DO NOT COME TO THIS MCDONALDS! The first thing I smelled when I walked in here was weed, no joke, you can almost see fog with how musty the air is in there. Beyond that there were oodles of bratty kids running amok and screeching, glad I only stopped to go to the bathroom and grab some fries so I didn't drop dead of hunger. Terrible food, customer service, and teef employees. They have a $3.50 bundle that come with fries...options are double cheeseburger, mc chicken&nuggets. Was there on Friday and the employee who was there around 5 on the register on the left near the window, told me that the cheeseburger which was and is clearly advertise wasn't apart of the deal. Charged me separately for my double cheeseburger and fries. They make up their own prices and probably stealing. Spoiled moldy food and even nastier drinks. This place is complete trash. 98% of the people sitting inside are not paying customers. You got people who regularly beg and ask for money in the drive thru and stand right at your car window as you are receiving the food. It's as hood as it gets. Service was complete trash. On more than one occasion I've received the wrong order. The last time I visited I was in this place for a half hour waiting to get my food. The facility is never clean. Drive thru isn't any better. On one occasion, the crew member who gave me my order was rude and too busy laughing with her co workers to realize she had forgotten to give me my card back and my drink. I order a cheeseburger with bacon and I got a cheeseburger with only ketchup..... yet the sticker in the cheeseburger says it has bacon on it....how? What can you say about this place? It's been here forever, the food is decent, and the owner is very happy to call the tow-truck if you park in his lot and leave the property for a minute. I actually had to stop by the neighboring liquor store one day, so I parked in the lot at McDonald's because I was gonna pick up some food in the drive-thru on my way out. I spent about 3 minutes in the liquor store, came out, and my car was in the air on a tow truck -- whom, by the way, was going to tow a standard trans AWD Subaru from the back, parked in 1st gear? I should have let him tow it and buy me a new transmission. Oh, and at least 2 people get shot and killed in this place per year. That said, the service here is pretty quick. I'd rather come here on the rare occasion that I feel like risking my health eating this crap, than go to the next closest one, where nobody gets shot -- just because I don't feel like waiting 20 minutes for someone to step up to the register. read more

Lazy lazy lazy!!! The must put the 2 fastest workers in drive thru because whenever I go through the drive thru, they are quick. Now when i go inside, they are slow and lazy and have attitudes. If you want a nice experience with fast food, DON'T GO HERE!!! Recently went on a very hot night for ice cream. The "better" one on Rockaway Turnpike had a line so long it didn't fit in the parking lot. So I went here. Sat in line in the drive thru for 10 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. As I got close to the window I noticed a homeless man asking for money STANDING DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW. Making it difficult for the cars in front of me to move up. But I already waited at the other location for 5 minutes and 10 minutes here so I was determined to get my damn ice cream. I get nervous around strange people approaching me on Mott at 11pm as anyone would, so as he approached my car I moved up.
