4 stars for a McD's?! Have I lost my mind? Well as far as McDonald's goes I rate on 1. Service 2. Cleanliness Clean restrooms! A sight for sore eyes traveling along I-44. Thank you! It was a very busy day at this McDonald's. I knew my food wouldn't come out quickly. But when I did get my food I was given two extra Apple packets. I thought that was nice that they considered how long I had waited. Also the lady at the cash register was very nice and also made sure I got my apples instead of fries which apparently isn't really an 'option'. Keep up the hustle, McD's staff! read more

I don't check-in at fast food restaurants, but this experience was so awful that I wanted to leave a review. The manager (didn't catch her name, on duty at 1:00 4/3) left the team during the lunch rush, announcing "I'm outta here!" She then proceeded to fill her drink, blocking the area from the paying customers. When she was done, she spent more time blocking the area while chatting with a friend. Also during this time, another employee stepped in front of me to get a drink, laughing with the manager. Horrible leader, terrible behavior. I ended up having to get water because the sodas were so "over-syruped" that they were undrinkable. They were out of unsweetened tea, which is what I ordered. The fries were undercooked and didn't have any salt on them. The standout if the restaurant was the 4-piece chicken nuggets; they were pretty standard. The floors in front of the cashier, drinks and all the way to the bathroom were filthy. They were so greasy that customers had to watch their step. The women's bathroom was out of toilet paper and the garbage can was overflowing. I really hope the local franchisee sees this review. read more

I came to get some nuggets and then I was gonna get a soda but when I turned around to go get it, the manager said that they close the door and that it's locked. Note,she's outside smoking a cigarette and she was right in front of the door like that is so rude then she looked at me like I was not accepted here reason I think that is because it says 12 o'clock and it is clearly 1123 so that means I have at least 40 minutes to get what I had to get but she insisted I go through drive-thru read more

Ordered one sausage biscuit, decided to step inside for order. The manager/ runner was so laser focused on clearing drive though she neglected everyone in lobby. I was inside for over 20 minutes while my sausage biscuit, and everyone ahead of me's food died in the warmer while she cleared the drive through. I watched a mobile coffee order wait 15 min til she casually made it while lane two headset worked just stood there and could've handle McCafé orders or lobby. I got the best service I have had at a fast food place in a long time. I was driving late and just needed a soda to stay awake. When I got to the pay window my soda was waiting for me and I could skip the second window but by then the others wanted water so I asked for water and they said sure. The wait was really short and when I got to the next window all my waters were waiting for me. The lady at the window was smiling and they didn't make me feel like a jerk because I only spent a $1.08 Way to go guys! read more

We just got kicked out of the McDonald's in Saint Clair, MO for eating lunch inside the restaurant. I wouldn't have minded so much if they had made it clear that you can't eat inside. We would have gone to a different restaurant. Instead, they taped off some seating while leaving other areas open for people to sit down and eat. So, halfway through our meal they came back and told us "there's no eating here." Thankfully, we were finishing our food, but our little girls were only halfway there. You would think they would have chosen to give us five minutes for our girls to finish up, but they decided it was worth it to kick us out instead. read more

Not to freaking bad Ronald Mcdonald! Your flippin terrifying clown. The food is so good, and it puts me in such a good mood that if I'm taking a spacial lady there on a date I might even let her get a meal instead of having her eat off the dollar menu. As some of the other reviews stated, the food is standard McDonald's food. 9/10 times the the food is hot. Although there usually is food on the floor and such I feel that Is not a negative thing, but rather..... A think of peachy delight. I love the smell of McDonald's, I don't why but it's always excited me. And the French fries all over the floor add to that, I think. Grease, salt, and potatoes; I'm getting hungry. The French fires are greasy and salty.... But that's what makes McDonalds French fries so incredible right? YES. I love the grease on there food, though it will most likely be the cause of my heart attach and early death. Man I'll tell ya what; a quarter pounder, a large frie, and a large vanilla shake to drink (and dip fries in) is one of my go to meals when Im dining there. Drive thru had three cars ahead of us. We waited for four minutes after ordering and never got to the first window. So we left.

I dropped a man with nowhere to go off here so I could get him food as I was on my way home 5 minutes out I called to ask them to put him on the phone so I can tell him to stay put I found some where for him to stay the lady said okay ill find him and tell him mind you he was dinning in so had to still be there then she disconnected the phone so I couldn't call back and by time I got back he was gone good job people now he gets to sleep outside when its 40 degrees and all he had was a hoodie smh people are so ate up nowadays read more

We stopped by around 9 o'clock on the 16th of December. At that time the hwy was closed due to ice, and the place was full with stranded motorists. I too was one of the stranded people. I was waiting in line to order my family's food, when I overheard the manager ( a woman in her mid fifties) telling one of the stranded people that this is not a shelter and she would have to find some other place to go, since she was closing soon due to food supply issues, she said maybe try the taco bell they would probably stay open till 1 am. The person was worried about her and her family and the bitter cold outside; the manager told her once again this is not a shelter. Next the manager went to try to lock the doors so no other stranded people could come inside. She was having a difficult time getting the door to lock and totally lost it saying very bad words and going back behind the counter to fill more orders. After a few minutes she returned to the door to try again but still unable to lock. More bad language, she went back behind the counter and sent two other employees to lock the doors, they too were unable to lock the doors so they blocked it with a table. It was so sad the stranded people were turned away with possibly no place to go. In my opinion even if they ran completely out of food, the right thing to do would have been to give the people a place to avoid the weather and maybe offered coffee to the people in need, but not this lady all she was only concerned with getting the people out so her lazy self could go sit down. Very sad and my family will never return to this McDonald's read more

Just left the drive thru and we were sitting there waiting for the girl to get off of her phone. The fries are always nasty here as well.... service sucks!! Waited 10 minutes to the window to pay. Another 10 minutes to get to the pick up order window only to be ask to pull forward and wait for my 6 piece tenders and a single ice cream cone. After waiting 15 minutes (I tried calling the store 3 times from my cell phone and the phone line was busy. I believe they take the phone off the hook) they brought me the wrong order. The boy went back to straighten out my order. Another 3 or 4 minutes pass and he brings me my order. He said they took down my order and it was discarded. Finally, I get home to find out in my order is a giant order of French Fries that was not ordered. Tenders are over cooked! 45 minutes of my life I will never get back. read more

It's your normal McDonald's on a major highway. Used the drive through and the total didn't match what we ordered, so that had to be corrected. Didn't take too long to get what we wanted. Bread a little stale but overall not bad. read more
