This place is a pig stye! The bathroom was so disgusting that I almost turned around and didn't order. I hate a place that after you order and they charge you they tell you they don't have it. This is usually a big time waste. Food was ok. Not really fresh, but not stale either. Overall, I will look for a new McD's on I-95 between Richmond and Petersburg. read more

5/29/22: We stopped by today on our way down the highway. Drive thru line was moving pretty quickly. We ordered a double cheeseburger bundle only cheese/ketchup & a 6 piece nugget with bbq sauce. Simple, right?? The nuggets were OLD, hard, and cold. BBQ sauce couldn't even help them go down. The cheeseburger had EVERYTHING on it AND THE CHEESE WAS OLD/COLD. Old McDonald had a fast food shop, e i e i o. And he sold lots of burgers and stuff. Located just off the highway in the south suburbs of Richmond Virginia you'll find this late night McDonald's which can satisfy your salty french fry needs - but the problem here is that on two occasions I visited things were totally different. The first time the french fries were hot salty and perfect, but the second time they were lukewarm and lacking salt, and when you only find out five miles down the highway you don't really feel like going back to complain or get fresh ones. read more

First off, there is bland watered-down soda, burgers are smashed. The service is quite slow with the workers barely processing what's happening while orders are not being fulfilled. Ordered lunch using curbside pickup today and I was missing a medium fry in my order. I went inside and told the cashier about the missing item and she told a coworker about the issue. This coworker comes over with a medium fry, inspects my bag, and drops the fries in the bag without saying a word. No apology, no have a nice day, nothing. Kind of defeats the purpose of curbside pickup if my order is missing items and I have to come in and talk to employees with bad attitudes and terrible customer service skills. read more

Wow! very efficient service. the employees seemed happy and polite. I pulled off exit 64 from a long road trip and had a pleasant lunch.

I placed my online order through the app. I went to pick up my order inside, and immediately noticed that the employees were rather slow and the orders on the electronic board were piling up. I saw my order number on the board and waited very patiently for it to be prepared. When the employee finally called my number, she ended up not giving me my entire order. When I informed her my two drinks were missing, she appeared bewildered and had no idea what I was talking about. Another employee looked at the board and told her to give me two large cups. She confusingly complied. I surely will not be back to this McDonald's and will try the Burger King right across the street instead. read more

My husband went to this McDonalds to get us dinner and went through the drive through. He got back to our hotel after getting the food, and my daughter opened her burger and found they only put one bun on the burger (no top bun, only the bottom) and ketchup and mustard when she asked for only mayo and cheese. To the dark skinned man with the camo jacket on working the switchboard for the drive thru!! (Today just several minutes ago!) He needs to be a lot friendlier when taking people's order!! I haven't been to a McDonald's in a very long time and the fact that as soon as I drove up I was told to "hurry up" and place my order wasn't very good service. Constantly asking me if I was ready to order when all I was doing was just taking a quick glance at the menu to see what has changed in the time that I haven't been there (And I mentioned it twice!!) THEN telling me to hurry up because he had other things to do was appalling!! Then as I'm receiving my drinks I see him run over to see who I was, and I told him I knew it was him that was doing the order through the drive-thru while he was mumbling something while his coworkers were apologizing for him. He needs to be off of that switchboard and doing something where he's away from customers. And PS there was only ONE other car behind me that had pulled up seconds after me!!! I did include this on the McDVoice survey! I went "Karen" on that, because you just don't act like that with your customers. I'm all about people in fast food and retail getting paid more, but people like him does not deserve $15+ an hour!!! read more

I visited here on an early Sunday afternoon. My babe wanted a burger and fries. The drive thru was fast from placing the order to picking it up. I thought check the order to make sure it's right that was entirely too fast. But the special ordered burger was on point and the fries...hot, fresh and pretty!! You know when you can tell the grease was changed recently. Yeah the golden fries they're known for. I tasted one and immediately circled around for my own large fry. Just as tasty as the first order. It's hit or miss when dealing with McDonald's, but this was my first time here and it definitely deserves 5 stars. From this visit alone, I'd recommend you stop by here. It's located right off the main highway. It's also next to a few gas stations in case you need snacks or gas before hitting the road. Was ahead of schedule this morning for work and being a diabetic I have to eat. So I got off I95 and went to this McDonald's. After waiting 12 minutes in the drive thru line I had to leave because I was going to be late for work if I didn't. There were only 2 cars ahead of me. The parking lot was not full. No employee came out to let us know what the delay was. Me and many others just got out of line and left. I'm diabetic so it is imperative that I eat something. In the end I waited 12 minutes in line, did not get to place an order, or even get to the point of placing an order, left hungry and was almost late for work. Made it just-in-time. So very disappointed. I definitely will not ever stop there again in the morning, even if I have spare time because I cannot be sure to place an order. :( read more

Oh my gosh. What a gross place this is. We stopped on our way back home from a Florida vacation. We walked in an were greeted with a smell that was a mix of rancid grease and some unknown odor. The floors were just disgustingly dirty. We headed for the bathroom and the situation was even worse than the lobby. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Even the sink area was just too dirty to want to use. There was plenty of staff behind the counter. Your typical teenagers. They seemed more interested in joking with one another and talking to their friends than doing any actual work. We decided NOT to eat here at all. I went thru the drive thru just before 6:30 on 12/14 to use a code for a free item. I had to say part of my order three times as I was disturbing the order taker from whatever with my nsignicant order. I get to the pay window and have to tell the code to the cashier. Then, I had to put my card in the scanner sitting outside the window. I get to where I pick my good up and the worker has his back to me the whole time and can't be bothers to say hi, thank you, or kiss my ass. There was a Hardee's on Parham that had the same customer service or lack thereof. You know what happened to it? I don't expect much from a fast food place, but this one just pissed me off. I walk in, and first thing I see are employees behind the counter having loud personal conversations with their friends who were not at work. Not only is that unprofessional, but its also distracting. I tried placing my order, and the lady was engaging in mindless chitchat with her friends while taking my order. It was loud and inappropriate, and I had a hard time trying to convey my order. The manager didn't do anything to suppress the noise, and there was no customer acknowledgement whatsoever. I got the majority of the things I ordered but had to remind them of certain items on my receipt. I'm so glad that was just a stop over because that was just aweful customer service. read more
