I have had a HORRIBLE experience BOTH times coming here. First we came at 3 am because we knew it was 24/7 but the workers blatantly ignored us both at the order station and window after I knocked on it. Keep in mind the window I was knocking on said 24/7 service. The next day I went back for a biscuit breakfast sandwich which is served all day long hence the "all day breakfast campaign" and was told it was unavailable at lunch and dinner time. I've only ever ordered this at lunch or dinner time, lazy workers didn't wanna make my sandwich. Horrible place must be poor management. read more

Expect a 20-minute wait on average. Sometimes i'll be the only car in the drive thru and order a #1, the most basic item on the menu, and it will still take 15-20 minutes, to serve one #1 to one customer. I live in Redmond but i drive to Kirkland for McDonalds to save time. 75% of the time they cannot produce shakes because the machine is down, so i gave up asking. If you asked for an iced coffee beverage, there's a 75% chance they can fulfill it. It's funny because if you go to literally any other restaurant (like Fatburger), you would never hear them say "sorry, our ice cream machine is down". They just always have what's on their menu. Occasionally no sodas. And everywhere online including their own website says "24 hours", even though they close at night. Also count on 100% of any drink item to be dripping and sticky. read more

Rarely is the food piping hot and freshly made. They usually get my order correct, but my main issue is that not even they know their own schedule. According to their website this location is open 24 hours, but in reality they haven't been in months. Back in June one manager said they close at 2AM, another manager said they are supposed to be 24 hours, but they are understaffed so they often need to close early. Yesterday and the day before two employees informed us they close now at 11PM except on Fridays and Saturdays when they supposedly close at 12AM, which is NOT true since I went Friday at 11:12PM just to be told they were closed. I love McDonalds, and this has always been my primary store. But, over the past couple of years, it's gradually gotten worse and worse. Prices keep going up, service keeps getting slower, quality of food keeps getting worse. Dumpiest McDonalds I've ever been in. Needs a serious paint job, gutters falling off, building dirty and stickers and gum stuck on the wall at the drive through. Landscaping has gone to pot with things dead or overgrown and needing to be ripped out. Took forever for them to take my order at the drive thru. I seriously wondered if the place was shut down and ready to be torn down. The last straw was at the pick up window. It was a 300 lb kid who looked liked he was about to have a heart attack. He was panting and resting his head and torso on the bottom window ledge and didn't talk, only panted. He couldn't even reach out to my car. I had to do most of the reaching. I mean I felt badly for him. He looked hot and was suffering. No thank you, nothing. Just the panting and his eyes bulging out. Sad situation here and the place should be torn down. I went to the drive-thru at McDonalds early last night and was horrified of the filth and lack of any kind of customer service. The drive-thru window was dirty and there were two workers who were just standing...waiting for my small order. While I was waiting, I looked ahead about 15 feet to see garbage can overflowing with wrappers and cups everywhere. I brought it to the attention of the cashier, who asked his co-worker if he was aware. The co-worker said that he knew already but did nothing. Really disgusting. After 5 minutes, I got my fish sandwich and drove away. The fish was a light brownish color and was not fresh-tasting. I couldn't eat it. This place is a health departments nightmare waiting to happen. Poor and lazy management and poor food quality. I doesn't matter what kind of establishment..cleanliness, quality and customer service go hand in hand. read more

I stay close to this location and i have seen somethings that could use some improvement. I also see how hard the employees that are actually on shift work hard and quick. It's a busy,hard job to have. It's nice to see their employees try their hardest to turn this location around. Everytime i have been inside the lobby It's cleaned up and mopped. We all have bad days and before you go off on the next employee, look around at how they are all working fast to get everyone's order on time.I can only imagine how stressful it can be . Worst manager I have ever felt with. Mary was very rude and really didn't care to be bothered with my issue. I had ordered on the mcds app and had a receipt but they wouldn't give me my order. All because they didn't have the number located somewhere. Still don't understand how I paid for my food, walked in with my receipt but was told to call my bank. I kept saying I didn't order food from my bank. I was so irritated with Mary who couldn't turn around and have a conversation with me. She just whispered her piece to her very confused employee. I can not stand the staff. John is a horrible manager as well. I went in the next day to show my emailed receipt and he said nope call your bank. WTH!?! I just want the food I paid for!!!!! I asked John for the corporate phone number, he handed me a med drink cup. The number is printed on the side of cup. Holy hell, this mcds needs a whole new staff. Look, this is a fast food restaurant. So I'm rating on a scale relative to other fast food places. Whenever I've gone to this location I've been served exactly what I wanted and always receive good service from the employees. The gentleman who works late at night is especially cheerful. Today 10/20/18 i went to McDonald's with some friends and we ordered fries right and i am extremely disappointed as well as my friends and heres why. First off the medium fries we ordered barely had any fries they were filled probably half way if not less. The fries were barely salted and the fries did not taste like usual. First time seeing a McDonald's this bad. They need to remodel this place and get some happy looking employees.. unhappy employees means they dont care about what they make serve their guests - and yes, this includes fast food joints. Our chicken nuggets that we ordered were straight up burnt and had a very displeasing taste. The fries also were cooked unlike any other McDonald's fries I've ever tasted. Hate to admit it but yes I do eat ate McDonalds and growing up it was a big reward after working in the yard all day to go get a cheeseburger or Big Mac and fries and finish with a soft serve come. I go through drive through now and take home my favorite treat and watch my then watch favorite show. The Redmond location is awesome and always get my order right. It's a trip back home. I am sometimes forced to get a last minute "quick" lunch due to running out of time and I have been here numerous times. I am disappointed to say that I cannot think of even one visit that I drove away feeling like it was an "okay" one. The management team here needs to fix a lot of things. The staff is always clueless, they have 2 drive through monitors and can never seem to figure out when and how to work them. They have screwed up on some part of my order every time (whether it be no onions but they leave the onions, or they rang my order up correct on the screen but when I pull up they give me a completely different order, etc.). Redmond is a high affluent area and the service is expected to be top notch, regardless of if its a fast food joint or a 5 star restaurant. The staff is not very friendly, not efficient and never apologetic for mistakes made. read more

2 orders in 2 days, less than 24 hours apart and BOTH were colossally wrong - to the point of my throwing away the sandwiches instead of eating them and going down to the cafeteria at my work and buying something else instead :(. Yesterday, for lunch, I ordered 2 Big Macs with EXTRA sauce and no pickles but got 2 Big Macs with NO sauce :( Today I went there for breakfast and ordered a Morning Mac and a Sausage Biscuit without Egg but instead got a Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit and a Sausage Muffin with Egg. They did get my drink right both times (Diet Coke, no ice) but their quality control (and/or attention to detail) is ridiculously poor. From now on I'm going to sit in their drive-thru after I get my order and fully inspect EVERY ITEM before I pull my car forward. Would actually NEVER GO THERE AGAIN except that they're the closest McDonalds to both my work and my home so .... :/ read more

While I appreciate being able to take my child to an indoor play area, and understand this is a fast food restaurant, the cleanliness in this restaurant was severely lacking. We went to let the staff know that there wasn't a clean place to sit in the play area and asked for a rag to clean our own table, which we were given. If they had been busy, I would have understood them not jumping in to have someone run out to wipe the tables down real quick for us, but with maybe 9 people in the dining room in total, it is obvious that they are not going to clean again until they close the dining room, even though by the state of the congealed sauce globs, it had already been a long time between cleanings. Every surface was sticky. I don't like giving low reviews, and in the rare occasion when I post, it is usually to give praise. I just couldn't believe their lack of concern for that area of their restaurant, or that they would be ok with a patron cleaning up a mess that wasn't theirs instead of the staff who's job it is. Please up your cleaning schedule, or at the very least, offer to wipe a table down for a paying customer. read more
