I'd ordered breakfast this morning through the mobile app. Would have left feedback on the app or the website, but it's engineered so it's difficult or near impossible. (can't retrieve a receipt from a mobile order - necessary to provide feedback) I ordered a fairly decent sized breakfast order (family in town). As soon as I got to the window, I was immediately parked for what seemed like ten minutes. Only after the drive through line get emptied out plus waiting for another several minutes did i finally get my order. Got home only to discover the cinnamon roll was still warm, but it was hard as a rock. Microwave didn't help. Sounds to me like this roll was a tad past its expiration date. As is this location. This is the worst, worst McDonald's I have ever been to. First, it is super old and run down. I think it was built in the 70s. Forget the ice cream machine being broken, this place ran out of Diet Coke. NO COKE AT A MCDONALD'S! Food is on par with other McDonalds locations, except they seem to be out of CO2 with some frequency, which means no carbonated fountain drinks. Real concern is the condition of the building. Deferred maintenance doesn't begin to describe it. Is it slated to be torn down to make way for more development, so no further investment in the existing structure? read more

I used to choose this location as the best McDonald's in the area but that is no longer the case. After two recent experiences of waiting over 40 minutes, screwed up orders, and gross over cooked food, we won't be back. Not to mention being treated very badly for being patient with them while they get it together. This McDonald's establishment offers absolutely terrible service. Considering it states everywhere online that this establishment is open 24 hours, they should be taking orders from the drive thru at 11pm. Instead, cars are lined up waiting to order with nobody to take their order and end up just driving away. I went as far as to physically call the McDonald's to see if someone would pick up and try to get some answers. A woman answered saying "This is McDonald's we closed at 11" and I politely asked "Hi, is your drive thru also closed?" They lady did not reply. The last time I was here they said I couldn't use my free drink offer from the app because their computer was down. Avoid this location at all costs. I always forget how terrible this place is! Expect up to a 20 minute wait for the drive thru if there are more than 4 cars in line. Every single time I come here the wait is ridiculous. Employees always seem unhappy and stressed. I can only imagine this is caused by severe understaffing. Returned to this McDonalds and have a couple more notes: 1. Do not let your children in the restrooms by themselves - when we were there last, there was someone doing drugs in the restroom. At least 3 different people notified the manager, but the manager did nothing. This is a security risk. AVOID 2. We have tried mobile app ordering at this location twice. This McDonald's is clean and spacious. This McDonald's reminds me of PeeWee Play House. " Ha-Ha" Goofy people but absolutely great and large Play Play Room. This is very kid friendly and fantastic area for kids to play and kill time. This play area also have a regulation height basketball hoop for adults!!! (Pics) I just don't like that annoying sign about the rules...we hate being reminded of stinking rules! I ordered the number nine combo this morning, breakfast skillet burrito, hashbrowns, and OJ. Solid on the go breakfast to get your most important meal out of the way. The decor is not bad either, cool modern lights for reading your newspaper and decent seats to hold a meeting. A very large parking lot so you don't have to look for parking. This is a far better McDonald's I been to and I do enjoy the hashbrowns. read more

Lately every time I go to this location they get my order wrong! Missed two whole meals for my family and get home and zero! I was in a hurry and did not check the fully packed bag and a long line behind me. Next time I will sit there and check every item for a family of four. Dial their phone number to talk with a manager and it is out of service. Had to send email through the website. I don't go to McDees often, but when I'm drunk, or late-night (or both), i seem to crave it/it is the only option. It really is pretty bad food, and I generally tend to regret the decision to go there (unless I'm drunk, in which case i don't care). This time I was surprised by how small the chicken tenders were....as it made me think that my particular chicken have been anorexic for most of its short and perhaps not exceptionally happy adult life. The manager Angela at this establishment was so rude to me tonight. When I pulled up I had put in a mobile order and it said it was not doing curbside so instead I chose counter. They had an extremely long line. And when I pulled up, the doors were locked, and the when the Manager looked over she gave me a nasty look and I pointed to my phone notifying her that I had a counter pick up and she threw her hands in the air and told me to get in line even though I've already paid for my food. And then she proceeded to walk to the back of the kitchen. Another worker, a nice young gentleman came and looked and saw that I had an order and then prepared it and brought it out for me. It was that easy. And the manager was rude as hell. If you hate your job, just say that. I use the app for the convenience and if it allows me to do a counter pick up that's not my fault. read more

Ordered my food and then sat for 10 minutes between the speaker and the first window because they wouldn't ask a truck waiting fir an order to pull over to the waiting spots. Finally got to the window and watched for two minutes while the idea working the window kept inserting my card backwards into the reader. Finally just asked my card back and left. This one is actually pretty good at processing your order -- they really do fast food. That's why I keep coming back here. The customer service is alright. Not bad. I don't eat here very often however after today I will never eat here again. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and three 10 piece chicken nuggets for my kids. When we got home my quarter pounder sandwich container only had a quarter pounder. On top of that it was undercooked pink! McDonald's is well, McDonald's. Being a proud Southerner, I look forward to my ONCE PER YEAR McRib. Well this year I happened to order it from THIS store. Oh what a mistake! I got a little extra protein in my McRib than I requested in the form of a Human Hair. I was NOT happy with the "free gift" and contacted King County Public Health Department. Even though I live off Redmond Way I avoid this one like the Plague. The Health Department Inspector did a full inspection and found no violations which if you are going to eat here that's good news for you. I haven't eaten another McRib (it's not that time of year yet) and not sure I will because the free gift of protein grossed me out. read more

Above average size store and one of the better, cleaner, and impressive Play Places. We've been twice just for the playground on hot days in the area. Trip 1: fine everything. I didn't hear the buzzing light a couple people mentioned. Trip 2: the kitchen and counter staff seemed short staffed and in chaos. The crew did not communicate well and the manager was extremely rude. When i reached to the first counter i couldnt hear what the guy had said, it was muffled due to the mask. All i heard was "coke", which i ordered so i said yes. So i get to the next counter and the worker hands me 2 cokes. I said this is wrong. The guy who muffled "coke" told the manager that i had said "yes". And then the manager began yelling and going off about customers always saying "yes" to the wrong orders. Good service, custom orders, free WiFi. Like most McDonald's, this is a well run local establishment that brings together the whole community. Go on a weekend and you will see this place packed with communities of old folks sharing newspapers and families with little kids. I don't go often, but I am always delighted when I do.
