McGriddle and round egg were substituted as I have customized from the kiosk screen and the sandwich was hot out of the oven! Our Adult Transition Program visited this place in December after a trip to downtown Rochester. The staff was very friendly and patient with our students practicing how to order food. There was only 1 register open, so we had a little bit of a wait time, but the staff handled it as efficiently as they could. The space was nice and the students loved the food. Terrible. Avoid. Beware. Used new credit card for the first time there last Tuesday. Card was never used anywhere else so the number was not out anywhere else. Cashier in the drive-through scanned my card inside building. I literally purchased a beverage. Luckily this credit card alerts me at the point of sale anytime anything is wrong through no matter the amount. Thursday at 1:18 PM, somebody presented my card at the same establishment and charged close to $20 on it. No one else has access to my account and the card was in my possession the whole time police report filed credit card company advised card was cloned more than likely through a POS machine. Called Store directly to speak with a manager and was denied asked for a district phone number and was denied. read more

It advertises open 24 hours every day. I've been there multiple times early in the morning and they aren't open. 4:45am 4/23/23 and no one answering. The aggravating thing is the drive through says "we'll be right with you" so you don't know unless you pull around to find no one there. Are the hours wrong? Do the employees just get to not show up whenever they feel? This has been going on long enough that someone should have addressed it by now. read more

I ordered a McFlurry (shamrock) and they laughed when this was ordered. Later when they were given to me at the window(ordered 2) and they both just had liquid color dye flooding the top of it. I stop at this McDonald's occasionally if I am running late headed to nearby Fox Chevrolet for service. My experience, drive thru only, has always been quick service and the usual hot fare by McDonald's. Not health food but sometimes you just need to take a chance and live life on the edge. The important thing for me with McDonald's, or any fast food chain, is to have no surprises. Sometimes you just want something familiar, not gourmet, and you want it hot & fast from polite, friendly staff, oh, and clean bathrooms. Definitely not looking for an adventure when stopping for any fast food. They have systems and team training that should deliver the same results for the customer in Peoria and Peru. If they can do that consistently, in my opinion, they deserve a higher rating. If they have trouble staying with their formula, they don't. read more

4 star Fast Food. Re-built and looking sharp. One thing my wife and I noticed when we returned was that all the staff are American teenagers or older. There were few of the former employees. Not dwelling on the past, the food is usually McDonalds Standard and service is typically friendly and efficient. Occasionally, when really busy, the orders get a little jumbled, but are usually always fixed, no questions asked. I do enjoy this location and the new design makes it feel current and inviting. They got our order right, typical McDonald's food, and they were fast and friendly. Just went through drive thru. I got the chicken sandwich, it was dry and had no dressing or sauce. All fast-food seem to be lacking in putting or giving any sauce, or they charge you if you ask for any. Not sure what's up with that. Every time I order a sausage biscuit my biscuit has been overcooked and it's rock hard like a crouton. Most of it is inedible. People are coming before work and don't have time to deal with this. Normally have good experiences here but today I had the worst experience I have ever had. I got $36 worth of breakfast for the whole family in the drive through, got home and they had given me the wrong order (never had a issue before so I didn't check the bag, they are normally good). I drive back up there and show them I got the wrong order (there wasn't a single item I ordered) and the manager tells me I ordered the wrong items (she wouldn't look at my receipt). If this was a $5 order I wouldn't be so upset but $36 for McDonald's is a pretty pricey order.
