The coffee is brewed by the cup so there's a bit of a wait for that, maybe don't order the coffee if you're in a rush, but it's worth it if you can spare the time. I got it hot, because of the cool mornings here in the valley. It paired great with the Orange cranberry Scone! Of course I got it warmed! It was so moist and yummy, no butter needed there! I talked to the owners daughter and she told me the bakers arrive at 3:00-4:00 am so everything is fresh each day! My friend got a breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, cheese on a fresh made bagel! The service is young energetic and professional and knowledgeable about all the items on the menu, because I asked about just about a variety of them. They are family owned, which always sets well with me. My wife had the Sunrise Cakes and I had the Egg Ricotta Whip. Both were incredible and as good as everything looked, it ate even better. The coffee was amazing and is sourced from Phoenix Roasters which features a signature Guatemalan medium roast (which I had and throughly enjoyed). Lets just say the remaining 2 plus hour ride home was nothing after this feel good experience. Check em out, you will not be dissapointed. This hands down is the best coffee shop in this area. I had a cup of drip coffee which was a blend of Peru and Brazilian coffee beans. It was nice to finally be able to enjoy a black cup of coffee on this trip. I also had a cheese danish and a Morning bun which were both tasty and satisfying. The environment was very cool! Loved the decor and it was a nice size space that used every corner they could without it compromising the aesthetic. Sad I didn't get to Mountain Mama's earlier on this trip but I know from here on out it will be the only coffee shop I come to.
