burger like Brian's Place or Nina's Cucina. The taste itself was quite good, I have to admit however it was quite greasy; it was "soggy" as the bun absorbed the fat. It was all very familiar. That said it is better than the fast food competitors and I even enjoyed it more than the other chain burger that I tried at Ruby's. But compared to the others it just doesn't measure up. I liked that they has a number of options for the burger and the extras but I can't say I will be rushing back. The best way I can describe it is that it would be a great "hangover cure" if you missed breakfast time. Five Guys also tout themselves as having the best $5 burger around. Having tried the one at Nina's I find it very hard to agree with that claim. read more

Great place. Everybody seems to love their job, and the food is made fresh. It's a little pricey but worth it if you have the extra money on hand. I've never had a problem with the fries. Always have gotten plenty. I mean usually its enough that I could take home and eat. Burgers are bigger than the norm and the atmosphere is great for a burger joint.
