I live in the Plymouth area 158 restaurants/ food places. I know Mikes repetitively say they have fresh food, but I go to many places in Plymouth that carry fresh food that is actually better than this overpriced gouging place its way too expensive for what is is ., as many sub places there have in Plymouth selling the same great food at half the cost. Between the hit and miss service and the food that isn't always fresh. Let me say add that I choose not to go here any longer. Everyone that was making my sandwiches were incompetent to the point where I had the same sandwich remade three times and it was still wrong to where I had to get a refund to only get backtalk sass and disrespectful comments while trying to get the refund the sandwich was genuinely made in the wrong multiple times by multiple people. I don't recommend this specific location and I am beyond baffled. With the way they treat their customers. I've been coming to this one for years no longer. I always get the #13 Mike's way no lettuce and every time it's delicious and fills me up with the regular size. Sometimes I get the giant and treat it like two sandwiches. This place is consistent and delicious. The staff recently aren't as surly as they have been in the past. I order exclusively on the app and my order is always correct. Doing it this way I've never waited for my sub it's always ready and waiting for me. I'm not sure if it's me but the sandwiches do seem to be getting smaller. You pay a premium but it's so much better than the other big chain. read more

This place..the plymouth location specifically is terrible!! They are always claiming they are short staffed I ordered a simple club sub that's it a hour ahead of time because ibwas at work and went to pick it up 5 min later than the pick up time I chose and they never even made my sub then they proceeded to just throw some stuff together and give it to me because I had to get back to work...short staffed? There was 4 people there and 2 customers no pick up orders waiting so explain to me how they never even started making my sub even worse she wasn't even gonna tell me I had to ask what was goin on because she just started making someone else's sub smh iv had it with this location it happens all the time read more

Ultimately the subs are usually great, but their service leaves a lot to be desired. They have no idea how to handle a digital order. 45 minute wait time is the usual. They don't even start to make your order until you arrive, so you have to wait another 10 minutes. If you give them a custom sub topping order they screw it up half the time. I didn't want Mike's way but that's what they did anyway. I ended up opening a soggy #10 mess when I got home. Ask them to use American cheese, not for you, we use provolone. If I could give them no stars at all, I would. Was in the store, ordered 3 steak and cheese with provolone, tomatoes and lettuce. Got home only to find I had 3 chicken steak subs with peppers. Called the store three times and was on hold each time for about 10 minutes only to lose the connection. Tried talking to someone who took phone orders and she could not connect me to anyone. What a joke of management! I placed a call in order at 12:25, told it would be ready at 12:54. Arrived at 1:00. Manager said she needed to "top it off" There were 4 people in front of me, all told the same thing. After 10 minutes, some of them got their orders. Not me, Then a door dash person walked in: manager made her order on the spot! Then a guy walked in behind me who had ordered at 12:40. She made his order. I watched people walk in Store after me, and order in person. 4 of them got their orders and walked out. At 1:20, I asked manager if she had forgotten me. She said "I just need to top it off". So you place a phone order at 12:25 and they have not started to make your order at 1:20, after I asked for it at 1:00. Nice prioritization and customer service NOT...Manager tried to blame it on power outage. That has nothing to do with why I can place an order at 12:25 and watch someone walk in door at 1:00 and get their order before mine that was phoned in at 12:25. I will never go back. Very hit and miss experience. The restaurant was very nice, clean and well maintained. I ordered a cheese steak and the gentleman who took my order was very polite and respectful. The sub itself left a lot to be desired. I will say that it was very tasty and cooked right. The big problem, its all bread. I felt like a regular size sub that cost almost $9 could have had more meat. Had I gone for the large that is over $14 I would have complained. I will say that the other subs that were being made definitely looked like they were packed with meat and toppings and looked delicious. Best subs from a chain that I know of. The regular subs are literally a large cut in half and their subs are a bit pricy, but the quality merits the extra cost. The Steak and Cheese is one of the best from any sub shop, not just a chain. The other subs are also excellent and I have liked every sub I have tried. read more

Jersey Mike's in Plymouth has been well anticipated. I Can't get enough! Everything to spec really makes it extra fresh. There's a bunch of workers on all hours of the day in the beginning stages of new restaurants so you know it's going to be on point and very quick/ efficient. The greasy sizzle and the sound of the deli meats being sliced while the assembly line of sandwiches are being made are two things that are in sync whenever I walk in here. It's always packed and a lot of folks use the app to order ahead of time for take out. The prices are steep, but you're getting what you paid for based on the freshness and guarantee of a delicious tasting sub. I have had the Big Kahuna Steak and Cheese a handful of times, but I paid $17 for a giant sub and it's worth it to get the regular size which comes out to about $10 after tax. I think I'd rather eat a roast beef sandwich made by moi or get a steak and cheese sub elsewhere that won't cost so much. Stopped in yesterday for a sub on my way home from the Cape. Mentioned to the staff that I used to eat at the original Jersey Mike's on the Jersey Shore (where I am from). They wanted to know if their sandwiches were as good - they are! It's definitely the best sub sandwich I've had in MA. I got the rosemary parm roll and it's so good. The food is always excellent but you have to wait FOREVER! I can't take it. The staff are nice and friendly but they have one speed and fast is NOT it. Can we get 2 people making subs? Good grilled subs - the way D'Angelos used to be. I'm partial to the Phillie cheesesteak. The staff is always friendly and quick. I call ahead to avoid the line. I rarely wait more than a minute or two for pick up. Good rewards program too. Easy to enroll at the store so you don't have to give them your cell phone number, which is required if you enroll online. I eat here 3 times a month. The place is a cluster. The staff are so soft spoken you have to constantly have them repeat themselves. There are 13 staff and the line is longer than it should be. Two customers didnt get what they order. Waited more than 10 minutes to receive our order. You would think the orders would be correct and made quicker with all the staff they have. Meats are sliced fresh right in front of you, bread was super fresh adequate amount of meat and tons of toppings I could only eat half of the regular size! Yes it's busy!!!!
