I went through drive thru at the and ordered just an ice cream cone. I paid with a 10$ bill. She handed me back 8$ and I did not notice the change was missing until I was at the pickup window. I told the lady at the window I did not get my change, the coins. She went back to that window, came back and said that I rounded up. I did not know what that meant. They explained the donations made were for an organization. I replied I had not rounded up, I was not asked to round up,. They went away again then management brought me a quarter. I said it would be 60 cents not a quarter. I did tell her if I had been asked to "round up" I might have done that. But that is my choice, not hers. This Manager and crew member deserve -5 stars Unacceptable Customer Service and Unsafe Behavior This morning, I stopped by McDonald's to grab breakfast and my usual coffee--medium size with eight creamers. Unfortunately, this location has made mistakes with my coffee in the past, so I double-checked when I received it. Once again, the creamer was missing. When I politely informed the staff member, Anna, that the creamer was not added as requested, she became immediately aggressive. She began yelling at me, insisting that I should have ordered it correctly--even though I did. Then, in a hostile manner, she ripped the coffee out of my hand, causing it to spill and burn me. I called the store afterward to report what happened. The manager on duty, Alberto, was extremely rude, dismissive, and ultimately hung up on me. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable--both the unsafe handling of hot beverages and the unprofessional customer service. I do not recommend this location, and I sincerely believe that both Anna and Alberto should be held accountable for their behavior. read more

I just got home from going through the drive thru. I went through around 12:55. I ordered a large fry, mcchicken, and large Coke. The screen was correct, so I pulled forward to pay. I did not get a receipt, that was my choice because I've never had a problem with this location during the day shift and I didn't see a need. I noticed the four cars in front of me were being pulled from the drive thru, two in spots in front of me and two parked. So clearly, they were running behind. I got my bag and immediately noticed it was a small fry. I said this was supposed to be a large. The female manager at the window said no, you ordered a small. I said no I did not, I checked the screen before I pulled forward to make sure it said large. She said "you don't pay, you don't get it". Excuse me? I said I'll pay the few cents for the upgrade, it's for my kids at home, which is why I made sure to confirm the order on the screen. She said once again "you don't pay, you don't get". The male manager usually there during the day is great. This female manager, not at all. I understand the rush with all the pulled vehicles, I'm well aware of drive thru times and restaurant gradings for that. My guess is the four cars pulled from the drive thru were waiting for fries, but they managed to scoop some up for a small size (which wasn't even full) and needed to get the line moving. Then decided to gaslight a customer in the meantime. This treatment was unacceptable and what made it even worse is while she was telling me this, she was smirking and laughing at the same time. Then spoke Spanish to the girl standing next to her loudly as I drove off. It was humiliating. I've lived here for 17yrs and frequent that location often. I usually don't frequent McDonald's and to be honest, I always have low expectations as far as getting my order right (with or without modifications). This particular location is an exception IMO. Here, I always feel confident that my order will be made correctly. The staff is usually personable, friendly, and not lazy or seem annoyed simply by the fact I'm there as a customer. The food itself is usually pretty tasty and exactly what you want as far as fast food goes. There have been a couple of times that the fries were old and/or they forgot my sweet-n-sour sauce... but for the most part, this McDonald's would be one that I'd definitely recommend around this area. read more

I've never had issues with McDonald's especially with this one until now lol. I ordered a double quarter pounder and when I got home. Something in me was telling me to check my food, well when I checked my burger I noticed right away the cheese looked off. Well once I picked at the cheese, the whole thing came off clean and with it came plastic. Not sure if it's from the cheese or the meat, but it was not busy for PLASTIC to have been cooked with my meal. This location has one focus and that is serving their drive thru window customers while making their dine in guest wait for their order. The manager was only focused on serving the drive thru customers and lacks the ability to delegate so the dine guest are not left waiting for their order for over 10-15 minutes! If you want to be served in a timely manner go with take out and go with drive thru. if you plan to dine in you will be ignored and will have to wait for a while to get your order. read more

Terrible. Drive thru is very misleading. You think it's moving but they literally park everyone and bring their food out ten minutes later. And something is always missing. I order a burger with bacon and they forgot the bacon. Luckily I was eating there and brought it right up to the counter. But the top of my burger packaging had ketchup on it for my fries and they made sure it was all over my burger when they gave it back. That's right, they didn't make me a new sandwich, they put the bacon on the bite burger and gave it back to me co ensuring my ketchup was all over the place. Thank god for boat clubs new location.
