Absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Specifically order 2 cheeseburgers only cheese. Comes up on the screen and receipt as plain. What do I get, ketchup, mustard, pickles, onions! How hard is it to make a plain cheeseburger? On top of that I was asked to wait over to the side 15 minutes later my fast food comes out. Not the first time I have had to pull over to the side and wait. I would have gladly walked in and asked for replacement plain burgers but with the long wait time and expecting (shouldn't have done that) a correctly made meal I didn't have time. I ordered a bacon mcdouble and got a mcfucking dissapointment. A few weeks ago, me and my grandfather came up to this McDonalds for a nice refreshing burger after working at my moms old house after a bit, wanting to stay in the area. We walked in and went to the bathroom, which first off, after leaving a hoarders house, the bathroom looked and felt more dirty. Compaired to the house, that hell hole made the house look spotless, not mentioning the putrid stink. After we 'washed up', we went to order our food. I ordered a mc double and a fountain drink, and my grandpa just ordered a plain big mac. I dont know why the hell they call it a fast food place because i was expecting the sun to explode by the time we got our fucking mediocre burgers. Which by the way, they were so dissapointing i felt like i had accomplished something in life.On my bacon mcdouble, there was a single piece of bacon, a square inch big. That bacon statistically was worth 1.40$. The best part about that burger was walking out of the door. That was the type of shit youd see on a family guy skit. They call it a McDouble because they wont put more than 2 pieces of bacon on it. That burger was so sad CaseOh wouldnt eat it. It was dry, and lukewarm aswell. The whole experience I had there just screamed "I get paid by the hour". I am currently moving out of Reading, but i must say I am glad so i can get as far as possible of this run down hobo shack. And in all honesty, I dont expect much from a McDonald's, but that being said I am very disappointed. I would not recommend this McDonalds to my worst enemy. read more

During the Covid shutdown, you could still depend to go to the drive thru at a McDonald's and get a breakfast or at the very least an Egg Mc Muffin. Stopped there today about 1:15 PM and tried to order two Egg McMuffins. They no longer have any breakfast menu anymore and only have a limited menu. They only have a McChicken Sandwich on the Dollar menu. All throughout the Covid 19 they had a Dollar menu, $1, $2 and $3 choices. Not anymore. No type of Breakfast at any time according to the voice at the drive thru and the menu is now limited. If you want a simple, single hamburger, it is $2 but $4.99 in a meal. Really? Small fries and a small drink with single hamburger? Gonna take the time to eat at home from now on. Bye Bye McDonalds. read more

The service at this mcdonald's was positively atrocious The service was so so slow, and the lady at the counter was extremely poor. She barely spoke to me and barely made eye contact. All I know is she had blue hair- I dined here on Friday, September 8, 2023 at 10:00pm. For being fast food, for a large fry I waited over 10 minutes and barely anybody was in the restaurant. If I could give it no stars I would. I don't usually give reviews. But it has to be made. First the reoccurring issue I seem to have with them. When ever I order a cappuccino, ice coffee, milkshake, etc. The machine always seems to be down. It's down, almost as often as I go there. One of the last times I was there. Ordered my food, pulled up to the pay window, only to find a worker at the window stuffing her face. She takes notice of us, opens the window, leans over to rest on her elbows, looks at me and my wife for a few seconds, and asked if we ordered something. Well yes, why do you think we're at your window. Turns out she charged the people in front of us for our meal. After fixing the issue, they hand me our meals, and a cold coffee that was supposed to be hot. I tell them it's cold, and they say their machine is down. Like what the _____ is going on here. Now this morning, the place is supposed to be open at 5. I'm waiting at the speakers waiting for someone to take my order, at 5:20. No one bothers, the place isn't even open yet, 20 minutes after it's supposed to be. I do not recommend going to this McDonald's. read more

Wow disappointing trip here today 4/22/17 11:20 am as I come a lot! After today will not return to this location! I order my food pull around and pay. I then watch two vehicles in front of me get pulled over to wait for their food. I pull to window and a kid with black hair and Pale skin with tattoo on his left bicep area says we not have one has brown if you want to wait pull over there or we could give you a small fry Instead. I asked for a refund on the hashbrown which he says "are you fuckin kidding me" under his breath I explain I'm working and can't wait 5mins reluctantly he gives my refund and my food with no napkins and no jelly that I asked for and walked away from window I kept saying can I get my jelly please sir. This McDonald's was recently renovated. While the new layout may look more modern it really is not very accommodating. There is now only three booth style seats and the rest are a stool type high top seats. There is two family style large tables with stool type seating at them as well. Not sure about you but I am not there to sit and eat my fast food in a community type setting with others that I do not know. You are forced to use the electronic ordering system since the work force tends to walk around in some type of a daze and seems to avoid waiting on you at all costs. Many of them are walking past you looking confused and never asking if they can help you. I feel they have become completely dysfunctional since the makeover. Fast food is no longer fast food here. They think they are some type of fine dining establishment and it takes forever to get your food! This McDonald's was always run and managed extremely well until recently. Something has gone severely wrong and the owner needs to take a good look at what is happening before they lose the majority their business. read more
