I wish I could leave 0 stars. For over 5 years now I haven't been able to get my food in the drive thru line without being asked to park and wait. That's whatever until they don't even get your order right and McDonald's doesn't care to make it right. All McDonald's have gone so downhill. Once at the top of the fast food chain, they are now the absolute worst and I would love to see them go out of business and be replaced by something else. The buildings are ugly and no longer fun. The insides have no more soda fountain's or condiments so you have to ask for a refill, napkins, straws, sauces etc and the workers don't care to help. I was missing a McChicken from my order the last time I went a week ago and still haven't received any refund or solution. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I will never eat at McDonald's for the rest of my life. read more

went here last night a little after 8...was given my drink and told to pull up to the yellow line (had a pick up truck in back of me, another car parked at a number AND THAT WAS IT!) the pick up truck behind me goes and parks at a number. Those 2 get their food way before me (I didn't have a big order at all) I had to sit there and wait almost 20 minutes for cold, GARBAGE food! Don't waste your time I waited 30 minutes for breakfast and they did not even give me a sandwich. I got two biscuits buns wrapped in paper. Rip off. I tried to call after I left, they picked up and hung up the phone. Multiple people waiting for their food. Lady next to us placed an online order and waited 30 mins, and they still did not get the order right. F' this McDees F them. holy GEEBERS!! This was one of the best burgers I have eaten from the 70 years I have lived in this earth, and nothing can beat this restaurant!!! My mom told me to pull up to the second window, and I was greeted with a smile and warm hospitality, something you can't get anywhere else. I pulled aside once I got my quarter pounder, and once I took my first bite, I cried tears of joy. It was just like my mother used to make. My mouth watered with every bite I took, yearning for more. Once I had gotten to the fries, those were even better. Glazed with the savory oil and topped with the rock salt, nothing can go wrong. I dipped my fry into the smooth and tangy barbecue sauce, and it just got better from there. This restaurant was absolutely GAME CHANGING!!!! I WILL be coming here again!!!!! read more

We always have a great experience at this McDonalds! They are very helpful (I'm still getting used to the new kiosk) and the place is always spotless. Tonight my son chose McDonalds for his 4th birthday dinner and the staff went above and beyond to make him feel special. Even before they knew that it was his birthday, they were very attentive. I'm not going to dare describe the food. It's McDonald's, a brand known across the globe. If you don't know what McDonald's offers, or what to expect when going there, you probably shouldn't be reading this review. Fast food places are fast food places. What you receive will vary from location to location, and it will never ever look as appetizing as the pictures, this is all something we have come to accept. Good rule of thumb, if you are dining in, going drive-thru, check your goddamn bag first, before you leave. Save us the negative review to read. Don't know who was working last night around 9pm. But I ordered Uber Eats and everything was just perfect. Seriously. Probably the best McD's order of my life. The fries and the nuggets were both hot and crisp! (That's never happened before at any other location, neither dine-in or take-out) Since it was an Uber Eats order, I wasn't expecting much. I personally feel anytime you get any kinda delivery on food, you gotta expect less then if you are dining in. Food doesn't always like to travel. But to the crew who was working on 1/23/19 around 9pm, thank you. I have never worked in fast food. I imagine it can get pretty stressful and hectic at times, and I'm positive you get shit on a lot. My daughter has diagnosed peter pan syndrome, and was diagnosed about 3 months ago. Peter pan syndrome is a psychology term when a teenager or someone of any age can't seem to grow up, they have a tendency of being more immature and refusing adult responsibilities. In her mind she is still a child and does not want to experience or seem to grow up. She's 15 years old and was with her friends at McDonald's today and they had ordered food and wanted to go on the playground, They were on the playground for a couple minutes and some absurd,difficult manager walked in and said the playground was closed when it was obviously open. She told them to get out and said that they were clearly over 12. When nowhere on the playground or around it does it say you have to be under 12. Plus the doors were clearly open. I hate to talk about accusations, but it's very hard when someone is not understanding enough and can't seem to keep their judgements to themselves. This really upset my little girl and she has been whining and crying her eyes out ever since. McDonald's needs to be more accepting of disabilities and Mental Problems. Sandwiches are slapped together and look lopsided. I ordered two chocolate shamrock shakes without whip and a cherry. What do I see when I pull up to the drive through window? You got it!! Whip and a cherry. I told the girl I ordered without whip and cherry. She says ok. Proceeds to go and remove the whip and cherry leaving me with a shake that was about two inches short of full. Inside at counter thinking the food is generally hotter/ not so fries stone cold , about 1/2 teaspoon tarter sauce on fish sandwich ( fish also cold and hard) and 1/2 slice cheese how cheap can you get! I went there since 1979. Up until today no problems. I ordered a value meal and the counter kid gave me a jillion 1's in change. I asked for larger bills and he said no but then he said he'll ask the manager. Waited ten minutes, I overheard manager calling me crazy. All they had to do was look in another drawer.
