Ok I made a $35 dollar mobile app order on 03/04/2026 . at 9:24pm . The order was wrong received someone else's order called restaurant and the lady on the other end wrote my order down to make up for it so the next day I went to get what I thought was my order come to find out that it to was wrong got a missable when should of been a double quarter pounder mind you it was a meal I paid for no fries and the sandwich my husband got was dripping with sauce so much he had to scrape it off before he could eat it and I ordere extra fries because could eat apples in kids meal so only got 1 fry and 6 piece nug . That's a lot of money when you barely make over minimum wage for 3 to live . Absolutely hate this place. Never had a semi-decent experience. This time they upcharged me for an item I didn't order after I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting for someone to greet me as I yelled into the mic to get someone's attention. The lady on the mic after finally asking for my order got everything wrong as I had to say it all over and over to the point I just pulled up to the window. I told her exactly what I wanted, and they still uncharged me for a deluxe. I also ordered a large combo, and received a large fry with a medium drink. I went inside to get my refund on the deluxe and get my actual order, and they made me wait an additional 30 minutes for a regular chicken sandwich, meanwhile the rest of the food in my car is cold. Since I had so much time inside I also got to experience the excellent floors covered in filth and whatever sticky substances that kept my shoes glued to the floor. If I could give less that 1 star I most definitely would. read more

Don't get me wrong. I love the food here. It is delicious just like any other McDonald's you would go to. But people say the service is not so great people say that they have to wait 45 minutes for their food and then say it's not worth it. If it were up to me, I would say bring back the BTS sauces. Yeah, I have to agree. All of the reviews were correct. I was in desperate need of a tea and decided that it couldn't really be that bad. Wrong. The bathroom was out of toilet paper. Would not recommend this McDonald's. The restrooms were not clean! No toilet paper, poop in and around the toilets, and only one soap dispenser had soap. Was not greeted at the counter, the workers looked at us and ignored us. We then ordered a shamrock oreo mcflurry on the kiosk and was given a plain oreo mcflurry. When we asked her about it, she just said they were out of the shamrock syrup. But there was literally someone sitting near us eating a shamrock shake. Just terrible service overall. This is the most filthy McDonald's I have ever seen. Pulled in here for a pit stop about 1:30pm on a Sunday. The ladies' room was DARK! Only half the lights on in there. I waited for a family of 6 to use the lighted handicapped stall. Nobody wanted to use the darkened regular stall!! Then I helped my elderly mom into it. We got a snack for the road and sat down a minute to look at maps at the only clean-ish table. The drain on the pop machine was stopped up, gross brown goo had accumulated. It was just so disgusting.
