Was craving fries and a Coke on the way to Gallatin so we stopped for a quick bite before getting back on the road. Used the app so it would be faster and it was super easy. My son purchased a two cheeseburger value meal 5/4/23 around 10:45pm. He stopped eating the cheeseburger halfway through because he said it tasted funny. For the next 5 days he was ill with food poisoning. We don't plan on purchasing anything from this location again!! read more

Multiple times this location has been unable to make my order due to equipment not working properly. Once, I even found pieces of beak in my Chicken McGriddle (and have been unable to each any of their chicken since). Being charged for a mobile order that I never recieved due to them not having a working can opener (and recieved no other part of the order either). Was told the restaurant couldn't fix the order or process a refund and told to contact their mobile app, who then told me that only the restaurant could handle it. Called the restaurant and was given a number for what I can assume is another location or "office" only to find they were already closed. Having to hold onto this experience for nearly a week for just maybe a refund has soured me from ever returning. Save your $5 and go somewhere else, this place isn't worth the hassle and frustration. read more

Must see my pics!!! I ordered Mold. Not really, but by looking at the items I received you'd think I did. Now, I myself have worked at McDonalds before so I know that the breakfast burritos are NOT made to order. They are rolled early in the morning and wrapped and poped in a heater when they are ordered. Well....lets just say, mine had been rolled many many MANY days before I was served them. Green and purple mold was growing in MULTIPLE SPOTS on both burritos I had ordered. Not just one but 2!!!!. I could go through the whole story of how mad I was and how I flipped out and yada yada but long story short, I was refunded and offered free food which of course I declined. I got in touch with cooperate and the health department and reported them. Coorperate sent me 2 free burrito vouchers...really? Ya...what a joke right. I'm assuming the HD tried to make a surprise visit but by the time it happened the managers had probably whipped that place into shape expecting an inspection. Of course in my rage I blasted them all over social media. I mean come on...they served me poison. Who wouldn't?! If I could give this McDonald -5 stars, I would. Every time I go there, even before covid, they don't get the order right. Gets kind of annoying paying for something and they don't do it right or they don't even give you all of your order. McDonald's is notorious for messing up orders, but this one in Portland is the absolute worst. I will definitely make the further drive from now on to a different one. I know before ordering they will get the order wrong. It's right on the screen, but not in the bag. I think they hire illiterates that can't read or something. It's right in front of them. I don't mind waiting. I really don't. I understand restaurants are short staffed. But when you are automatically asked to pull to a parking spot to wait for an order (when absolutely no one is in line behind you), you get a little worried. After 15 minutes of waiting, a poor young girl is bringing out bags of food, going from car to car asking what each one ordered, because that's the best system they have come up with. When they don't have your order, then you have to go in, only to wait 20 more minutes, only to have to go in and get it yourself. It may be helpful for the smoking employees that deliver food to not stop for a mini smoke break after delivering an order. It also may be beneficial to the cost of doing business if the two different ladies who did this would not put their cigarettes out on the building before returning to deliver more food. read more

I know, I know. Could mcdonalds be anything less than stellar? I didn't think it was possible but the Portland McDonald's both sucks AND blows. Took 35 minutes to get a big Mac and a vanilla cone. I get it. The meat is flown in from the Greek isles and artisinally prepared by James Beard himself. The cream for the vanilla cone had to be flown in from the Swiss alps and gently churned to perfection. Yea. None of that happened. We were rudely served by a over-entitled trailer trash princess who, apparently is too good to work at McDonald's. Here's a little insider tip the rest of us in the real world know very well: hate your job? Find a new one. Hate waiting on people? Don't get a job where waiting on people is part of your job. It's no big secret in this town that this McDonald's sucks. I have lived in Portland for 15 years and have attempted to go this mcdonalds several times over the years, each time being DISGUSTED!! I went on 7/26/19 after working all day and not wanting to cook, I thought it would be faster than anything else. I ordered my food and she told me it would be 13.18 at the box, when I got to the window she looked at another order and gave me a different price. Finally got that figured out. When I went to get my food, the girl said please pull up we are waiting for your fries. I thought "well at least I will have hot fries"!! 10 seconds later she comes out with my bag. The French fries are ice cold and tasted like they have been sitting under the light for hours. I wanted to go back and complain, but after not being home all day and being tired I did not want to mess with it!! I will never ever go back !! I don't like mcdonalds in the first place, but they are the worst!! I got two double cheeseburgers they were ice cold and my sons happy meal was also ice cold. Food has a 50/50 chance of being correct. Too often it is very sloppy (mainly cheeseburgers). Prices are good and customer service especially in the mornings (the lady in drive thru is a woot) is usually good. read more
