Never satisfied when I visit this place, always so many people working but never fresh or correct items and order taking rushed and having to repeat several times.... order junior bacon cheeseburgers and are always with no bacon all sloppy fries are always cold and greasy as if they were re dropped in grease and salted more... never coming back to this place again. tried drive thru took forever tried dining in but was so hot to eat looks nice from remodel but really no ac jn the whole building amd restrooms are never cleaned or stocked and smell so bad you can smell from lobby while eating!!! Ordered a chicken sandwich and fries from Wendy's in Rosenberg Tx .. The chicken was so dry and it appeared to be sitting out and was soaked in oil. Fries were cold. For my birthday my wife and I decided to try a new Frosty. I ordered her a small OREO° Brownie Twist Chocolate Frosty Fusion and a medium Pop-Tarts® Strawberry Chocolate Frosty Fusion for me. I got a medium Oreo and a small Pop-Tarts frosties. They didn't look at all like the pics. The ice cream was half melted and was level with the top of the cup , not like the swirls you see in the picture. We decided to try the Wendy's because the DQs here are horrible. Looks like the Wendy's are the same. I've had Wendy's Frosties all over the country but these were the worst. Ever. read more

I LOVE THIS WENDYS! Everytime i pull up to the drive thru they know my order already. and they load it up extra! I dont know why people rate it a 2 because honestly the service is Amazing! Zerooooo stars!!! They gave us moldy food then wanted to argue with us about a refund. Once we finally got the refund, they shorted us $6. Seriously wouldn't let my dog eat here. Avoid this Wendy's at all cost. Go to the one in Richmond or the one in Sugar Land. The employees here are RUDE, ordered 2 maple chicken sandwiches via the app at 8:45 a.m. Arrived 15 minutes later and they tell me it is going to be 5 minutes. 13 minutes later still waiting on the order and then get the order and it is wrong. Called the store asked to speak to the manager - Lady says her name is Maria D won't give me any additional information. Then tries to tell me she doesn't have a supervisor etc. and hangs up on me. I usually like Wendy's but this is a really bad one. If you go just make sure you have EVERYTHING you ordered AND get your receipt. Because if you go to the drive thru you are going to be missing something from your order. For instance, I ordered the Harvest salad and my husband ordered a sandwich combo. We get home and realize they didn't give him his drink. Then I take my salad out and there are no toppings - not even salad dressing. Neither of us feel like the wasted gas and hassle of driving back so we make do. As I'm eating the salad I realize the lettuce is old - brown on the edges old. This is not far from where we live but I am going to have to act like I don't see it when I'm looking for a good Wendy's meal. read more

After 2 different visits and 2 failed attempts to follow the order I had made.... I do not see a reason to spend the high price for "fast" food to wait over 20 minutes to get cold fries and messed up sandwiches. The 1st time I called the manager was very apologetic and offered to replace my whole meal. When I went back in for the replacement I only received the items they messed up not the whole meal so I then spent even more money so my whole family could eat at the same time. Second call to the manager he claims he will refund my money....we will see if he follows through. Oh and they do not believe in having spoons at that location.... I've only driven through on my way somewhere so dunno how dine in is but the drive through is fine. Service is always friendly and has a smile for me. They have never messed up my order and had one young man chase me down before I could get out of the parking lot because he thought he forgot my straw, he did not but it was very nice of him to chase me and give me another. The burgers are always tasty and hot, the fries good. Never gotten a bad drink from them so their mix is good in the soda machine. I do like Wendy's and would come here and go inside sometime, I just never think of it when I have the time and always think to drive through on my way out of town. read more

A small Wendy's. At lunch time, tight table sitting. Dirty tables and floor, flies around the counter and tables. Floor was slippery under my tennis shoes. There was a large floor sign in front of the drink machine, preventing you from getting to the lids, straws and napkins, and trying to maneuver around people waiting in line. Stupid place for a sign. Dave Thomas should be rolling in his grave if he saw the pitiful service given by this location. Ordered inside to go, had to repeat my order 3 times and he still messed it up. Ended up having to pay again for something that somehow he didn't put on the ticket the first four times I told him. Ordered baked potatoes, they were out of potatoes. Took them 15 minutes to complete my order of chicken tenders, chili, and salad (which is already pre packaged). Bags were tossed on to the counter (by the manager or shift leader, not sure), no apology for the delay and not even a thank you from anyone. Customer service is an afterthought here. Well I hate to say it but it was beyond bad. If you like your card swiped over a dozen times in drive thru. my receipt well I got half of that just the part that tells you the cost. To not even get your full order. Yep repeated it two times and still the wrong sandwich in the end and my fries were not even fresh. Just don't waste your time or money. Filthy. There was something sticky spilled on the floor when we walked in. Instead of cleaning it up, they had cones surrounding it. Bunch of non wanting to work people. I tried to place a large order to go and no one answered the phone. A couple of times a girl did answer just to hang up. If you don't want to work or if you feel your not getting payed enough then quit and find some other job. Is not the customers fault you are lazy or tired or angry especially if we have always been respectful and nice. Hopefully management will be able to fix this. Gladly I place the order for someone else always and don't eat and will not eat from there I'm afraid the will spit or something however i know who will be responsible if someone gets sick or gets food poisoning after eating from here. read more
