Came here for a late brunch on a Sunday and had a great time. Waffle House never disappoints. We both ordered the All Star Special which came with 2 eggs, a side of bacon or sausage, toast, and either hashbrowns or grits but we got both. We also had coffee. Everything was a 10/10. The eggs were great, the toast was crispy but soft inside, and the hashbrowns were perfectly crispy and toasty. But the star of the show were the grits, perfectly warm, buttery, creamy, and cheesy. So delicious!! The waffle was also outstanding, I loved the texture of it! Wow. Service was good, really quick, our server got everything right and was nice without going over the top, which is sometimes really appreciated. She was very sweet. Here we are, kind of Coraline fans, and we like breakfast for dinner every now and then. So last night, instead of cooking a bunch of food, we went to Waffle House. You can't really expect too much from a place like this when it comes to cleanliness. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't filthy, but everything feels greasy--the menus, the tables, pretty much everything. The girl who took care of us was very nice, as was the rest of the staff. The kitchen was fast, and they make everything right in front of you, so the food is fresh... and greasy. My daughter and I ordered our eggs over easy, and hers were super "oily/watery." The bacon was nice and crunchy, and the hash browns were crispy. Their waffles are the best--you really can't beat them! But I would love for them to have some real maple syrup to really enjoy them. At the end of the day, it's a fast-food chain, so you can't really expect much more than that. Overall, it was pretty decent, and the best part was that I didn't have to cook, so I'd say it was a win-win. And of course I'll go back. Diner Waffle House- we all know the name. Often viewed in a negative light, WH can be great or a punchline - really depends on what you are expecting. Like all WH locations, this rather new addition to PSL is on the small side with an open kitchen, a few seats at the counter and a few tables. The help at this location runs the gamut from clueless to real good- You never know what you are going to get which kind of makes it fun... will they bring out the adults food first and let the kiddies sit there screaming? Will they bring out half the orders and disappear? Who knows? Welcome to WH I think a lot of people think of WH for breakfast, but they are also solid for lunch / dinner. The menu is solid, there is nothing here that is ever going to win a Michelin star. Breakfast is good- nothing earth shattering. To me, the waffles are kind of limp- and I personally like them crispier. On the other hand, the kids like them floppy- go figure. You have to manage the waiter when they are taking the order to get the food cooked the way you like it- and sometimes things do not turn out as expected. Overall, a decent stop if you are hungry. Came by on a Friday around 9:30 and the place was packed. There was still available parking sand only the high tops available for seating. The server was very nice along with the bus boy. Again 7 of us for breakfast which required 2 tables that we were able to access right next to each other. We got there early enough this morning to avoid waiting for tables. The young lady who waited on us was very patient with us. The menu was easy and extensive to follow. Almost everyone had waffles except me as my keto life does not permit such a luxury. Went to the Waffle House with my family this morning, as we were excited and nervous to try the psl establishment as we've heard the horror stories that follow fort pierce Waffle House. Safe to say the food was good, the service was prompt, Jessica was very kind. I asked for burnt bacon and they delivered which is always my biggest concern with eating breakfast food out of the house. The restaurant is really small, but they do a good job of keeping you from feeling like you're ontop of one another. Even though technically you can lean back to back with the consumer's sitting behind you, it's a relatively clean and comfortable environment. read more

Since the day this location opened, I recognized DENISE as a shining star. During the first few weeks, it was chaos and DENISE was always cool, calm and collected. Since then, I eat there quite often and there's not been one visit that she hasn't been there, greeting everyone with a smile. She seems to be the Mama Bear of all the servers. In fact, I thought she was the Manager and last time I was in (2 days ago) I was told she was not. Someone isn't making the right decision because as a CFO for 2 large dealerships, I recognize talent and the standards in which a Manager operates. They get one star because the food is still good. The service was atrocious. It was like a bunch of spinning tops bumping into each other. My wife ordered a simple pecan waffle which was quite good - BUT SHE WAITED 15 minutes after they gave me my food. Our waitress disappeared for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, they made her three different waffles because they either made the wrong one, or the order just sat there while waiting. Then while waiting for the food, the manager came over and said we shouldn't have parked in a spot because the garbage driver needed to get in and someone there forgot to block off the area. They could have also turned the air conditioning up a bit as it was hot as hell sitting next to a window. So much for ambiance. This location leaves a lot to be desired. Tried the New WH today and not really impressed. Small menu and food was edible, but not one of the better breakfast options in our area. I tried their waffle special that included toast, two eggs, choice of bacon, ham or sausage patty. Average quality at best. For a new restaurant, the place was one of the most filthy and disgusting places I have ever been to. The floors looked like they haven't been cleaned in days! This is the second time I have eaten at this store. The food was nothing more then barely adequate. Some was hot and some was cold. There were lots of service staff around and it still took a bit of time for someone to wait on us at the barstools and take our order. This time it wasn't busy so that wasn't the reason. Friendly...meh. The selection of music overhead was clearly "urban" but it wasn't angry or violent at least. Back to food we both had breakfast items. Portions were fine and cooked as ordered. But that was about it in the positive column. We will give this place one more try...so far its two strikes. We so had high hopes for this place too, that's why they are getting a third try, otherwise never again. I have had better breakfast items from a gas station and McD is light years ahead of WH.
