My Son-In-Law, Picked Up Our Orders A Week Ago. While He Was Finished Food Shopping. When He Came Home The Food Was Not Warm At All. The Food Wasn't Even Appealing To Our Taste Buds. Unfortunately, this McDonald's location didn't meet expectations. I ordered two plain cheeseburgers and two cookies, but it took over 20 minutes to get my food. The staff didn't seem very attentive or eager to help, and communication was also a challenge. Most of the employees here seem to primarily speak Spanish with limited English, which made it harder to get assistance or clarity on my order. I understand fast food can get busy, but a little more effort in customer service, efficiency, and communication would go a long way. Hoping this was just an off day for the team. read more

I never write reviews but I had to come here to say how shit this location is. Just spent 30 minutes(along with 4 other people) waiting for a happy meal and 2 value meals. They worry more about the drive thru and DoorDash orders than the people in store. Manager no where in sight to deal with the irate customers piling up. And still got the order wrong!! The Food is McDonald's food just like all McDonald's food, everything basically looks and tastes the same, Ray Kroc invented this system many years ago so there is no wondering what the food is like when you go to McDonald's and one main problem I have with most fast food restaurants is, ON A CHEESEBURGER THE CHEESE IS SUPPOSED TO BE MELTED!!!!!!! Weekend staff, all Haitian and very rude. We ordered delivery Sunday and they forgot to put in a hash brown and a burrito. We called and my husband went back to pick it up and the lady was extremely rude threw the items in a bag and didn't even turn around to face my husband, just stuck out her arm with the bag. I placed my order at about 9:27pm and arrived shortly after. The line at the drive through was excessively long and unmoving. My mobile app order was confirmed and pulled onto the screen. I pulled up to the window and the guy told me he had a bunch of mobile orders and didnt know which was mine. I said my name 3x to where he claims he saw it and said it should be fine they should have it. I wait even longer now its near an 45-50 min just waiting to be ignored by the staff at the window . Im watching them deliver orders to other vehicles yet I was still there. Finally the woman comes over with a frappe that I never ordered and as I again repeated my order several times she claims she cant find my order. This is where somewhere else approaches me and offers to remake it and at this point Im extremely upset as my children were hungry and I just wanted to leave . A refund was issued but of course since the kid never handed me my receipt the employee had to physically take my personal cellphone and my card to issue a refund. You guys seriously need to work on paying attention providing better service. This is the worst McDonal's I have ever experienced and witnessed. If I could give a zero I would. The food wasn't fresh at all; it almost tasted as if it was microwaved. Many items were missing, one being a drink. When I got up to ask for my drink I was completely ignored for 15 minutes. The heard me, looked at me and proceeded to turn away and continue in a vulgar conversation. It wasn't only me that was treated this way; I saw other customers experience the same treatment. The staff had no care or disregard for anyone but themselves. They were in conversation that is not workplace appropriate and yelling. Creating an environment that is uncomfortable and hostile. If you have kids don't come in to eat. Corporate needs to come in immediately and do something about this staff. The first order (Uber Eats)tonight they only sent the 4 large drinks. No burgers and no fries. So I place a second order Grubhub. Since the last couple of orders with Uber eats have been horrible. This location is closest to my home which is why I always come here but the staff is always rude if it's after breakfast I've only ever had a nice staff member through a drive-through in the morning other than that every time I go to the drive-through it's very straight to the point. no greetings no thank you, no communication at all between the person working the windows and the people in the drive-through and they're so rude and inconvenienced anytime something goes wrong or you have a question or you need to add to your order. read more

This McDonald's doesn't even deserve one star. We sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting on chicken nuggets. The people working there were screwing off the whole time and I'm not sure if it was other workers or the workers friends that were laughing and cursing the whole time and hanging over the counters. Our 20 piece nugget only had 17 and our large fry was half empty. This is what happens when a fast food chain is ran by young college aged kids with no cares in the world. Had to repeat very simple order four times, paid for it, just to be told they were out of the product already paid for. Asked for a refund for that since they couldn't provide it and was told they "couldn't give us a refund," that they didn't know how to, and just ignored us after telling us to drive up. Service is always incredibly slow here. Used the drive-through window and ordered a quarter pounder without cheese. That's it. I paid $4.68 for it. They have the inside dining blocked off so you cannot use the tables even though you can eat at a restaurant they do not allow you to sit at that McDonald's.
