Totally disappointed with this McDonald's today, when two weeks ago a nice lady helped me, I wanted a fillet a fish with extra sauce, but not to the point where they have to charge me, and she made me to killer fillet a fish, well the guys in the back did, then today some dumb girl just looked at me like I was speaking Chinese, when I ordered the same thing and, said oh I don't know how to do that and I said you ask the people in the back... like the lady did last week can you put extra sauce on it like they used to in the 80s not like everybody does now, Needless to say they couldn't do it, the manager came over and said oh it automatically does it so we would have to charge you and I said you just tell them in the back. I thought Geez how hard is that, needless to say I ordered a quarter pounder, and got a quarter pounder with cheese, I hate McDonald's cheese I'll never come back to this McDonald's and it sucks cause there's truck parking here.. booo, Totally disappointed with McDonald's... I left my purse here a week ago (2/21). After discovering this problem 2 hours north I called and they volunteered to mail it to me. Just got it today with no charge! THANK YOU SO MUCH. Typically I wouldn't review a MickeeDs but since this is the last stop before crossing into Cali, I was a little nervous about what we would be walking into. I was shocked! It was updated, super clean and the staff was friendly. Easily one of the nicest ones I've been in and that includes Phoenix locations. My only disappointment was that there was no playplace. However, there is a really nicely maintained grass area out front that we could let our son run around in before hopping back in the car. Clearly that won't work for summer months but for today it was just what we needed. Will definitely return here on future trips! read more

Very busy McDonalds but plenty of parking around back. I was camping in the desert and came in for coffee in the mornings and to dump any trash. They had big dumpsters out back and no one objected to my little bag of trash. The people were friendly if a little harried. I just planned on taking my time there and not being in a hurry. read more

QUARTZSITE MCDONALDS IS A COIN TOSS..SOMETIMES GREAT... SOMETIMES HORRIBLE..YA NEVER KNOW..BATHROOMS ARE Rarely fresh clean or stocked..management young woman needs to go back to management training..she will get this place sued..her personal behavior to employees is attrocious..rude really unsettling..she screams and yells at them publickly..loves to try to embarras them in Front of the world..she is an attorneys dream lawsuit waiting to happen..we even witnessed her grabbing and shaking one at night..this is one busy place..needs a management change..the quicker the better..go in some busy night and watch the show she puts on. Avoid this McDonald's at all cost. It is ruining the brand name. Stopped in New Year's Day for the ever easy to eat on the road Cheeseburger, McDouble, large fries and icy cold large coke. What we received was overpriced garbage. What we got was icy cold fries (how that can that even happen at a busy road stop location is beyond me and fortunately my wife noticed before we pulled out of the drive through....so they replaced it with greasy hot unsalted fries) cheeseburger's and mcdoubles that looked like they were put together by preschoolers ( I'm so mad we didn't take a picture because it was ridiculous how bad they looked) triple the ketchup which I suspect was to hide the "off" taste the burger had. Literally inedible to the point of I wouldn't even give them to my furry 4 legged best friend for fear of food poisoning. So we enjoyed unsalted greasy French fries and a cold icy coke out of I'm sure an uncleanded soda machine...because even the coke tasted "off". Unreal. Avoid for sure. My New Years resolution for 2021...no more McDonald's. This franchise owner needs to go back to Golden Arch university or get out of the fast food business all together. The only good thing I can say about this place is the bathrooms are always stocked and fairly clean. Never get our orders correct! And they are just plain sloppy, looks like the put the food together with their feet lol. read more

Typical McDonalds food, no change there, but how completely disorganized and slow in delivery of the food made the experience one the worst in my McDonalds memory... Not only did the kiosk ordering system lose my order I waited another 15 minutes to have to re-order and another 20-25 minutes to receive the food. A customer next to me wait over 45 minutes for his one person order... no McDonalds management personnel seemed at all concerned to control the situation and get more people to help kiosk ordering or man the registers in one growing line... read more

I hate to say it, but this McDonalds is the best food in town that I found while here for 5 months. the food was good. The Coffee was great! The people behind the counter know what customer service is! They were always friendly to me. The only problem I have with this place is the rainbow people, beggers, that seemed to be everywhere, were allowed to hang out here. The WiFi here is also the best in town. The WiFi in Quartzsite sucks, so does the data on cell phones. read more

As with the McDonalds in Banning, CA. we stop here every time we drive from Chandler, AZ to Newport Beach, CA. So I've been here a lot for not being a local (thank goodness). This is a BUSY McDonalds. It's next to a Pilot gas station. I agree with the reviewer who said he felt this location was like a Walmart, you see all types of people here. But it is in the middle of nowhere, lots of transient people here so I feel it's almost expected. The wait for your food can take a bit longer than at other less busy McDonalds but that's the price you pay stopping here. K, C & I have never really found it a problem. The food itself has always been exactly what we ordered. The service from the counter person is nothing great but let's be honest... They live in Quartzsite or maybe Blythe, CA. but either way we cut them some slack. The bathrooms are clean which is pretty remarkable for how often they get used. After having a shitty experience at burger King we decided to go to mcdonalds drive thru for better service but instead we also got crappy service here as well. The lady in the drive through talked so low we could barely hear her and then we went to get our food she got annoyed that we asked for salt and only gave 2 packets and forgot a straw and got annoyed when we asked her for one. The food was sloppily made and old. I won't go back to that area again. read more

We had a last minute emergency where our son's girlfriend missed her bus at 2 a.m. and was stuck there - all of her belongings on the bus. She had no money, no i.d. and had been traveling for 3 days without a shower ... we called the manager of this McDonalds to see if she could stay there until we could get her a ride and would they consider giving her some food until we got there. They were totally understanding and helpful - it's rare in my experience that with everything else they deal with coming in and out of fast food restaurants that they would be this helpful. So great staff and great management! It was a female, I don't remember her name. I didn't eat there but our stranded girl was starving and she said it was the best burger she ever had. It has been a few months since I had the misfortune of visiting this site; however, I would be remiss if I did not notify the proper people in regards to their poor customer of one of their workers, Ana. On January 2, 2015, I, along with my infant daughter and niece, made a stop at this McDonald's. It was extremely busy as there was just a power shortage. After a long wait in line and as we got to the front of the line, Ana closed the line without any notification. Therefore, I had to start the process over again. If not for a hungry infant who loves the McDonald's, I would have gladly gone somewhere else. What made the situation even worse, no one in the establishment really cared about their poor customer service and had a nonchalant attitude. I wonder if that's because the number of food eateries are limited in the area. Nevertheless, McDonald's need to hold their employees accountable for their negative actions and address their lack of good customer service (remember customers keep your business going). I will never eat at this establishment again. read more
