Food is on par with other McDonalds locations, except they seem to be out of CO2 with some frequency, which means no carbonated fountain drinks. Real concern is the condition of the building. Deferred maintenance doesn't begin to describe it. Is it slated to be torn down to make way for more development, so no further investment in the existing structure? read more

I used to choose this location as the best McDonald's in the area but that is no longer the case. After two recent experiences of waiting over 40 minutes, screwed up orders, and gross over cooked food, we won't be back. This McDonald's establishment offers absolutely terrible service. Considering it states everywhere online that this establishment is open 24 hours, they should be taking orders from the drive thru at 11pm. Instead, cars are lined up waiting to order with nobody to take their order and end up just driving away. I went as far as to physically call the McDonald's to see if someone would pick up and try to get some answers. A woman answered saying "This is McDonald's we closed at 11" and I politely asked "Hi, is your drive thru also closed?" They lady did not reply. The last time I was here they said I couldn't use my free drink offer from the app because their computer was down. This McDonald's is clean and spacious. This McDonald's reminds me of PeeWee Play House. " Ha-Ha" Goofy people but absolutely great and large Play Play Room. This is very kid friendly and fantastic area for kids to play and kill time. This play area also have a regulation height basketball hoop for adults!!! (Pics) I just don't like that annoying sign about the rules...we hate being reminded of stinking rules! I ordered the number nine combo this morning, breakfast skillet burrito, hashbrowns, and OJ. Solid on the go breakfast to get your most important meal out of the way. The decor is not bad either, cool modern lights for reading your newspaper and decent seats to hold a meeting. A very large parking lot so you don't have to look for parking. This is a far better McDonald's I been to and I do enjoy the hashbrowns. read more

The manager Angela at this establishment was so rude to me tonight. When I pulled up I had put in a mobile order and it said it was not doing curbside so instead I chose counter. They had an extremely long line. And when I pulled up, the doors were locked, and the when the Manager looked over she gave me a nasty look and I pointed to my phone notifying her that I had a counter pick up and she threw her hands in the air and told me to get in line even though I've already paid for my food. This time I was surprised by how small the chicken tenders were....as it made me think that my particular chicken have been anorexic for most of its short and perhaps not exceptionally happy adult life. I don't go to McDees often, but when I'm drunk, or late-night (or both), i seem to crave it/it is the only option. Finally got to the window and watched for two minutes while the idea working the window kept inserting my card backwards into the reader. Finally just asked my card back and left. I have been to many other McDonald's locations. This one is not the worst. I have been at other locations that took forever to serve you the food. This one is actually pretty good at processing your order -- they really do fast food. That's why I keep coming back here. The customer service is alright. Not bad. When we got home my quarter pounder sandwich container only had a quarter pounder. On top of that it was undercooked pink! McDonald's is well, McDonald's. Being a proud Southerner, I look forward to my ONCE PER YEAR McRib. Well this year I happened to order it from THIS store. Oh what a mistake! I got a little extra protein in my McRib than I requested in the form of a Human Hair. I was NOT happy with the "free gift" and contacted King County Public Health Department. Even though I live off Redmond Way I avoid this one like the Plague. The Health Department Inspector did a full inspection and found no violations which if you are going to eat here that's good news for you. I haven't eaten another McRib (it's not that time of year yet) and not sure I will because the free gift of protein grossed me out. read more

Above average size store and one of the better, cleaner, and impressive Play Places. We've been twice just for the playground on hot days in the area. Trip 1: fine everything. I didn't hear the buzzing light a couple people mentioned. Trip 2: the kitchen and counter staff seemed short staffed and in chaos. I love reading these other reviews...come on guys this isn't some fancy establishment- this is baller on a budget menu here! This is McDonalds, YES the drive thru takes a little bit of time but the staff and their friendliness makes up for it! There's not a huge amount of employee turnover so we get used to the same smiling faces when we stop in (which this review is making me think we might be stopping by too often....) My daughter is a happy meal fan and we usually run through the drive through. Most of everyone is super friendly and the food is hot and yummy. The play place is relatively clean and there's usually a fair amount of kiddos there. Overall, the food is good, the service is outstanding, and it's affordable. Are you getting a perfect filet that melts in your mouth? Nope, it's a Big Mac. Get over it guys, it's McDonald's. read more

This review is based over 2 visits to this franchise, it's not based on a one off experience . The first visit took 15 minutes to get thru the drive thru, and they waited until we were 'locked into' the drive thru before telling us thru had ran out of drinks completely. My second visit was a walk in, where I was waiting over 15 minutes for my order , stood watching orders for the drive in and Uber eats bring given priority over the walk in customers . All the while listening to the really stressed out supervisor shouting at her line staff constantly and aggressively - I think HR would call it a hostile work environment if they were there in the franchise at the time. By the time the second burger in my order got to the tray the first burger was was cold so I asked for a hot fresh one. To which I had the shift supervisor be rude to me and tell me i would have to wait 5 minutes for another . Was there last week getting my regular 2 sausage burritos. $3.18. At the drive thru speaker they said $3.18 and had money ready because I know how much it is. told me over $4 bucks and the man at the drive thru window was new and confused. He got the manager that I have never seen before and were arguing price. The man at the window said it did show the $3.18 price. They gave it to me for that amount after a 3 minute deal. Too many employee changes. Don't know their own system. When you buy a like item the other is on deal. Haven't been there for a week now. Not sure I want to give them another try.
