Slowest service in the history of food service. Waiting in drive thru lane for 20 minutes and 2 cars of 8 have moved through

I stopped in around 9:00 pm. I got a $5 meal deal. They forgot my nuggets, and my sauce. My McDouble was salted to the point it was entirely inedible. The fries were cold, soggy, and also excessively salty. I was the only customer, and it took a little too long to get my food. The place seemed old, understaffed, and uncaring. Driving through and made it to the interstate when I realized, they didn't give my Bacon egg cheese biscuit to my meal. Tried to call...multiple times. A female picked up the one on and was absolutely rude. I asked for a manager "it's too busy, we're serving customers. You'll have to call back later". Just got kicked out of this restaurant because my mask didn't meet the managers stringent quality standards. I was told that my mask made of cotton was not a "real" mask. She even pointed to her own mask and stated that it had to be like hers. Meanwhile two other customers were being served while I watched. Guess what? Their masks were cotton. So I guess they had authentic mask specific cotton. First time in my life that I actually think my race was a factor. The two other customers. You guessed it. White. Me? Other than white. Just stopped at this location for breakfast. Place was pretty dead, only 2 other cars in line. Made sure to put emphasis on including picante sauce at the drive thru speaker, pulled away from the window and they still didn't include the sauce. Only way to get it is to go through the drive thru again since the lobby is closed. To me McDonald's are pretty much the same just about wherever you go. The food is pretty much the same from spot to spot. This is a fairly new McDonald's. They have a digital high tech menu board in the drive through. I've not seen one of those before yet and it was pretty neat. No red box at this location. read more

The customer service is horrible. Tried to use mobile app to get a reward deal and provided code only to be told at the window for pickup that I had to pay for my meal cause their mobile app was down. I tried calling but no one answered and then to make matters worse, I couldn't even go in to speak to the manager. Will never come here again read more

I don't know why but the Rochelle area McDonalds are just terrible. The food is almost always cold especially the french fries. You can even special order the food and it arrives cold. It's like they have a worker specified to ruin the food before you get it. It amazing. You can drive 15 miles east to Dekalb and get great McDonalds food. read more

The service was atrocious the lady at the drive thru window kept repeating my order like she was deaf and autistic......then they forgot my value menu drink AND kids meal drink.....sent my teenager in for both and they tried to lock her out of the building twice.....asked for a receipt I never got even at the drive thru window and my daughter was told twice at the store quote " we don't know what happened to the receipt we can't print another no one remembers throwing one away sorry we can't help you" less than 10 min after pulling away from the drive thru..... n I was over 4 hrs away from where I live in Missouri to get here n this was the bs I got....on Easter nonetheless....WTF?!? I give this five stars for a McDonalds. I brought a full charter bus of people into here unannounced and they pushed out all of the food in less than ten minutes with no order mixups that I could see. My hat goes off to the supervisor and team working that hard. It's nice to see a competent, efficient McDonalds. read more

It's was an ok expierice but I ordered off the kiosk and when given my food I asked for my small drink and she said the cashier will do that but she was literally right next to the drink thing so I had to wait an extra 5 minutes for something that could have taken her 2 seconds to do. Easy entrance, easy exit, location maybe 1/2 mile from I-39. Clean, fast, and the coffee is ALWAYS hot. Plus, a large coffee cost like $1.09 so it's a bargain. Excellent McD's! read more
