One of the cleanest McDonald's I've visited so far! I ordered a salad that was fresh so thumbs up for that. The soda from the machine had carbonation (another good surprise). Fries were fresh and salty, just how I like them. I made my order on the screen so my human interactions were minimal, but when the lady brought my order to the table she made sure I had dressing, salt, ketchup and everything I needed. She brought everything back to my table with a smile on her face the whole time. It's McDonald's, so you know what you are going to get. But this location is great so there's my 4 stars read more

This location as the poorest communication skills all the way up to the location runner. Twice now I've ordered from here after attempting to give them a chance and requested mobile curbside. If anything is wrong with producing the order they won't tell you anything. Ordered 2 McFlurry once and they never came out to tell us the ice cream machine was broken. Couldn't get a refund. The owner offered us 2 free cones...which add up to 1 mcflurry price-wise. We go out of our way to go to one further from home to get good service and good food. Ordered a 10 peice chicken nugget with a frozen Fanta, medium fries, and 4 ranches(keep that in mind) online. Went through drive-through. Waited for 20 minutes in line behind someone who got handed one bag. Got told to move to one of those reserved mobile order spots even though I chose to go through drivethrough cause I have a large vehicle. Those spots are extremely difficult to get out of if you do. Anyways I waited another 20 minutes while people behind me had all gotten their food and moved on. Finally, some lady walked out, handed me my stuff, and said and I quote "your ranches are in your bag." I decided to check before I left cause I have had issues before, and they were, in fact, not in there. So I was like, it's fine, but I needed ranch cause their fries are always dry. I pulled out(which was so difficult in my giant truck, btw), drove around, and parked to walk inside. I walked inside. There was one guy standing at the pickup counter being ignored. One family ordering and I made eye contact with the cashier. The family finished ordering, and I made eye contact with her again, and she walked away and started opening bags. The guy was still standing there being ignored. I stood there for 5 to 7 minutes before someone walked over to a cart standing behind the counter, and I said, "Excuse me. I was in the drivethrough with a mobile order, and the lady who gave me my order said that my ranch was in there and it wasn't" as she was standing there giving me the rudest glare, "anyways can I have 4 ranches" she gave me 2 I said thank you and she just walked away before I realized she only gave me 2. She didn't said of course, no problem, not even and uh huh. Like I work in fast food, I know a rude customer when I see one and I was not one at all. I always have this problem here. The workers are rude and don't listen and walk away before you can call them out. I just walked out, but I wouldn't be this upset if the workers would have been nicer. everything they give you is old, especially the nuggets most disgusting thing i ever tasted it at mcdonalds got to the point where it came inedible. The breading was soft and wet and when you bit into it it was stale and tasted like cardboard, Fries were unsalted and literally tasted like its been sitting there. One big complaint , when it's cold outside, it's cold inside ! No heat on , can feel cold air blowing !
