Man oh man, I have had many reviews and mixed feelings about this restaurant chain but this experience has been worth all of my feelings. I had a not so great experience last time I went to this Kirkland location. Now for the review, I had an amazing experience, it was clean, ordering was nice and easy, the service was great and friendly, and don't even get me started on the burger. I went to Shake Shack to redeem my last time, and it totally made up for the horrific experience. I would highly recommend the shack burger with fries and a chocolate milkshake. This order was not only tidy, well balanced. But also so delicious. Thank you Shake Shack Kirkland for this experience and always have a great day. Still my go-to spot for Shake Shack despite having more Eastside options now. I enjoy this location for the consistently good food, service, easy validated parking, and nearby shopping plaza. There's a good amount of indoor seating in the restaurant with additional outdoor seating in the summertime. So for the month of October Shake Shack has been doing a whole buy one get one with their sandwiches and so we were like "well why not" We tried the double shack and the chicken and I must say though both were good there is nothing like the double shack, It's not by any means gourmet but that wasn't the expectation here. My first time trying this kind of burger with a sweet bun and also my first time having amazing crinkle fries! My order came out fast, and the servers behind the counter were friendly! Avocado in the burger was fresh and buttery. The whole experience was biting into the most satisfying burger you've never had until you've been to a shake shack, and I can't believe I've been missing out! Grabbed a regular classic burger too and my future self thanked me for it. At the Kirkland location, there is activity, but quiet on a 2PM weekday lunch in the lull between the 12pm lunch rush and the kids coming out of school, but once it hits 3pm, the school kids start lining up. Visited Shake Shack in Kirkland today and really enjoyed the overall experience. It's in a great area that's perfect for families. There's even a small fountain nearby where kids were splashing around and having fun on this sunny afternoon. The interior of the restaurant was spotless, which made the meal feel that much more enjoyable. Parking was a bit confusing, especially for a first-time visitor using Apple Maps from the suburbs. I ended up parking on the street and walking a little. But honestly, the short stroll wasn't a big deal. The food itself was fantastic, as expected. Ultimately one of my favourite burgers in Downtown Kirkland! I am such a big fan of their Shroom Burger which is mushrooms with loaded cheese inside. The crinkle fries are also a must and it's genuinely so delicious! However, the prices are quite high for a fast food chain, so you're looking at about $9-12 for a singular burger. I would recommend coming to get this once a while, but not really for a dinner because it doesn't fill you up entirely. The service is quick and there is a self kiosk so it's very easy to be in and out. There are tables in and outside of the store and I'd recommend the indoor since it's quite cold right now. The environment is friendly and they will greet you once you walk in! It's like a typical fashion food chain and they'll text your number or call your name out when your food is ready! read more

Fries are subpar. They don't taste like real potatoes and they don't taste fresh but like salt and cooked by a heat lamp. They burgers are good and tasty but they don't match the price. The chicken nuggets are the worst item on the menu. At about $1 a piece you would have thought the scrap bites of chicken would be better but the greasy, overly seasoned breading falls off. The sauces for the nuggets is laughably terrible. Drink selection is nice. The little service help offered is poorer. You need to ask for ketchup to go before getting your order because once they hand off the meal you become a ghost to staff. I love me some Shake Shack! It's probably a good thing there aren't more of them around. Stopped here for lunch before my next shift and saw the latest menu addition - the 'Hot Ones' burger. They also have a Hot Ones hot dog and hot ones fries as well. Best I can tell it's a cheeseburger with hot sauce. Admittedly it wasn't very saucy. Only on one side of the burger, so it seems like the sauce ratio was a bit off. Still though this burger was good. Nice big patty on a potato bun. Juicy and flavorful. That alone grants it another try. I had a shake but too, also good. But have had better. Maybe it was the lunch rush and was hastily made. There are a few things going on so I'm giving the benefit of the doubt - they're renovating, there is still indoor seating but some of it is blocked off and there are boxes stacked around. Also there were a lot of orders coming in during the lunch rush both pick up and eat in. So I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it. I'll give it another go maybe when the renovation wraps. I have visited a handful of times & I have never been disappointed. I have ordered the spicy chicken & the spicy shackmeister burger. It has a nice kick of spice but not one where you will need to drown water. Not to say that it wont be super spicy for some. The spicy cheese fries are yummy. Those dont feel spicy at all. & sometimes the amount of cheese can be a hit or miss. The prices seem a tad bit higher but everything feels expensive these days. read more

Third time they have gotten my order wrong. Today I went up to pick up window, waited, went inside after 5 mins. Waited again. This rude girl with a face piercing told me to go wait outside. So I walk back only for her to point at me through the window and waits 4 minutes to come to the window while talking and giggling to her co workers. Told the nice guy who she sent to the window that this really irked me. Only to go all the way back to work to find they forgot my fries. I have to laugh this off. Their pick up system is impressive. Couple of staffs always around to help out with the pick up. They ask for the name and find your order from the rack! Due to the large number of pickups, had to wait for some time before I could get it. It was well packed when I picked up. The burger was fresh. Loved it! The Vanilla milkshake was a good choice along with the burger. This place has got some ambiance. It was really loud; looks like they have seating outside as well. The only caveat was the parking. Crinkle cut fries are one of my favorite but topped with the cheese sauce- game changer. The seating area is open, though most people were getting the food to-go. I usually get the Shack Burger, but now that they have a veggie option besides the fried Portobello mushroom, I will definitely be giving that a try. The one thing to knock is parking, because you have to park in the garage, but they do free validated parking which is awesome. Even the dogs wouldn't eat it- 3rd issue the fries were also COLD! I will wait for my next trip to LA to eat Shake Shack again! read more
