This McDonald's is the most disgusting restaurant I have ever been to of all McDonald's in my ENTIRE LIFE!the night shift is even worst than the morning,but every time I had went my sandwiches were always sloppy and extremely salty! The workers do weird things like run out and grab the bags out of other employees hands and ran back inside with my food to bring it out herself which is alarming I threw the whole bag in the trash because I feared she tampered with my food. They also always forget part of your order constantly! Extremely poor service and handling of food. 1000000000% would not recommend!! The worst McDonald's. No napkins, no drink lids. A few months ago, we went to drive-thru around 12am. The worker was sleeping. We tried to knock on the glass but she didn't wake up. Last week, my husband ordered a meal with a Quarter Pounder, fries, apple pie, and a sweet tea. 8 minutes later, they tell him they have no apple pies and they cannot substitute. So he said fine, I'll forgo the apple pie. 8 minutes after that, they said they have no iced tea. He finally got his meal and the sandwich had no cheese and it was cold. Legitimately cold. read more

This should be going to the BBB, for false advertising of hours of operation. They say they're open to midnight. I arrived in their drivethru at 11:45, two Sunday nights in a row, asked to wait a few moments, then the intercom tells me they're closed. They served the folks in the car in front of me, and say on their signboard "Open to Midnight"? I'd already driven a distance out of my way to this franchise, the nearest to my home, couldn't get there earlier. Hell, I worked at this McDonald's back in the early 1970s, when this one opened! If I could, I would leave this McDonald's no stars. The McDonald's says that it is 24 hours, but the drive thru is only 24 hours. Firstly, the wait to actually order food was over 1 hour because there is one worker that is actually "working". I finally reach the order window. I first ordered the buttermilk tenders, which they didn't have. I then asked if they had a McGriddle because it is advertised that they have all day breakfast, which they didn't have. I then settled for chicken nuggets, which they actually had. My friend ordered 2 hamburgers, which they actually had as well. I then asked for some ranch, they didn't have that. My friend ordered a meal so her order comes with a coke, the worker said they had no coke. So my friend ordered a Diet Coke. I guess this McDonald's didn't have ice either because her Diet Coke was warm. I look in the bag, my large fries look more like a medium and they taste stale and are not warm. I am so disgusted by this McDonald's location. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. I would rather starve. This place needs to be shut down immediately and turn into a Burger King. read more

This is the absolute worst McDonalds in the world. Avoid at all costs. It's always bad. They rarely get the order right, something is always missing. They never put sauce for the nuggets. They always run out of chocolate milk for happy meals. Drive thru is always a 20 minute wait. But the worst was us waiting for three happy meals and a few burgers for 55 minutes!!! 55 minutes!!! I was extremely upset When I pulled up to my McDonald's drive-through this morning only to find out that they no longer carry the egg white delight McMuffins. This is my go to meal at McDonald's as it is one of the few healthy choices available and actually tastes better than the regular egg McMuffin. I generally stop there after a gym work out as it was easy and healthy. I guess I'm going to have to find a new healthy place to stop after my gym workout. Very disappointed. read more

I went there and I wanted to order a burger that was on display but I didn't know the name of it so I just pointed it to the cashier expecting her help and instead she gave me a nasty attitude screaming and saying "how you come here and you don't know what you want". That's not the way you talk to a customer so I spoke to the manager but I do not know if she actually told her something but she should definitely get fired because she went all crazy on me. Threre is a young man their that keeps this McDonalds very well kept and clean. I've been coming here for a couple months and he's very friendly and kind I almost wanna give him a tip but im not sure if the employees allowed to be tipped. I believe his name was Dickerson not quite sure. He's definitely a maitinence worker and i believe he has gold on his teeth. I saw the one of the cooks drop a chicken strip and tell the girl preparing the food to pass it back. She picked it up and looked around to see if anyone was watching. She didn't realize I saw her and discreetly passed it back to him. He continued to prepare the food as if nothing ever happened. I was disgusted, needless to say, I will NEVER go there again! I had to come back to post my comments again about this McDonald. Three years ago my credit card was cloned and used to make some purchases. I am 100% sure it was cloned at this McDonald because I only use my card this this restaurant everyday when going to work. I use the drive thru when I go here and the cashier takes your card through the window and returns it when done and I can't see what is being done behind closed window. I would advice not to pay with your credit card while using the drive-thru. I spoke to the manager about this incident back then and the manager was nonchalant and looked as if she knows what is going on. She never got back to me as promised. Again, now Feb 2021 this has happened again with my other card I usually use at this McDonald. There got to be a camera installed by the cashier at the drive through because this is repeating again. The manager needs to screen all their workers because am so sure there is cloning of cards going on there by the drive thru. read more

Me and my friends visit this place every week to eat and hangout, we never start trouble. When the manager messed up on an order my cousin got upset and complained to us and then the manager approached in a violent manner threatening to fight my cousin so this place is ridiculous the way the staff is unprofessional, i called corporate and they are handling the issue to fire this foolish manager. read more
