Horrible !. My wife and I chanced eating there Saturday July 4th 2026. The fries were really not bad but the meal (Big Mac's) were the worst I've ever eaten. The meat tasted like had sat in a warmer most of the day...perhaps it was left over from the day before. Also the cashier under charged us by $2.00. The place was not busy at all So no one should have been rushed. i was going to return the money from the under charge but after trying to eat there meal we decided to keep the money. Don't usually come here because the food is not great and the prices are super high. I was kind of put off by them years ago because I had placed an app order and went to the drivethru where they said they didn't have my order and were very rude. I tried to show her the order but she refused to look (and it was definitely the right location). She just said she didn't see it on her end and didn't want to help us at all. I wanted to know what to do but I was threatened to leave or they'd call the cops. I absolutely told them to call the cops but of course they didn't and when she wouldn't tell me how to get my money back if the transaction went through I left. She was yelling and I had to do a chargeback for the order because of course they had it. So yeah, don't really want to give them my money. But we were across the street and wanted to grab something fast (gas station had shut down hot food before 9pm that night). That's how desperate we were. So bought the limited time McRib and nuggets. Sandwich is just too overpriced and honestly, Stouffers has a rib entree that is exactly the same meat and sauce as a McRib. So you can easily make a bunch at home for the same price. No good deals and they're options aren't very enticing. So I'll be avoiding them for the foreseeable future. read more

The WORST service ever! None of the kiosks were working and we were the only people ordering. Knowing that there are customers waiting to order, they took 10 minutes to take the order. When I wanted to use the bathroom (where they have to manually press the button for the customer), after making eye-contact and hearing my request, the worker just walked away to the back. I placed an order via curbside pickup. I waited over 10 minutes and still no food. I finally went inside the restaurant only to find out that they forgot my order. When compared to other McDonald restaurants, I would get my order within minutes. In general, my complaint lies in the app and this issue applies to all locations. I have had occasional issues with their app not allowing me to use a deal. It often said that I can't claim the deal (even though I haven't even used it yet) and would make me wait 60 minutes. Service for one and food for the other, so we went to have a bite to eat a 5.00 meal deal and a McRib french fries and a medium root beer and we told them no salt on the fries we tell them this every time we eat there so what do we get? we get salt on the fries, I immediately take them back and tell Adrian was his name that there was salt on the fries, And he replies I promise you there's not! And I replied to him that I promise you there is, and I told him I cannot have salt. There's enough salt in the food as it is and I do not need no extra salt. It's not good for me like McDonald's is good for me the fact is they do this almost every time we eat there but no one promises there's no salt when plainly I can taste and feel salt! Another thing is most of the employees don't seem to know how the deals work I told her I would like the free fries because I'm spending 1.00 actually more than a dollar, 15.17 to be exact, and she said no that's only for points what kind of since does that make? I had no desire to argue with her about fries . I just think it's messed up that every time I want to use my points just about, there's mostly always some reason why I can't use my points. and the reasons never make sense so what's the point? about the salt on the fries Adrian acted angry that I sent the fries back and when they brought the fries back out to me, the top tasted like there was no salt, but when I got to the bottom half of the fries, they tasted and felt like there was salt on them and they were so hard and dark they didn't look fresh. They were hard to chew, and I believe that they just threw them back in the grease to rinse the salt off can't prove it, didn't see it, but still what happened to good customer service? and since when did it become a problem to ask for no salt? Despite the fact that locking up a bike and removing all the lights and gear that can be easily stolen is a pain, and much more difficult than simply parking a car, bicyclists are not served in the drive thru. The drive thru exists to reduce the transaction cost and securing a bike to use the lobby greatly increases the transaction cost. As a result everything in McDonalds will cost too much for bicyclists. Burgerville does it right. read more

Got my wrong by adding an item to my burger I didn't order. At the window I asked them to fix it. Then they handed me my change. $1.70. I was handed the bill but the 70cent was in their pinky, ring and middle finger. Instead on placing it on top of the bill after I grabbed onto it they just let go. Happy birthday to the ground.
