You gotta love a franchise business with friendly, helpful employees who go out of their way to make suggestions and problem solve. Due to the recent storm, this location was without internet, so mobile orders and the ability to earn points via the app were down. Without prompting, the person taking drive through orders suggested a strategy to help me save money and told me how I could make sure I earned points after the fact. When I went there last Thursday, on thanksgiving the manager took my order. He was a very fun loving guy and since it was thanksgiving DOUBLED my order FOR FREE. Those were the best fries I had ever had, the ice-cream machine was working, and they even filled up my McFlurry's over the top! Every-time I go to McDonalds they usually put one quirt of ketchup on and I can barely taste it, but here I got the perfect amount! As I was traveling through this area, the urge to use the restroom, and to satisfy my hunger was overwhelming. As I walk in, to use the restroom, the floors, equipment, and every other part of the room was extremely cleanly. After I washed up and came to the register, the kind man working the counter was prompt and incredibly polite in taking my order. Not even 3 minutes later, the best tasting fries and nuggets came out. This was by far my best experience at a mc donald's. Great rest stop. What appears like a new, modern McDonald's ended in the worst McDonald's experience I've had...and trust me, I've been to many McDonald's in my day. The bathroom seemed like it had just been remodeled, and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. As I searched through all four stalls....I was shocked to find that out of the 8 toilet paper dispensers which could each hold 3 rolls, not one had a single shred of toilet paper. Good thing there were pieces on the floor? HAH, no thanks. Upon ordering, I watched one of the men working there get in a fight with his boss. They had to leave and have a conversation in the back. He then came back to fix an ice cream order and proceeded to lick his fingers and put the top on someone's ice cream. Disgusting. When attempting to fill up my soda while dodging flies, many, many flies, I was hoping for the sweet taste of dr.pepper and was surprised to taste....nothing. Wow, the worst tasting soda I've ever had. They had two soda machines, one with an out of order sign. You can imagine my surprise when our two orders of medium french fries came out in six bags of small french fries. My two sweet and sour sauces as printed on my receipt had not been placed in the bag. I was going to opt for ketchup, but alas, that was out too. And I know you are on the edge of your seat wondering how my ten piece chicken nuggets tasted....nasty. I couldn't bring myself to eat them. What a waste. read more

I went there today very late, at about 9, and I work in customer service so I know that time of the night can be difficult. i went through the drive-thru and was really excited, and after I exclaimed "HI" into the mic and started laughing, the manager told me he loved my energy and ended up making my meal free. Next time I'm leaving a MASSIVE tip. I wish I got his name, but the Thursday night manager is an awesome guy, and the burger was fantastic too! read more

I have never had better service at a McDonald's than I did tonight 9/30. Every employee we encountered was extremely pleasant and patient.

The McDonald's in Sagamore Beach is absolutely wonderful. The manager is extremely friendly and very helpful and always has a smile on his face. The food comes out just as you requested, hot and fresh, and if there is an issue, they're super helpful and will make rite anything that you're not completely satisfied with. I would give a 6 stars if I could lol. Pulled up to the drive thru at 12:40. Absolutely sinful leave these fools alone. Guy immediately hopped on the speaker asking what I wanted as if it was his wedding day. Literally unfazed at the fact that it 20 till close and I ordered a few things. Cheesburger, Big Mac large meal and 20 piece. Ya I'm hungry. Guy had it absolutely crafted in under a minute. Legitimately the best Big Mac I've ever consumed. Gave the guy a 5$ bill cause I feel soooo bad about pulling up this late. He was super appreciative. I'm mentioning cause darn I feel like if you pull up to the drive thru within the last hour that person deserves atleast a five-er. I will live by that simple rule. This evening we were traveling to Boston and needed a snack before getting too far from Cape, so we decided to stop in at this McDonald's. Overall, we were pleased with our experience. The staff was polite, the food was made quickly, and our food was well made. The McChicken sandwiches were perfectly made and I tried their mozzarella sticks which were average. Well, to be fair I was a manager at the original location for this restaurant some 33 years ago. So going in there for a quick bite was a bit of a memory thing for me. I hadn't been there to eat since maybe 1986 or so. Visited McDonald's for a fast lunch with three children. The parking lot was pleasantly clean. Decided to sit inside and eat with the children. Bathrooms were clean. A few tables had crumbs, but it was a busy time so it's expected. They had large screens available where you could place your own order which I thought was quite convenient I opted to visit the front desk. The woman who took our order was friendly and fast. Gladly fulfilled my request of putting hot fudge in the middle of my sandae without attitude. It's been awhile since I've eaten at McDonald's but once you order they give you a number to place on your table. Once your food is ready they bring it out to you. This was a nice, pleasant surprise & really accommodated me personally due to having my 6 month baby with me. Benches were comfortable, the decor was nicely updated. They had a nice long "bar-like" table with a flat screen tv that suited this particular area well. There was also a section somewhat partitioned off with two tables. Handicap seating was conveniently located up front, close to the door. They also had a section of coloring booklets but no crayons. I'm not sure if there's typically crayons available or not. We didn't ask, because the kids lost interest in coloring anyways. Two sets of fountain machines makes getting drinks more convenient. However, one of the ice machines were not working. (It's also Summer time and they're obviously getting used A LOT). However, an out of order sign would have been appropriate here. No biggie though. Upon receiving our food (they bring it, remember?) it was all hot... yes the fries too! I was overall very pleased with the quality, fastness and customer service I received here. Waited over 30 minutes in drive through, once I pulled up to place my order I could hear the women talking to people she was collecting cash from which caused confusion I couldn't tell if she was trying to take my order or talking to someone else. She must have realized she neglected to take my order as she had eventual asked if she had taken my order. When I was ordering there was 0 response I eventually assumed I should drive forward, strange as I had sat there for about 5 minutes waiting to order and could hear everything being said it but couldn't confirm my order. I'm glad I didn't have plans for the afternoon considering the time it took to get through the drive thru. I've been inside before and was disgusted at how filthy it was so no matter how I order my food, I lose. Not many people know this but this specific restaurant is responsible for the new breakfast all day menu. Honestly, one of, if not the, single worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Place was under construction and a nightmare just to get in and out of - I literally could not find the driveway, a sign to "stay away" that I should have listened to. While the line was short and moved quickly, it took almost 10 minutes for two burgers to come out. 10 minutes from a restaurant that usually advertises food in under a minute. Trash was full, and several of the soda options were empty. Bathroom was disgusting, as in I think I picked up an STD from something growing in the grime type disgusting. Not even the graffiti on the stalls was decent. If I wasn't deathly starving and in a hurry, I would have turned around and walked out, even after paying. Look for someplace else, like the Dunkins across the street or one of the several great places over the bridge. read more

Went to this mcdonalds in june 2018 to get my wife hotcakes. Went to a person who clearly didnt want to be there. It was 8am and was not at busy. I asked for 2 orders of hotcakes and was rudley told, we dont have hotcakes today, someone forgot to order them...i was astonished and said "are you serious?" This is a company owned restaurant. Like most morons who work at these places she didnt care.
