I've definitely had better McDonalds service. at this one in pdc a lot of the time you get your food cold or the order is wrong. I also come to notice that they clearly don't clean their fryers very often bc the fries are not good a large majority of the time and the rare occasion that they do clean their fryers you can most definitely tell by the freshness of your food. I'm mostly writing this to let mcdonald's know they need to clean their fryers more often. I just got hash browns from there at 6:30 this morning, expecting them to be fresh bc why wouldn't they? they just opened.. but they tasted like i just bought some nasty soggy fries. read more

I don't like to write negative reviews, but this one needs to be written due to its atrocious service. I've run into issues at this restaurant with slow and unprofessional service before - including a server who was singing and dancing so much while serving that I had no idea what he was saying or doing - but last night's incident was the worst I've ever had at a fast food place ... and I've been to a lot of fast food places over the years. I should have known I was in trouble when I had to wait several minutes for them to so much as take my order at the drive-through speaker, though that was only the beginning. Once I pulled around, the car in front of me waited nearly 20 minutes for an order that included just one bag and a couple of drinks. It appeared that there was just one person working the entire restaurant, and he was spending nearly as much time talking to friends as he was waiting on customers. I would have left had I not been pinned in by the narrow lane and cars both in front of me and behind me. All told, it took about 25 minutes at the drive through for a sandwich, fries and a drink. There are other fast food places within no more than a two-minute drive that have much better service. I recommend those over this particular McDonald's location. read more

Never ever get an order right and never ever offer to make it right. You have to wait in line to order and get your food then find half or 3/4 missing! And have to wait even longer to get that food! They never offer anything for the trouble. Hardee's near by never gets it wrong and has bigger and better quality food for same price range. read more

Ok... So my family and I came here for some lunch a few weeks ago. I ordered seperate so just one meal. The two cheeseburger meal (extra mustard, pickles, and add mac sauce) with a large iced caramel coffee (extra caramel). It seemed like the employee taking my order was young and not fully trained in (it takes time I understand). The problem came when no one helped him ring it in. New employees NEED help. Anyways I wait for my food about 10 minutes go by and I finally get it. Coffee didnt have extra caramel like I asked but I wasnt super upset it was a small mistake. BUT only one of the cheeseburgers was made correctly. I went to ask for the other to be made right... When I finally got that it was once again made incorrectly. Just like a normal cheeseburger. I would have asked a 3rd time for the correct sandwich but at this point you could hear the employee's getting upset with each other in the kitchen and taking there frustrations out on each other. It's sad to see such a toxic work environment. And its clear why the food didnt get done correctly. I left very upset. read more
