I love reading these other reviews...come on guys this isn't some fancy establishment- this is baller on a budget menu here! This is McDonalds, YES the drive thru takes a little bit of time but the staff and their friendliness makes up for it! There's not a huge amount of employee turnover so we get used to the same smiling faces when we stop in (which this review is making me think we might be stopping by too often....) My daughter is a happy meal fan and we usually run through the drive through. Most of everyone is super friendly and the food is hot and yummy. The play place is relatively clean and there's usually a fair amount of kiddos there. Overall, the food is good, the service is outstanding, and it's affordable. Are you getting a perfect filet that melts in your mouth? Nope, it's a Big Mac. Get over it guys, it's McDonald's. read more

Was there last week getting my regular 2 sausage burritos. $3.18. At the drive thru speaker they said $3.18 and had money ready because I know how much it is. told me over $4 bucks and the man at the drive thru window was new and confused. He got the manager that I have never seen before and were arguing price. The man at the window said it did show the $3.18 price. They gave it to me for that amount after a 3 minute deal. Too many employee changes. Don't know their own system. When you buy a like item the other is on deal. Haven't been there for a week now. Not sure I want to give them another try. I know I sound like a cheap skate doing cheap burritos but at times I change it up and even buy for others at work. And like business goes... talk travels. People at work know. This review is based over 2 visits to this franchise, it's not based on a one off experience . The first visit took 15 minutes to get thru the drive thru, and they waited until we were 'locked into' the drive thru before telling us thru had ran out of drinks completely. My second visit was a walk in, where I was waiting over 15 minutes for my order , stood watching orders for the drive in and Uber eats bring given priority over the walk in customers . All the while listening to the really stressed out supervisor shouting at her line staff constantly and aggressively - I think HR would call it a hostile work environment if they were there in the franchise at the time. By the time the second burger in my order got to the tray the first burger was was cold so I asked for a hot fresh one. To which I had the shift supervisor be rude to me and tell me i would have to wait 5 minutes for another . Great McDonalds quality food! Horrible drive thru service. I get they're stressed because of long lines around dinner, but the sighing and exhales in annoyance was unnecessary. We hand him a coupon on our phone (quick QR code) and he rolls his eyes exhales in a laugh and finally takes our card. We thought that was it. Manager corrected my order (life happens) and gave me some extras. So that was nice of him. Once, I got my heart broken in this parking lot (it was a long time ago) and I've had mixed feelings ever since (presumably only half the time the fault of actual McDonalds dealings) but obvs now I can say I admire the cogs in this machine (because that's what it is) and those cogs are people, and I appreciate them doing this job no one else wants to do.... so I can eat my correct burger and get my hello kitty/Sanrio (it's PomPomPurin, I am elated) toy and be happy. Both MacDonald's employees manning the drive-through around 3 a.m. on this Saturday morning, were extremely rude. While I can empathize with the fact that working the graveyard shift at a popular fast-food restaurant with maybe 3 staff total is less than exhilarating, acting as though your patrons are bothering you, simply by existing, is not acceptable. I was informed that after midnight the menu no longer includes any chicken sandwiches, crispy or grilled. Totally understandable, however, informing me if this in a condescending voice meant only for a complete moron was not appreciated. Almost every night we have driven to this location their drive thru had been closed for over a week now and close their lobby super early. They just recently posted signs on their door explaining why they aren't open . They need employees to be able to have the drive thru open. Also their Frappuccino machine isn't working at all and can't order any caramel Frappuccino's for more than 2weeks now. Bummer ....ohh and the two big guys who work the night shift could do better on their customer service , the younger guy is super rude all the time and seems annoyed every time I have encountered him . read more

Great night manager in Redmond, WA from March 2020 til idk when. Who is that guy? He held down the McD's fort during COVID-19.

They've definitely improved quite a bit with their late-night staff. They're very friendly and I got all of my items I ordered. As an added bonus, right now they have the "After Midnight" menu, which I know that some areas are testing out. It allows you to get certain breakfast menu items as well as their normal burgers, all after midnight to 4am. We got a Big Mac, hash browns, an Egg McMuffin, and a cheeseburger last time we went. Everything was awesome, the only complaint I had was that the muffin wasn't toasted on our McMuffin, but that's completely understandable, a new menu to get used to and I'm sure they don't normally work breakfast items. Anyway, they've gotten better, but I still wouldn't feel right giving them a four-star review. read more

First off, I eat *way* too much goddamned McDonald's, after a long period of not eating it at all. Yes, I've read "Fast Food Nation" and watched "Super-Size Me". There's only so many stars you can give McDonald's. It's not food. When you want food, you don't want McD's. When you want McD's, it's what you want. Besides, three stars for a McD's isn't the same as three stars for anywhere else. Anyway. This McDonald's is weird. I fell in love with it during the Pre-Channukah Hurricane, as it was one of the few places to get hot food for quite a while. The staff were always consistently friendly, and they never really screwed up orders. The restaurant is now one of those experimenting with an automated ordering system. You roll up to one of the screens and some old lady in North Dakota takes your order, and tries to up-sell you. Then, you pay someone who doesn't list your total, and never says a word to you. Then you get your food (perfectly delivered and super-hot) from someone else who never says a word. I think there may even be a language barrier. The place is big, and has a playground for kids, if you care. It's normally clean. You're not going to turn left out of the parking lot onto Redmond Way, so just give up now. Between the weird labor practices and the general McD's issues, I think I need to wean myself off the stuff. read more

We go here for breakfast fairly often, at least a couple times a week. The coffee here is always terrible, but the breakfast sandwiches are usually good. So we keep coming back, I must be a glutton for punishment! This morning after going to the drive thru, we checked our order, it was correct so we drove off. It wasn't until opening my egg white delight, and was about to take my first bite when I saw a HAIR on my sandwich! Pretty gross, needless to say we will be rethinking our regular breakfast spot. It's McDonald's. The drive-through is reasonably quick and they are open 24 hours, both drive through and go-sit-down. They serve limited breakfast here starting at midnight. Suprisingly, I like this, because both their hashbrowns and their sausage biscuits are better than their fries and burgers, respectively. Fries here are often too salty. If you ask for no salt, I swear that just makes them angry. Grr.. For the gluten free, there are choices. They will put any of the meat-based things in a box and give you a fork and a knife so you can skip the bun. read more

Literally one of the most disgusting moments in my life eating their food. Went there twice now in the last 2 weeks for take out and had to go back and get my entire order due to mistakes. First time they forgot a meat patty on my breakfast sandwich. I literally got a glorified grilled cheese. Second time I got a fully frozen hash brown that was lukewarm where I was holding it from the other stuff in the bag and when I bit into it it was like 90% frozen. I always forget how bad this location is!! One check out person, huge lines. DIRTY-especially in the play area. I carry bleach wipes in my bag, I had to use the on the filthy tables, and seating areas. Ordered 2 happy meals-one with nuggets and the other with a burger. This will be a mixed review. I have frequented this McDonald's location quite a bit over the years. You know what to expect. McDonald's has some healthy foods and mostly fast food that many of us get cravings for every once and a while. I enjoying coming here specially due to the customer service of one night manager. He is always friendly and remembers me. However, my most recent two drive through experiences have been less than desirable. The first I ordered a couple of burgers plain and they came with condiments on them. The normally great fries were also cold. Most recently I had a craving at 1015p on 2-15-20 and got in the drive through lane only to have someone come out and tell everyone in line they are closing because they only have 2 people on staff? I bought a Grand Big Mac at the drive thru; I got home, started eating my sandwich and a few bites in I got one long hair in my mouth, I pulled it out of my mouth and thought "eak, well it happens..." and kept eating my sandwich. When I had eaten half my sandwich I felt more hair in my mouth, and when I pulled it out it was not one hair, it was a whole ball of hair, disgusting!!!! I am not the kind of person that complains about hair in my food, it has happened to me many times and I just think, well it can happen to anyone; but this time I didn't get one hair, I got a whole disgusting ball of hair, it is hard to even believe it was an accident. I went back to the restaurant and asked to talk to the Manager, she talked to me and said "I can give you a free sandwich, but please don't do this to us, we cannot do this, this is like a lot of hair, we can't do this", like implying I was lying just to get a free freaking sandwich. I told her that I did not care about free sandwiches and that if she was implying I put that hair in the sandwich just to get a free burger she was nuts. I go to this location about twice a month, mostly for a sausage egg McMuffin. They are usually pretty good. However, today I went for a Big Mac at dinner time. The drive-in line was slow! It took about 15 minutes and there weren't many cars. The Big Mac and fries just wasn't the normal goodness. I expect more from McDonalds read more

The Good: As a family, the food is pretty well spot on to their orders most of the time. And when there is a mistake, they fix it. The Bad: Morning and daytime dining is a mess there. Both in the dining room and the staff. The Ugly: Some people use the place as a late night kid energy drain, so the noise and mess lasts until midnight. Conclusion: The food would be a critical point if they didn't make it at least passable quality like corporation demands. Lately (last 6 months) I have never had a lukewarm fry from there. The night staff are more friendly than the day staff, however I can understand why. Sometimes the diners are a mess themselves, but you can find that everywhere that food is cheap. I am hoping that like our local Taco Time, that this McD's will get new food to test before releasing to all their chains. read more

And, unfortunately, I like McDonalds in general, and patronize them frequently, but this one drives me INSANE. 10 trips there in the last year, and 4 of the ten orders were messed up. 3 of them I had to wait for on the side, which isnt great. This last Saturday I ordered some nuggets, two chicken sandwiches, and a large fries, which gets tricky as their order taker has terrible english. I asked the food handler at the second window to TRIPLE CHECK the food, as they always mess up the order. He, as they always do, assured me there would be no problem. I started to leave, then thought better of it, checked my food while in their driveway, and sure enough, NO FRIES. They point fingers at each other, but in the end, its terrible customer service, and you are likely to have an order go awry. SO ANNOYING, check your bag there EVERY TIME. When I got to Mcdonalds it was very crowded people standing in line to order and people standing around waiting. This amazing staff busted through probably 35 orders in around 15 minutes. The hussle was great it looked like everyone was running around but doing it perfectly in sync. Now i usually give most Mcdonalds bad scores because of the employees. But the employees here were helpful. It felt like they wanted to hurry just to give u your meal. My fries came out first and about 3 minutes later my food came out. I was a little concerned the $1.99 large fries were cold, I just started to mention something about getting new fries and your employee Jen, one of the employees with a white shirt. Smiled big and immediately took switched them out for me with no hesitation. Most Mcdonalds do not do that and I will be a continuing guest from now on. Thank you Jan an staff!! read more

When it's good it's good, when it's bad, it's really bad. I have only used the drive thru out of convenience so I can't comment on the interior too much. But the drive thru staff have always been nice and chatty to me. On the occasions I do go, it would be a Big Mac and fries, or I try a artisan chicken sandwich. I tend to stick with the Big Mac because it's the guaranteed tastiest option. Otherwise, their McFlurry's are amazing... especially when some of the new ice cream stores in Redmond have huge lines, it's still quicker to drive thru McD's for a McFlurry, at a fraction of the cost. read more
