Don't come at me. I understand I am writing a review for McDonald's, however, they are still in the customer service/food industry and some level of consistency is still needed. I usually only come to get my kids an ice cream cone and sometimes I'll treat myself to an oreo Mcflurry. I have to have my Mcflurry with extra oreo and there is always an extra fee, which is totally fine. What is not fine is me paying that extra fee and them NOT adding extra oreo. Happens almost every time. Then I feel like a oinker for complaining about it not having the extra oreo. They also love to throw some shade when I complain...helloooo, you took my money for it, give it to me! Once and a while you may get someone that cracks a slight smile or says "have a good day" but usually all the workers seem to hate their life. They are miserable. Always really nice workers who rarely get my order wrong. This is an example of a good McDonald's.

First encounter quarter pounder with cheese ordered it with no cheese. Second encounter the "manager" for the 10pm shift was informed about the same issue again. And the next day to retrieve a complementary burger for the mistake. The 6 pm manager has no documentation and when given the complementary burger it had cheese again. Quitting McDonald's altogether. Because at least Wendy's, WhatABurger, and Burger King does not have this big of an issue. Not to mention I found a bone in the quarter pounder. read more

Every single worker here is MISERABLE AND RUDE. I've gone here multiple times and every single time there's never a thank you, a you're welcome, or anything. I've been to this McDonald's many times. Sometimes my order comes out fast, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes they get my order right, sometimes they don't. Sometimes the employees are friendly, sometimes they are not. Sometimes my food is hot (or should I say lukewarm), sometimes it's ice cold. But at the end of the day, it's cheap, reasonably fast, and it's McDonald's. My husband went to McDonald's on December 9 between six and seven made an order for a big Mac quarter pounder two large fries they asked him to pull in front he stopped for 10 minutes nobody came many cars came and went he had to get out of his car go inside the store and the gentleman had to re-create the order and a quarter pounder had nothing on it just meat cheese and bun after approximately a half an hour of trying to get a fast food order this is not the first time McDonald's on Goliad has done this don't go there there. The mcdonalds at 8503 Lakeview parkway in Rowlett is the WORST. I stopped going there because they NEVER got my order right. Today my wife asked me to go and get her a burger. I also ordered 2 double hamburgers with no veggies and xtra sauce.. They did that part right but made them cheese burgers instead. Explain why it is so difficult to listen to what a person is ordering and enter that in to a computer and tell a customer how much they owe and give them exactly what they ordered? Apparently no one at this location is capable of doing that. Some kid kept interrupting me while I was ordering and screwed up a simple order. This has now happened to me twice at this location. My two visits were at least 6 months apart. I had hopes they corrected their issues over that time, So explain to me why these idiots should be paid 15.00 dollars an hour. If you cannot do something simple like listen, enter, and deliver why would you be paid more than 8.00 an hour. Why? So this is the closest McDonald's to where we are staying. My husband looks up to see the time on when is closes, 12AM. But seriously no one is there and it's closed. I even looked on the McDonald's website to see what time they close and the drive thru stays open till 12, google, yelp, and other web searches says 12AM. We are regulars in this drive thru, every week after late soccer practice with our son. It is never a pleasant experience here. They always, every single time, take forever to get us our food, it's incredible. Fast food should never take 20 minutes, yet it does. Today, we pulled up to the speaker, (there was no other car in the line) and we were asked to wait a minute to give our order...two minutes go by, another car pulls up to the second speaker, her order get taken and she pulls through, and here we are still waiting to be helped. I finally yelled for help, and the girl comes back on, "what can I get you?" We started to order, paused a second, when the girl comes back on, "I'm sorry, what can I get you" ...we recited our order again. She gets it, acting annoyed with us. We get up to the pay window and low and behold she has her head set on, but there is another woman standing beside her, talking in Spanish about her daughter...no wonder she couldn't take care of us through the speaker...they're having social hour. We get up behind the car in front of us, that should be behind us, had we been properly taken care of, and wait another 10 minutes to get our food...which is ONE MEAL...it's not like we're ordering for a family of 6. I checked online and it said it closes at 12 am, i came through the dive thru at 11 pm, and no one answered the machine. I was confused and was my colugue, so we went to the next window and made eye contact with 2 of the workers and one of them just completely disregarded us and after the other worker just waved us off.
