1 STAR -- Absolutely unacceptable late-night service. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru around midnight for an Uber Eats pickup. When I finally reached the speaker, I gave the employee my Uber order code and was told to pull forward. At no point did anyone tell me there was a problem with the order. After continuing to wait and finally reaching the pickup window, I was suddenly told that someone else had already picked up the order and they did not have it. If that was the case, why was I told to continue through the drive-thru after giving the order number at the speaker? That should have been verified immediately instead of wasting even more of my time. To make matters worse, the employee at the window was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. They refused to remake the order and showed absolutely no concern that a delivery driver had just wasted more than half an hour because of their restaurant's failure to properly verify and communicate the status of an order. A 30+ minute drive-thru wait at midnight is already ridiculous, but making someone sit through that entire line for an order that isn't even there is next-level incompetence. Management seriously needs to address the overnight operation at this location: staffing, drive-thru times, order verification, communication between employees, and basic customer service. Being busy or understaffed does not excuse a system this dysfunctional. I lost more than 30 minutes of working time, earned $0 for the delivery, and received nothing but attitude after the restaurant's mistake. Completely unacceptable. I was very disappointed. This is the only McDonald's that's open 24/7 in the area and I see the amount of cars lining up especially around 12am I had ordered my food on the McDonalds app but also knew that that wouldn't speed up my order because I would still have the wait in line just wanted to use my points and deals. But when I had waited about 20-30 mins in line the lady on the intercom couldn't pull up my order even tho on the app it said order confirmed and said to pull up to the window after waiting another 5 or so minutes to get to the window. They said they couldn't pull up my order and said to go to the second window I'm like okay that's weird. Let me refresh the app, I did and lost it but still had the order in my history and the receipt in my email and then when I pulled to the second window this man with long hair said there's nothing they could do cause they couldn't pull up the order on their end and i was like but the app already confirmed my order and took my money and he said you can just call your bank and what not I'm like okay that was rude. He said it in a very rude tone and I asked if I could just order right there because I had already been waiting a while for food. I had just got off shift and wanted to rest also being in the service industry I was being patient and kind but he said if I wanted to place an order I would have to leave the line and get back in line to do so. Despite all the bad reviews, this McDonald's was one of the more pleasant ones that my boyfriend and I have visited. The staff here were very polite and professional from opening doors for patrons to asking if we needed anything if we stood near the ordering area. The bathrooms and overall establishment was clean and organized. We ordered the McDouble value meal, McDouble, mini s'mores McFlurry and 10 piece McNugget meals through the app and the food arrived within a few minutes. We asked for no pickles while I asked for no salt on both my McDouble and fries and all of our requests were accommodated. The food was nice and hot as well as tasty. Definitely wouldn't mind coming back if we are ever passing the area and craving McDonald's. read more

absolutely unacceptable behavior here. came in around 12:30 am with an order placed on the mobile app using my points. i show up and the drive thru was blocked off and the front door locked. i was told that the restaurant was closed even though they state they are 24/7. was told that it would be an hour until they opened, but someone before me was told an hour 30 minutes prior to me being told an hour. i would've left if i had paid with a bank card but there is no way for me to cancel on the app at the time and the app specifically says that i need to get a refund from the specific restaurant. supposedly i was talking to management and they were "unsure and unclear on how to provide a refund" and kept telling me to "go through my bank" even though i had stated several times that i had paid with ONLY my points. supposedly they were going under "new management" and needed time to "warm up everything" which doesn't make sense. none of it was clear and again is very unacceptable and unprofessional given that the app allowed me to place an order. also sounds like people were able to order thru third party couriers (uber eats and doordash) and they were not fulfilling their orders. it's unclear on why they didn't shut their automated system down to prevent something like this. read more
