Only McDonald's in a 20 mile radius that will cook the revered apple pies!!! Sensational!!!

So glad I took my time out of my day to go to McDonald's and a cashier to ruin my day. We are going to the drive-thru as you pull up to get our meal. We got all our food and we hashed for a McFlurry that was on the screen. When we ordered it they put it in. They said that we are going to get it and whatever on the thing on the board where like you see all your mirrors we read through it said on the board we said we are about to pull away and then we are like oh can we have our McFlurry they said. Can I see the receipt? And we said yeah whatever like here like whatever and then come to find out is that they say it's not on here and we're like what can we have one and then he's like too lazy. He gives us a dirty look. I'm so glad that we took our time and we're paying them and all they all. The person how to do is give us our food but they're too lazy. So happy I'm never going to this McDonald's in Pulaski worser experience ever it's they give you not even they give you soggy french fries like seriously who gives you soggy french fries. You not going to pay. It's always so expensive. You're not going to pay all this money this soggy french fries and chicken like we can make that at home. Absolute worst McDonald's around. They go way too long before changing their grease. It's disgusting. I'd be embarrassed if I was an owner or manager here. The food they are serving to thousands of customers a day looks like this. And this isn't an off day. Most or the time the food looks like this. I don't know how they are passing inspection. Adams McDonald's product looks hot fresh and golden brown. I don't know why I bother, ill drive out of my way to Adams from now on. read more

The service was terrible, no one even greeted us. I got my food quicker sitting down at a booth in a Tully's restaurant and was in and out of the Tully's restaurant in less time. Also their ice cream machine had been broken for over two months!!! read more

The food does not come out in a timely manner. They almost always have you pull forward at the drive thru cause they don't have anything ready. I went inside only once and the manager was completely rude and off base to one of the employees. Probably go somewhere else. read more

We were at McDonald's on Sunday, September 24th at approximately 2:30 PM. There was a long line of people waiting for their food. There was one person in line ordering her food. But employee on that register was more interested in speaking to people leaving...(perhaps they were her friends)....but she should have paid attention to the person in front of her placing an order. A second register opened - and he took our order. Nothing difficult - a small strawberry milkshake and a medium chicken meal. He gave me. My husband waited in line for probably a good 10 or 15 minutes waiting for his food. It seemed to be piling up while no one was giving it to the long line of people waiting for their orders. Drive thru wasn't any better. They were giving wrong orders out - and one person had to come in twice to get their order corrected. The purpose of the drive thru is so they don't have to do that. It was wrong food/ wrong sizes..... Makes me wonder if it was a mistake or if it wasn't expected to be noticed before they drove away. I must say they don't seem to have a problem taking your money. Sure it didn't help that someone deleted the orders on the screen....it was the same one that wasn't paying attention to her customer. Our order was an eat in order but was packed to go. Finally when everyone had their food that had been waiting - the female manager started loudly berating the other employees. If there is a problem she should take them aside and tell them. I don't expect to go out to spend money somewhere and hear that. While we were eating the manager went to the ladies room and on her way back she stopped to talk to friends that were sitting near us. All she did was loudly complain about everything and everyone. Sounded like she was saying she was the only one who works there...... Also complained that they sent her someone from the Mexico, NY store and what good was that supposed to do. By the time we left the line waiting for food was long again. Not a positive experience and it will be a long time before I go back. Food was good - but the rest of the experience - not so much. read more

How you'll be treated at the Pulaski NY McDonalds, how accurate your order will be, and how fresh and hot the food is, is a crapshoot. They have a very dangerous traffic blindspot near the front of the restaurant that is foolishly covered by several bushes so you can't see oncoming traffic, so if you're leaving the drive-thru area, you can't usually tell if a car is coming from another direction. How could they not know this is dangerous, which begs the question "What other common sense things don't they know here"? There are some great employees there that know how to be friendly, and then again, there are a lot of indifferent workers there that have no business in food service. Their employee turnover rate seems high and they never seem to retain the "good ones". But overall, you can expect a good experience here about fifty percent of the time, which is still higher than some other restaurants. read more
