Personally, I do not like Whataburger's hamburgers. Its a flat hamburger, I asked for extra lettuce, and I got extra pickles. By the time I was halfway through, my bun was so soggy, I just peeled it off because there wasn't any hamburger in it anyway. The fries were delicious. The service was great. We all got shakes. They were pretty thin but actually easy to drink so they were good. Nobody wipes off the tables. Gross! Dairy Queen tastes so much better when you want fast food burger, and their ice cream is great! Great burgers, probably the best I've ever eaten. Very good chocolate malts. However, they have a problem getting my order right. I always ask for no onions or cheese, but when I get home I find an absolute sea of onions and the cheese is stuck to the bun. I can remove the onions, though they have already imparted some flavor to the sandwich, but I can't remove the cheese from the bun. I am left with half a bun for my sandwich. The last time I went, the order was correct, but I had to make a big deal about it. I don't like making a fuss to get my order correct. Took over 20 mins to get my food. It's literally burgers and fries. It doesn't take that long to make. -_-. They have a bunch of teens playing around and not working. This whataburger needs to be shut down. Maybe instead of hiring kids that like playing around, hire adults. This location is horrible. They have people smoking and vaping in the lobby while the manager is present/watching, customers loudly using racial slurs (again while management is present). I wasn't comfortable coming inside but when I tried to sue the drive thru to pick up an order they told me I had to come inside my order wasn't ready on time, employees and management are more concerned with socializing with guests and allowing their disruptive behavior than managing the restaurant. Against my better judgment, I picked up two hamburgers from this location. They were the worst hamburgers I think I've ever eaten. There was very little lettuce & way too much mustard. The patty had no taste at all. This place will never improve. They are located in a prime location so they get a lot of business. Went inside to place my order, only wait for about 4 minutes for the young man and lady working there to stop being playful with each other. then they both come to the register only to have him ask her "whose is this". then they both walk in the back without even acknowledging me, I waited there like an idiot for about 2 minutes with no other worker in sight. If this would've been 2 weeks ago I might have given more stars, but it seems that the quality of the staff hired is less than stellar. My last 2 visits have been absolutely terrible, last time I was asked if actually needed a drink carrier for my drinks when it was a 3 person order and I'm the only one in the car... no I'm just being an a-hole making you back inside for the fun of it. Tonight the drinks actually came in a holder to bad it was torn in multiple places and barely holding the drinks and the kid bringing everything did everything he could to hand them to me without spilling them instead of getting a new holder. The old spot was great now when it's backed up and there's a line I have to wait or hope someone in the line for drive thru will let me out to leave. First let me start by saying this is my second attempt to try Texas"s most famous burger chain. My first visit at a Florida location was disappointing but I thought they were maybe just having a bad day so I wanted to try them again. Tonight's experience started out much better the ordering process was simple and efficient and my food arrived quickly although I didn't complain because it was so late, my order was wrong yes I got the wrong burger it wasn't bad but I guess I'm just not a fan. I don't feel the quality is there and don't find it much different from any of the big 3 burger chains. My negative review isn't really about the food though, it's about the management and employees, there was a table in the corner opposite of the booth I was sitting in filled with employees taking a break the booth was also surrounded by working employees that were just hanging out. These guys were not only extremely loud and obnoxious they were downright disgusting. One of the male employees was eating and constantly belched out loud then busted out in laughter he then preceded to expressed his opinion and displeasure of the manager of this restaurant and how he wasn't going to follow the managers instructions. This guy was sickening and I actually decide to ditch my meal and get back on the highway. I can't for the life of me see how this burger joint gets close to 4.5 stars....never again read more

Well, I must say I had absolutely no issue with the staff, service, speed of service or quality of food. It was all top notch. My burger was hot, fresh and almost deserving of a add placement. The ice Tea was cold and wet and tasted like tea should taste. Fries were over flowing, hot and crisp. After being gone from Texas for 2 years, it almost brought a tear to my eye. read more

When I first moved to this area this location was one of the best. But I cannot say the same for my most recent visits. I went a night or two ago to order food the lady who was taking orders was basically whispering, I asked for a number 1 add cheese and no pickles. The only thing I got on my burger was pickles. If she didn't understand she should've repeated my order. Money was wasted. Hopefully we can fix this moving forward. read more
