I ordered a chicken combo with mashed potatoes and gravy to go and when I looked in the bag the items had just been thrown in there with no care at all. There were NO napkins and no utensils to eat the potatoes with. The food was cold as well. You'd think that a business that appears to be in its last legs would go out of their way to make sure they got the little things right. Not the case here. I have been to this chick-fil-a numerous times as this was the first location in upstate NY. I got food to go for my trek home. Laurie was sweet and super nice and made sure I had everything I wanted. You can't beat the southern hospitality here even though it is located in NY. I highly recommend this location. Make sure you down load their app as this location frequently gives out coupons that can only be found on the app.
