Just left this location after only ordering two simple iced drinks....an iced coffee and iced chai. Took 15 minutes to get my chai after many many many, yes, that many orders came and went. Then two people asked me what I was waiting on eventually! Even after that I still stood waiting. When the barista hands me said chai I don't even get a "sorry for the wait" or hey how about even a "have a good day" "enjoy your chai"! For the price of Starbucks I am going to rethink this destination. It always feels like the focus is on the folks who order online or use the drive-thru and not those who park and come inside. They were all hard at work here so something is wrong with the focus. Hello management. read more

Surprisingly a very busy location but yet it was very spacey, clean, and well staffed. Even though the staff was quite busy, they were friendly and clearly working hard to fulfill the orders. The chocolate caramel coldbrew was delicious and definitely worth the wait! read more

Every time we go to this Starbucks it is an issue to figure out how to get in there. The way to get in is tricky so we always have to turn around. The setup in there is slightly weird, you have to walk down a skinny hallway area where the seating area is and then you get to the ordering station. The coffee is always good but I am a simple girl who likes her coffee straight up and black. I drink real coffee, no fu-fu drinks. I do appreciate that there is a Starbucks down the cape so Kudos to you for that! read more

This location is so totally disorganized and poorly staffed. While there were several people behind the counter, it was clear that they could not handle the flow . Drive-thru customers were treated with TOP priority while in-store customers were secondary. It's a bit hard to believe that two coffees and a breakfast sandwich took 25 minutes. Drive-thru customers were in and out. Massive wait times and excessive indoor lines is not the way to run a business. read more

Don't block the doorway during covid and close at 12:50pm ET when you're suppose to close at 1pm ET. Also, don't block off the drive through, coffee takes seconds to serve. This was incredibly rude and inconvenient as we specifically routed our GPS here. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. The location is not ideal, because you have to make a deal with God and then go around a rotary, but when you get there it is worth it. It's a military friendly store, so active service and vets alike feel very welcome. The staff is incredible, they get to know you very quickly and they begin to learn the little things that make your day, to the point that you almost feel like you're going to see your friends when you go to get your drink... Because you are. No matter how busy they get, or how understaffed they may be, they always take the time to make you feel like you are important and always welcome you back with a smile. I've been there at all hours of the day; first thing in the morning, mid afternoon for a pick me up, or after a long day and I need a comfort beverage I'm never disappointed. read more

Love this location! They're super quick and friendly. Drive thru line usually moves very fast if there is one. I've never been inside, but am always happy with drive thru service. Literally the only downside of this place is the fact that they're located off an awful rotary. They make a perfect pink drink! read more

Always a stop along the way in and out of the Cape. Bourne bridge area always a beautiful spot to take an extra moment in and the canal is amazing. Grabbed a large dark roast, still don't understand their lingo of small medium large, just make it easy for us folks that don't speak Italian. I love Italy. My wife's family is 1 generation Italian American and I get intimidated by my lack of a second language. I have tried the online apps and Rosetta Stone but always come up a bit short. I have been watching some YouTube videos on travel Italy and that has helped. Bathrooms were fair, always unload one based on timing and traffic, guy was yelling at someone in the parking lot, luckily it was in English and it was not in Italian so I could understand that he was mad at his two kids for something's about forgetting to pack for vacation properly. A lot of online orders in the pick up spot and service was very friendly even though I only speak English, thanks or Chao! read more

Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks waited 10 minutes in line never even moved a bit there's only four people in there I'll never come back again. The store was a mess. The counter was completely overwhelmed. While one of the other employees walked around putting stickers on cup rather then help the counter pos at all. Only one car in drive window. If you come here you'd better do a mobile order because clearly that's the only thing that matters to this store. read more

This Starbucks is conveniently located heading on or off the Cape and provides the proper caffeine fuel you need for your adventures. We were delighted to see this Starbucks was open on the holiday, and ordered ahead while on route to our destination. When I arrived I waited by the counter where the drinks are usually sitting, but noticed after a few minutes the mobile orders are kept behind the counter. I saw they were finishing mine and didn't call out my order. Unsure of how the store does mobile orders I had to interrupt the barista because no one else was around. Most Starbucks I've been to either keep the drinks on the counter or intermittently announce and check for anyone waiting for a mobile order. Could be because of the day I went on. Over $5 for this large matcha and it's more than a quarter empty... please can the manager train their staff... constantly we are missing items from the bag and have to walk in or the coffee doesn't taste right. I moved here two years ago and enjoyed Starbucks for many years before that in Boston .. this is the only Starbucks PLEASE make it at least satisfactory.. I get you have to randomly change your schedule all the time but not filling the coffee on an expensive drink is really unfair to us. read more

Average Starbucks which gets the job done. I was driving back to Providence when I came upon this gem that kept me awake the rest of my drive. The service was quick, not too crowded on a Sunday afternoon and the staff member was nice. There's not too much seating and the store is elongated like a rectangle. read more

I think the average barista age at this location is 16.5. I waited almost 15 minutes for an iced cold brew and 2 cake pops. No management to be found. Brown water was pouring from the ceiling into buckets and dozens of deliveries stacked up at the door. A total of 2 tables and 6 chairs in the entire place. I'll obviously never be back. read more

I have been coming to this Starbucks for a long time now . I usually get an Americano and then refills of Pike Place. Today at this location, a blond women who appeared to be in her late 30s had a sarcastic and condescending attitude when I asked for Pikeplace refill. She stated it had to be considered a new drink price even though I was using my used cup. It would have made sense if she explained it was a new policy or something but she was just a bitchy snooty type of rude. None of the other Starbucks staff behave this way at any location, anywhere I have been. I usually have a great experience here but today I didn't. Such a shame to have a real bad apple amongst a great team of workers. read more

This is a good Starbucks, there is no doubt about that. The quality of the product and the staffing is superb, exactly what you would expect. However, it does suffer from one item that too many Starbucks are suffering from and strangely enough many are not and that is the design of the spot, which in this case is rather poor. There are no leather chairs and the whole spot is straight through and not very wide. I know, it is a business, but it looks so far away from the store near the Cape Cod mall that you almost hate to stop there, as wonderful as everything else is. read more

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. Mixed reviews for the location, though. Conveniently located by the Bourne Bridge going towards the Cape, it is located on a rotary where traffic gets really backed up in summer. Positive reviews, however, on the staff. The people who work here are awesome. Whether one goes inside or uses the drive-up window the experience is always top notch. More than once, I made a casual comment about something and the barista offered up a solution that I hadn't anticipated. Not earth moving issues, of course, but super helpful people offering superior customer service. And I always take notice of customer service. If they are possible reading this, thanks guys! read more

Its a great place to get a coffee and 'run'. Had a 'free coffee coupon' before and i went by the drive-through and the girl started saying that i had too many coupons(that was the second time she saw me in a week)! Arrogant and rude!! I've tried to go in get a snack and read a book and/or study. FORGET ABOUT IT!!! This girl (a team member/manager) is so loud and obnoxious that you CANNOT focus!! So, the coffee just like any other starbucks. The service good "sometimes" but dont try to stop by and enjoy a book while you are enjoying a cup of latte! read more

The guy making drinks was bragging about how he likes to be rude to customers to see the look of confusion on their faces. On top of being rude he's also slow at his job. Pour the coffee and stop asking questions about why people order their drinks to be made the way they like. Nobody comes into Starbucks to be interviewed about their preference of drinks or anything else. You're not clever or humorous please just pot the drinks and get the line moving. Thank you read more

I have been to this Starbucks location a couple of times and it's usually pretty good service but today the service was below average. I went in and ordered a grande strawberry refresher with light ice and no berries and my sister ordered a venti strawberry refresher with lemonade and no berries. This is my usual order because it is my favorite drink to get but today I was given a grande cup with just the strawberry juice and regular ice. A strawberry refresher is a mix of strawberry juice and water unless otherwise specified, so that was the drink I was expecting to get. On top of my order being wrong, the service was very slow. I hope to see an improvement within this stores service and I hope that I will go back to a better functioning establishment. read more

Manager seemed to take exaggerated and extra-long time to work with trainee on a few things, in spite of there being no one else waiting to order. Easily could have taken my order first or at least between demonstrations. Many people stopping here are on a tight schedule while trying to catch the Vineyard ferry. When I pulled into the drive-thru there was a pretty long line but I was extremely surprised at how quickly they had it moving. The employees here were extremely polite, extremely quick, and the coffee was delicious! In comparison to some of the other Dunkin Donuts on Cape this is a hidden gem. I don't get to come to this Dunkin Donuts often but this would definitely be one of my regular spots if it was on my path.
